came to this chipotle 15 minutes before closing and they still had everything in stock- they piled my bowl nice and high and it was all delicious and didn't taste like it had been sitting out for a while. the service was quick- probably because they wanted us out but none the less, it was perfect, quick, and an overflowing bowl, which is what we all want when we go to chipotle read more

It took me a moment to gather myself because i am highly disappointed in this entire company and location. I was eating my bowl and started choking badly out of not where only to realize there was an extreme piece of plastic in my food!!!! I have ordered from here before so this not only left a bad taste in my mouth, but this there was no resolution or compensation. if i could leave 0 stars i would. the customer service is horrible there is probably only 1 nice person in there and everyone else is extremely rude. i understand it's hard to be busy and everyone is stressed during lunch hour but if you can't handle it then maybe you shouldn't have a job. i asked for my order that was just sitting behind the counter and the guy basically threw it at me as if it's my fault he didn't ask me the name on the order. and it's not even just during lunch hour they are always rude and always so slow. never once had a good experience management is horrible nobody helps each other everyone is just overall slow and EXTREMELY rude. read more

With 18 minutes to close, myself and five other guests came in to get food. The staff immediately all (two guys and a manager in a hat with beard) proceeded to instantly tell me they were out of rice. I'm not sure the length of time to cook rice; but there aren't many dishes at chipotle they don't contain rice. Needless to say it seems you should just close early if you don't have product to sell. Seems like it could be a problem for the ownership when you're on the clock being paid but not willing to prep anymore food for the last twenty minutes. If it were my store I would just suggest that as soon as they run out of rice just throw out all the food and everyone go home. Everyone left without buying anything. How do run put of items 4 hours before closing and not prepare item. Guacamole, lettuce for burrito bowls, pico de gallo, peppers, and the meat looked like it was cooked in the morning. The strange thing is the takeout station was fully stocked. So if I would ordered online in my car instead of standing in line I could have had my order the way I prefer. I should have read the reviews, this doesn't seem to be a new problem at this location. I won't be returning, I guess I need t to arrive shortly after they open to get fresh food. LeRoy: I had a burrito bowl as a first time customer. I was very apprehensive, but I have to say the taste of the burrito bowl was extremely wonderful. I'd be back and get it again! The only thing I didn't like about the whole situation was that it was too fast food-y, I like it more restaurant-y. Caitlin: I thought the customer service was excellent. Are they going to give you old brown guacamole covered with a layer of green guacamole? Are you going to have to step over a water puddle on the floor next to the soda machine? [slip & fall lawsuit] Are you gonna watch one employee yelling & calling another employee a B***h? Then watch that employee start crying in front of everyone. When they screw up your order will you have to make three calls to customer service and wait for an email just to get a six dollar refund? I go to the Flint location once every three months because 60% of the time they're out of what I want or I have to deal with some other issue. Is this a staff issue or a management issue? read more

