Stopped in and ordered takeout. Cashier was excellent. Very courteous and conscientious to double check with the kitchen on a few things when we shared my wife's gluten free needs. There's a few tables but this is definitely more a takeout place. I had chicken enchiladas, which was delicious. She chicken empanadas which were tasty and bursting with chicken. Only complaint is that the sides were a little bland to be honest. Rice and beans for example the rice seemed unseasoned at all and the beans resembled store brand baked beans. Very pale and no flavor. Not the tasty black beans I was expecting. But overall a welcome option for picking up dinner on the way home from work sometime! We'll be back. read more

Ok, so I passed this place 100 times and thought " It's another take out place " . I have to say I was wrong, Yes they have take out. BUT the food is really good. My wife and I both had chicken enchiladas. Hers with green sauce mine with Mole. They were both amazing and I want the Mole recipe. Best I have had and I have had many over the years. It's a small place with about 6 tables but it's very clean and the people are very nice. So don't pass it, stop in and enjoy some really good food. read more

Finally came here for dinner and glad we did! Hubby had Fajitas De Buster and it had plenty of steak. I had the Enchiladas Verde and the mole sauce was amazing. The rice and beans were yummy too! We both had half our meal to take home. We took a piece of Tres Leches home and it was also very good. We will definitely go back and want to eat on their outside patio once it warms up. read more

Heard about this place through a co-worker. The reviews from the coworker were that the food was on the tasteless side. But we figured we'd give this a try after nearly five star reviews across various platforms. We decided to do takeout and placing the order online was easy. We were given a 20 minute wait time and when we arrived at the restaurant the food was ready. The restaurant appeared very clean and the one employee we interacted with was friendly. There was no one else in the restaurant when we arrived around 8:00 p.m. We had ordered a side of rice and beans, a side of guacamole, a steak burrito and a pork burrito bowl. Even in the to go containers the food looked appealing and was prepared as requested. Unfortunately we have to agree with our co-workers assessment that the food was rather bland even for traditional Mexican food. The rice and beans had no flavor, nor did either of the burritos. The only interesting item was the guacamole which was a bit different than anything we've had before and had a bit of flavor. Overall I don't think we'd recommend as there are too many other options in the area with much tastier food. read more

We were there the day after opening and the guys working out front were a bit overwhelmed by the constant phone orders and the line forming to eat in. They handled it well!!! But let me tell you.... The food was well worth the wait!!!!! It has been a very long time since we tasted Mexican food as good as Los Compadres. We have been waiting for something like this ever since Vicky's Fonda closed.
