This was my first time here. My mom really wanted to come I was very disappointed that many of the hot food items were dried out, wiped out and/ or needed to be replaced. When I tried to explain myself to one of the girls behind the counter she said "Whatever" I kept my cool and and asked "what did you just say? Did you say "whatever"? I told her that she was rude and disrespectful. She looked embarrassed. She should have been embarrassed. Her response should have been to ask what I was interested in. Apologize. I didn't read the reviews until way too late. We went in and ordered food to go. Unlike the complaints I see now they were generous with the food. Of course, it took us a while to get served. They had a bunch of people but it seems each one was on one particular task and couldn't deviate until it was crisis time. The line kept piling up while workers refilled the food and wiped the counters. Finally when everything was refilled the refilled went to start making bowls. The wiper went out and wiped tables. The cook cooked, the online order guy filled online orders, the manager walked around. When the wiper finished the tables she came back and helped make a few burritos, then went to the register until the manager figured out it was crash time. Finally, 2 people making Bo w ..... nope, wiping time again. One girl making bowls and the manager handling the register. Eventually got home with the food, and had done the Wordle, Connections, and Strands so that was good. Took a few bites of food and looked over. My wife was trying to wash the salt out of her mouth. You know that burn you get if you just pour a salt shaker into your mouth and then try to spit it out, but your skin just burns, that's the one. We think it was the rice but gave up trying to decide. So back I went. Decided we just wouldn't risk it. "Manager" was very nice but couldn't find his manager card to do a refund. In my opinion and experience, they are severely downsizing the amount of food they give customers. Should re-name it "Stingies." The main draw was getting a lot of food for 3 meals. Now you have to beg for more rice after they give you 1 flat spoon of rice. Gave me Just enough to feed a mouse. Guacamole is made fresh only once a day based on their ads. Yuck. After sometime we decided to order from here again, the server gave us the wrong protein on one of the orders fine we let it slide and decided to come back again. What a mistake, they had NO fajita veggies available, very small portions and the employees all seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. When I asked how long it would be for fajita veggies they tell me 10mins, a properly ran location would know that at peak dinner service they should be well stocked with everything. I asked for limes on the side "we don't have any". Asked for light red sauce they proceed to give a huge spoonful. I'm surprised I haven't been here in a while since I am always in the area. I came here to pick up an order that I placed through the app and I needed to walk over. The parking for pick up is pretty atrocious. They have some slots fo side parallel parking but those are usually full and there are a ton of cars coming in and out so you better be very comfortable doing parallel parking lightning fast. I tend to park about two blocks down in the back of some stores so it takes a bit more leg strength to get to this place. It is quite large compared to the Germantown location at Milestone. Definitely feels more safe during COVID since there is more room to walk around. They got my order right and it was ready about 5 minutes earlier than I intended. It worked out well. read more

This is by far the stingiest and nastiest chipotle of the franchise. The staff here is so rude and always catching an attitude when you ask for a side of something. Don't even bother asking for extra anything cause they'll give you 1/4 of a scoop even when it comes to rice. Every time I come here it's always something and just overall sets you in a bad mood. DO NOT COME HERE. READ THE REVIEWS. It was my mistake to not read it and I experienced terrible customer service and tiny portions. My server looked like she was already in a bad mood when she messed up a customer's protein. Then I came along and she gave this look, like she doesn't want to be here. Skimping on the steak was like meh, because most locations do that already. When I wanted extra cheese, she put the TINIEST amount! Then she decided to skimp on the lettuce, even though it was turning pink already. Then I go to the cashier and asked if I should scan my app or card first. She just said "scan it" then "wait" as she talks to her coworker. After she finished chatting, she said go ahead and scan. I would've asked if I can scan my rewards again, but I was so irritated with this place. I don't understand why rice can't be added into the quesadilla but you're forced to get three sides. For many years I've ate at multiple chipotle locations especially the one in Bethesda before this creation of the new quesadilla. The tortilla rice cheese and protein was all melted in the tortilla machine and served in the aluminum foil. Don't really love this new quesadilla, might as well just go to Taco Bell. Disclaimer: this rating is based on my experience when I ordered my food on the Chipotle app. I personally haven't had any issues with my order nor the staff whenever I've picked up my food to go. I decided to order my burrito bol on Chipotle's app and chose the delivery option. The guaranteed arrival time on the app said 1:10 PM but my order arrived around 1:25 PM. It took some time to find a driver which was fine. The arrival time on the receipt said 1:00 PM so no wonder my food was cold by the time that it arrived but it's nothing that a minute in the microwave can't fix. The first thing that I've noticed was that the bag wasn't stapled shut. I've ordered Chipotle via food service apps (i.e. DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) before from other Chipotle locations and the bag was always stapled. Seemed a bit alarming especially during this sensitive time. When I opened the lid off of my bol, I noticed that the lettuce was missing but they've added cheese instead. I specifically chose this location because Uber Eats users have claimed that the workers follow the order well. This was not the case during my experience. The order also came with an enclosed fork and three napkins. Overall, I'll probably order Chipotle from another location. read more

