Worst Chipotle experience ever. It was so bad I walked out. The large woman with a serious attitude problem and mask around her chin slopped about a half a scoop of chicken crumbles (only crumbs left which I didn't see at first) so my bowl. This Chipotle location is absolutely terrible. They are doing online orders only, so I ordered chips, but when I went to pick up they were out. They didn't even tell me but thankfully I looked inside the bag. I promptly requested a refund and I was told I need to do so by contacting support on the website. I contacted support before I left the Chipotle and still have not heard back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DESPICABLE! On top of that, the rest of my food was made completely wrong and I had to go back to the store again so they could remake it only to take a bite of my food that was completely burnt. Love their food cooked perfectly and I love the sides. I don't like however when I ask for rice on a burrito they over stuff it with rice. Their chicken quesadillas are amazing. My experience was a roller coaster. I went in with a good attitude and my $5 tip ready appreciating all the workers who are still going during this pandemic crisis. The restaraunt appeared clean. A man was yelling at the employees to re-make all the food and stormed out, that was definitely a sight. The line seemed reasonable but I preordered using the app so I skipped it, there was a woman in the hoodie standing against the prep table which stored pick up orders. She refused to make eye contact with me, so I continued to patiently wait for someone to assist me to pick up my food. At this point 9 mins had passed, 2 additional people were standing behind me at the pick up line and a door dash employee came in and cut all of us and demand her food. The woman in the hoodie who was standing against the prep table with her braids hitting the table (not exactly sanitary) finally responded to her that she was off the clock and would not be assisting us, but continued to stand there next to the register ignoring everyone. I dont expect her to work if she is clocked out, but I would have expected her to go anywhere else and not contaminate food or confuse people waiting for food who now think she is being rude or lazy. Finally your amazing and hard working cashier handled the line and all of our take orders. She was the saving grace. She gave me my food, which was stapled shut so when I opened it to check my order it ripped made it difficult to carry. I noticed immediately that I was missing the dressing for the salad, the woman kindly gave me 2. I didnt continue to look through my bag since it was ripped and the line was getting longer. Upon arriving home I noticed that they did not include the side of guac I paid for or the extra side of tortilla we had order/requested and the chips were stale and incredibly chewy. Also a huge head of romaine lettuce that was unclean and usually not part of a salad was included in my salad. Gross. So not my best chipotle experience. read more

I've visited this Chipotle location many times and while I have had a couple orders with an error or two, they generally do a good job! The staff here has always been very friendly and my online orders were always completed in time. It can get pretty busy around lunch time (11-12) so it can be helpful to keep that in mind. read more

This particular Chipotle on Lakeshore in Euclid is an absolute abomination. I've been to many different locations throughout NE Ohio and have only been in this location twice now. However, both times that I went in (in the evening, about 2 hours before they close) they were completely out of multiple items. This wasn't on a weekend, either, but on a random Tuesday and other weekday! This latest time, they were out of so many things (cheese, sour cream, corn, chicken, etc) that it literally would've been easier for them to just list the things they actually DID have! Better yet, they should've just closed for the night since most people turned right around anyway and didn't bother ordering, like I did. Even better still would be if this location would just close permanently and stop pretending to be a legitimate Chipotle location that is happy to make the food and serve it to you! Don't let the standard Chipotle exterior fool you and lure you in... You will be severely let down. read more

Was visiting a relative and stopped by this location for the first time. To say this place is disappointing is giving it more credit than it deserves. The establishment is a MESS. From dirty tables, to workers in SLEEP bonnets versus hairnets, and spider webs in light fixtures! The service is painfully slow and the workers are unprofessional. I would never eat out of this place ever. The workstation is a mess, food everywhere, mixing different meats and other toppings, and using the same gloves to clean up as they use to serve food. I was in town for business, and my client decided to order Chipotle for lunch using the mobile app. We had ordered our food, and drove there 35 minutes later. When we arrived we were the only people in there, besides several employees standing around talking, doing nothing. Our food was not ready when we arrived. As we started to talk to the cashier about our orders, about 15 people walked in... some to pick up orders, others to order in person. I had ordered a Carnitas Burrito Bowl (which I order all the time). It was not ready ,but they quickly thru it together. It was NO WHERE near what it should have been, nor what I ordered. It consisted of rice, a TON of lettuce and a ridiculous amount of sour cream... with 2 teaspoons of carnitas. Never mind that it should have had corn, salsa, guacamole and queso on it as well. My two other clients food was not ready (only one of whom had ordered chicken salad), and at that point in time they said they ran out of chicken and needed to fix more. So one employee started making the chicken... while the others stood around. It was ridiculous! About 18 customers, standing around waiting for either their orders, or to order. We ended up waiting ANOTHER 1/2 hr for our food.... SO A TOTAL OF OVER AN HOUR WAITING FOR OUR FOOD AT CHIPOTLE! I would be understanding and forgiving, considering this is the year of Covid, however someone was not watching the line to see how low their supplies were, nor was there any sense of urgency to assemble the other orders. It was so massively unorganized, no sense of management and lacking direction from management. And the restaurant was filthy. We then had to take our food to go - in a hurry - only to open it up after we left to find they completely messed up our orders and forgot the salad dressing as well. We ordered our food online through the app and it said 15 minutes. We paid over $30 for three meals and they SUCKED!! Two of the bowls were completely wrong, cold as hell and it took an extra 40 minutes to get the food once he arrived to pick it up. The Euclid location sucks and they never serve a correct order or a hot anything! Come on Chipotle get it together because many are complaining about this from different locations.
