To say that I was disappointed with this restaurant as I live near this location, would be an understatement. We came in with the people behind the counter more interested in talking with one another than working, taking several minutes to greet us even though we were the only people there. When we were finally greeted, the employees were unpleasant and borderline rude. Trash cans were overflowing, all tables needing to be cleaned, and 3 employees were standing around chatting with no customers. Frequently they are out of ingredients as well. Usually busy but fast service. There's no way to call and talk to someone I left my whole to go order by the drink machine over a month ago and tried calling a few times to see if they could save it as I'd be back in that area later. Tried calling again next day. So then today I went in because I was finally close by & told the manager what happened and if she'd replace my order nice but if not no worries but she should know there's no way to call. She said since it was over a month ago there was nothing she could do I needed to save receipt. I told her I'd called with no way to get through and she said "they get all their calls" and pretended to look at a caller ID. -- I said I just tried 5 minutes ago! and she just looked at the phone and repeated herself. 2 stars - fast service but I hate talking to someone who treats me like garbage or like I'm a liar. I'm done with this place. How a business treats you in a face of adverse circumstances says everything about who they are and I promote and patronize business who are friendly and nice to me. My burrito was really good but to have grandchildren w me and ear at a table was dreadful. There was spilt food on every da** table like 15,20 tables. So the mgmt neglects everything after you pay for your meal! The FDA would shut them down if they inspected. Plus nothing to help DIY table cleaning. OMG you cover the table w napkins! Next... We have ordered here probably 10 times and always a disappointment, but tonight was the last straw. The absolute armpit of all chipotles I've ever been to. Who runs this place. Horrific service. Staff is consistently offended when asked to add anything to a bowl of rice. Grown adults with more attitude than any teenager I've ever met. I ordered a bowl from this location and unfortunately my bowl had two mysteries round seeds that almost broke my tooth. I tried calling their location and their VR, you just took me in circles and would never allow me to speak to anyone at the location. The chips I received were stale. So stale they were just chewy and had absolutely no crunch to them. It was a complete waste of $15 for me. I also noticed that the food area was very dirty, which makes it unappealing to want to eat there. I am not sure what these two seeds were. They did not taste like peppercorns. My assumption is they are seeds or stems that are located at the top of an avocado. They need to make sure those are removed so they do not get into peoples food. Having a hard time even giving you a 1/5 star. I was here at 440 on a Thursday afternoon. You ran out of chicken and fajita veggies and we were the last one to get steak. 440 pm and the dinner rush wasn't even hitting yet. There were 4 other tables occupied with customers. The 3 groups behind us left to go to another restaurant (money literally walked out the door). I didn't order a meal because why waste my money when I cannot have the veggies on the salad? Anyway chipotles all over Minnesota are my very last resort for meals from now on. Many are so dirty that I just simply walk out without ordering. Today the dining room is mostly clean but many of the tables that are not occupied still have lunch remnants on them. Shame on you chipotle. You fail your most basic of business mottos. You have to have the product you have on the menu or people like us just stop coming and we tell everyone else about it. This place is dirty and depressing. The three people working Friday nights are clearly overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid. The lady that stays in the beginning of the line has a permanent frown and putting attitude every time I see her. The restaurant is filthy, but the thing that amazed me most was how dirty the ceiling was by the vents above the food. Black specs everywhere maybe dust or mold? Zero stars if I could. I always order a kids cheese quesadilla meal with rice beans and chicken as my sides. The workers proceeded to tell me I could only get two sides. The manager came out and corrected them then the worker gave me the smallest rice scoop I've ever seen. The container is portioned out for you to fill it up, not only half way. Service is excellent, I go enough to interact with the workers on a daily basis and they are always kind. The food portions are always adequate which is a far cry from other locations in the twins cities. Would definitely recommend this chipotle to anyone. read more