The workers were friendly, the service was fast, and the food was good. All of the workers seemed to work well as a team. Didn't even eat. We had to walk out. The food line with all the ingredients was atrocious. Ingredients/ food all over the place, dirty counters, dirty scooping utensils, even the glass that the customer looks through was dirty & stained. The gloves of the workers were covered in ingredients of every color, no proper glove changes were happening here. Every table in the dining area was also dirty and the floors were littered with napkins and dropped food. It looked like they had not swept once since opening this morning. Plenty of staff standing behind the counter. All of them looked miserable. I've never seen a chipotle look this unsanitary. It was very disturbing & a bad representation of the brand. This location is dreadful. They reopened during covid citing following regulations, but then allowed every single person to go in without a mask. They didn't enforce the mask policy plastered around the building at all. And the people behind/around me were right on my butt, leaving no space/distancing. I also stood at the front of the line for over five minutes without a single employee looking up nor acknowledging me (middle of the afternoon, no rush). They then abruptly closed the inside one day without notice. They also took down all their hours, so you have no clue when they're actually open. And they don't answer the phone. You literally have to just stand outside flans wait for 15-20minute intervals for someone to randomly crack the door and ask for a name, only to disappear for another 5-10minutes. A mixed bag when it comes to service, for certain. For some inexplicable reason, I keep giving this new Chipotle multiple chances. I usually wouldn't do that, but at this point, I'm glad that I did give them another chance to turn it around after so many miserable attempts at eating here. Because of those previous experiences, I'm torn between giving them three or four stars, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt because they were rather new at the time. For whatever reason, I decided to give this Chipotle another shot this week. I don't know why since every other opportunity I've given them over the past 11 months has descended into frustration and me usually walking out the door empty-handed or starving after a ungodly long wait only to receive mediocre food that didn't look presentable and tasted about as good. I've walked out of here sans food at least twice before, swearing I'd never return, after hanging out in line for 20 minutes with no hope of ever getting to the front of the line. I thought this was supposed to be considered "fast casual?" That kind of poor service in the past didn't denote anything "fast" in my opinion. It felt as if I was standing in line for an attraction at the Magic Kingdom. I walked in with zero expectations and managed to get served immediately. Wow, that was a first. The ordering process was quick and painless, unlike every other experience I've had at this Chipotle up until now, and our order was ready within minutes. I had the veggie burrito and my husband ordered the chorizo burrito advertised on special, plus a side of chips and salsa. The guy making the order did seem a little distracted and asked me what kind of meat I wanted on my veggie burrito (hey, dude, it's a veggie burrito. I don't want any meat on it, okay?), but I chalked it up to the fact that they probably don't get a lot of requests for vegetarian options here. No big deal. We sat down and found a spot at one of the large high top tables in the center. I noticed the place was clean- much cleaner than the last two times I was here. At least there was no trash spilling onto the floor or tables that needed cleaning this time. As we ate, I noticed the line fill up, extending back to the entrance again. Nonetheless, the line moved quickly. That was a first, at least based on what I've seen here. Usually, the service here is notoriously slow. Maybe they're finally getting their act together? One can hope! The food was pretty solid and consistent this time. Unlike before, my order wasn't messy and didn't like it was thrown together by a pre-schooler. It looked and tasted the way it should, with an enviable topping of fresh veggies, cheese and sauce. I opted for the wheat burrito this time and actually thought it was pretty good. I'll probably order it the same way again. It was decent Tex Mex food, better than fast food and less expensive than a traditional sit-down restaurant with wait service. My husband commented that his burrito was good, seemed very filling, and that at least it didn't look like it was smashed together and tossed into a bag like before. I have to say my burrito, for the bargain price of about $6.50 (most are priced around that mark), definitely quelled my hunger for the rest of the day, so I'd say it was a quick, hearty meal worth its price. I can't wait for this Chipotle location to have it's liquor license approved. You heard me- they're on the waiting list to get a liquor license to serve beer and both Sauza and Patron margaritas. They're already on the menu, but a sign below it says "liquor license pending." I asked the girl at the counter about it and she said they're still awaiting approval until the liquor commission checks out their outdoor patio structure to ensure that it's up to code to allow customers to drink alcohol on it. This location is really terrible! They run out of food a lot and ignore customers. If they were short staffed, I would be understanding... but there were 10 people cooking, no counter help and then no one taking money. I waited 40 minutes with 2 people ahead of me in line and no explanation was given on the long wait. I keep going back hoping for a different result. Nope! Outta chicken and guacamole and the counter staff is extremely rude ever single time I'm there! Extremely disappointed the plain white rice tasted like the lemon lime rice. The quesadilla was dripping in grease. To make the quesadilla they grabbed a tortilla and a handful of shredded mozzarella and put it right in and didn't even melt the cheese. The counter they made the food on was dirty but at least the grill was being cleaned. If I could I would have given them negative stars. read more

Extremely disappointed. Went in at 3:45 on a Saturday. They were out of two meats (both are the kind I eat) and the sliced cheese. Server was rude to lady in front and refused to cut cheese for her and claimed they were closing in ten mins so there was no point. The line was out the door.... the cheese probably would have been used on most of our food as even people behind us were complaining. Sever did not let us know upfront what was out so I felt like by the end of the line my meal wasn't nearly what it always is. Easily could have taken 30 seconds to slice some up. There were plenty of employees there. By the time we were done I didn't want to pay and honestly now don't want to eat it. He was rude, the place was littered throughout the lobby with napkins. I have been eating Chipotle since 2000 when my daughter went to Kent State in Ohio ( there was one across the street from the campus ). I was ecstatic when they opened one up where I live in Flint, Mi. ; however if you go there after 4 p.m. they are always OUT OF SOMETHING. I always get a salad and they are always out of grilled veggies, dressing, or chips...if not all 3, and it's very irritating & disappointing. Please do better for the people of this community. This is used to be a great spot. Now they've gone down hill really BAD. Every time I go in there now they're always out of ingredients. One time it was white and brown rice ain't with guacamole. Another time is was both black and pinto beans. I also had a bad experience where they literally ran out of the burrito bowls so they used the side dish containers instead (which I found ok). But when they rang me up, it was charged as a full entree even though it was less than half than I usually get. I started order online thinking it would be better. I still got issues. read more