This has been THE WORST customer service several times in a row now. We ordered food on the Chipotle app last week from there. One item was a steak quesadilla with black-beans no rice. What we got was rice & beans ONLY. No tortilla. Nothing. I checked our recipe and it was clearly marked correctly. I called back and told them what happened AGAIN. This has happened before. I was told "Sorry about that. Come back and we will make it." Well no. My husband was already home and everyone else's food would get cold. The "manager" I spoke to said to come back next week and we would receive it at no charge. I was told they had our name and it would be no problem. This week my husband went directly there to order the food instead of on line. They had no record of a free order and they would not budge bc he didn't have a receipt. We were never told to bring the receipt. 30 min. Later my husband called me to tell me they weren't going to honor that. I then had to get on the phone and asked for the manager. I spoke to Cassandra who was going to help. She asked me to hold and never came back. Someone picked up the phone & hung it up. I called again and asked for the manager. 15 min later and being "disconnected" four times after being told Cassandra was too busy to come to the phone "So sorry about that" even after I insisted. I'm furious now. I FINALLY got the manager, Catherine(?). She told me they made the order. I hung up but she had nothing to say about being disconnected 4 times. Or the facts that 45 min later ALL OUR FOOD WAS COLD. THERE ARE SO MANY CHIPOTLES IN GERMANTOWN. PICK ANOTHER ONE. SAVING 5 min DRIVE IS NOT WORTH IT. read more

My kid and I both enjoy burrito bowls from Chipotle. Tonight he went for the chicken and I went for the steak, as always, they were fantastic. No idea why this location has only earned 2.5 stars, we had a terrific experience. I don't know if the smaller portions we had received earlier today are Company's decision or managers decision to save on a food cost at this location ( Milestone Shopping Center Germantown,MD). Either way, it will result in lost customers. Normally I would let It go and just drive to another location down the road considering I am also the manager in food industry. However, what made me write this review is the reaction of the manager when I brought to his attention how small the chicken portion was for my daughter's meal. He responded back very rudely and loud in front of other customers. He kept asking "do you want extra chicken" couple of times even though I was still talking. The manager's name is Mark Levitan. I find it sad and disappointing to have someone with no sense for customer service be at that position . Chipotle can do so much better with their choice of who represents them in front of the customer. read more

When ordering from this restaurant it has to be in store and not through online. They got my co workers order wrong and they don't pack it nicely. They had the wrong top and my co worker thought he had got the wrong order again. For someone who may have not noticed and started eating it it would have caused a problem because no one would want the order that was already started. Please double check your online order procedures, we pay extra to have it delivered but I may just take the trip to the store next time if I will continue to receive my orders looking like this. read more

I ordered our dinner at 7:00 PM and the said it would be delivered at 7:20. It is now 8:47 and it has not been delivered! The delivery time has changed at least five times. There is no way to contact anybody personally, only a robot that never dealt with my problem and did not offer me a living person to deal with. All employees and customers wore masks and did their best to abide by social distancing recommendations. It was easy for the customers since they have markers all over the floors of the restaurant and separated tables for proper social distance for those wanting to dine-in. The staff had a hard time social distancing since the food prep station/ingredients are right next to each other behind the plexiglass and are unable to separate the ingredients any further. My 3 orders were prepared quickly and properly even though it was during the dinner rush and tasted great! All in all, I would recommend Chipotle if you're in the mood for quick and tasty food that's prepared safely during a pandemic read more

This is the first time I have ever had to THROW AWAY my Chipotle bowl. Food was bitter and bad tasting. Rice was essential unseasoned. Beans bland and a tiny portion, too. Salsas flavorless. What's up with all the negative reviews on this Chipotle? For as long as I lived in the area this was my first time at this location and it was a pleasant experience! 1. The line wasn't too bad for a Friday dinner rush. 2. The place was clean and organized especially the utensils/hot sauce area. 3. The workers were welcoming and actually weren't in a foul mood. 4. Even if you asked for more of something, they were willing! Unlike the previous Chipotle I went to. 5. The cilantro lime rice was actually cooked perfectly! Not too hard or soggy. The ingredients tasted fresh and I was extremely satisfied. I may have found my favorite Chipotle in the area. Construction is still going on with the walls from the incident a few weeks ago. A truck drove into the building but regardless of it, finally got a decent experience with this place! A good Chipotle is hard to come by these days. read more

I visited this Chipotle the other night and was met with an extremely rude and unpleasant staff. When I started in the line I was rushed to order. I asked for a burrito and a bowl, the women prepared my bowl and threw it on the counter then proceeded to help the person behind me. I asked again for the burrito and the women rolled her eyes and said something in Spanish to her coworker, Maria. Maria then prepared my burrito and continued making my bowl. Again, rushing me to select by asking continuously what I wanted. When she was making the burrito bowl, I asked her for corn cheese and lettuce with sour cream on the side. She made the bowl with corn cheese and lettuce close it up and slid it down the counter. She did made the burrito and completed that. I asked again for the sour cream on the side, she ignored me and started to complete the person behind me order. I said excuse me and she said one moment in Spanish. I waited for her to complete the tacos from the person behind me when she went to move onto the next person I asked again for the sour cream on the side so I could complete my order and check out. Maria then yelled at me" I said one minute!!" and repeated one minute again in Spanish to me, then continued to address the other customer. This was very rude of her to do being as though I was there and I asked multiple times for the sour cream on the side. I even waited Until she completed someone else's order before I asked again . She began to ignore me when I said something, and the woman who was ringing out, grabbed sour cream from the back because Maria would not acknowledge me. There then was an issue with the register and we had to wait five minutes before we could pay. After I paid, I asked for the name of worker who was rude to me. I then was told by Kayla to step to the side and she would help me in a very rude and nasty tone, again rushing me out of the restaurant. I've been said to her, I don't want to step to the side, I just want her name. She responded to me in a rude tone and says "Maria, now remember it." I've then asked her for her name which she gave to me rudely as well. I love chipotle but this location is the worse. The staff is horrible. They rush you and don't even listen to your order. Then they get it wrong and just try to keep going. Their attitude was very bad as well. It wasn't even that busy, I mean there was a line but it wasn't like it was up to the door. I was very upset afterwards, I don't think I'll come to this location again. Also, they burn the onions to charred and just sever it to people. I ended up picking black onions out.