Walked in and they were only taking online orders because there cooler was broken whatever I just ordered off the app no big deal. I had to wait outside at another restaurant table for my food because all the tables were disgusting and when I finally got my food I got half a burrito and they filled my bowl only half way. I go back in to ask for more and they seemed annoyed like it was my fault. Then I get my girlfriend a coke from the soda machine turns out they have it switched around and the coke is Diet Coke. I was disappointed with my experience at this place. The food portions were super small, with only a quarter of the bowl actually filled. The staff was rude whenever I asked for extras and seemed annoyed. On top of that, they charge extra for cheese and guacamole, even if it's a regular part of your bowl. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience. They also have closed all of the seats because they do not want to clean up after so you can not eat there. read more

Walked in for dinner to one dude making the food (probably the manager) who yells for the employees to come out to attend to the customers waiting in line. 3 highschoolers emerge laughing and giggling from out the kitchen and there's 0 brown rice, 0 lettuce, 0 black beans - I order my bowl with half steak, half rice and the employee loads up what seems to be like half a cow onto my bowl. Then after being denied lettuce, I get charged for double meat even though I asked for single. Why should I get charged for an employees doing? Next I ask for a drink and the check out forgets to give me a cup and runs away to the back, only for someone else to give me a cup. Wrong orders, long waits, worst Chipotle in town. For *years* (2020, 2021, 2022...) fajita veggies are unavailable at this location because they are "too much work". Most recently, placed mobile order with a pickup time 30 minutes later. When we arrived, store was closed due to no staff. Why didn't they turn off mobile ordering? So, I have to say I am impressed, yet very underwhelmed with this location. I used to come here all the time back when it opened. I feel like it was good in the beginning, but lately they have slid and I'm not loving it. They did get 3 stars because of the amazing employees though! I walked in and the lone was about half way wrapped to the door. It took me almost no time at all to get up to order and get back out. The employees all seemed cheery and they worked really well together. The portions were acceptable and they were speedy on top of it. The total down side though.. my food was super cold and the rice.. good heavens... half was sticky like sushi rice and half was still crunchy. I dont think I'll even finish the bowl, which is very disappointing. I think in general all chipotle's have slid. None of them seem to be as good as they used to be. read more

This is their barbacoa quesadilla with roasted veggies. They don't care what you ordered they will improvise and create a meal that would appeal to a child who is a finicky eater. This is probably one of the worst-run Chipotle locations I've ever been to. I placed an order for pickup and I got there on my scheduled pickup time and the food was not ready yet. This was because their tortilla heater was broken and I ordered a burrito. There was nothing on the app that notified me that they were not serving burritos at the time. The staff was kind enough to make a burrito for me in the back room and I have witnessed the worst wrapping job I've ever seen in a burrito. The manager clearly needs to work on training their employees better with putting together burritos. read more

This is a truly bad Chipotle location. When I arrived there were signs in the door that said "Digital Only" with no other directions. I proceeded to order online and take it home. Once I got home, I noticed that the portions for my bowl were very small, the bowl was somehow cold (I live 3 minutes away) and the chips were very stale. HORRIBLE!!! I've ordered from here twice on DoorDash thinking the second time would be better but it wasn't! I ordered a salad TWICE hoping I would get the vinaigrette dressing and both times I get nothing, on top of that the most smallest portions of toppings. I ordered a steak taco and did not get steak.. I got some type of meat but it definitely wasn't steak and only got cheese and sour cream on them.. I didn't even ask for cheese, but all the other toppings I asked for were never on there. Finally I ordered a bottled water twice and never got it. They gave me an empty cup instead. This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever ordered from!!!! read more

Used to love chipotle, but the service has gotten so bad this year, I've never seen a fast food chain do so much false advertising before Chipotle in 2022. The store keeps closing at random hours when they're supposed to be open, and if you're lucky to make it in store, they do like 5 online orders for every person they help and it's a ridiculous wait time for a buffet style establishment even if there's only a few people waiting. I once paid for a pickup order online and when i got the store, the doors were locked even though it said they were open online, and there was staff inside the building, but they just ignored me outside even though I paid for the meal. I used to love Chipotle, but unfortunately i just can't bring myself to eat there for a long time, they just don't care about their customers anymore. Watched a worker scoop up sour cream from an order with her hand (gloved) and throw it to the garbage and it splattered everywhere. And then just left the pick up order as is (messy and sloppy).
