This place is disgusting and filthy. Ate here to find the tables are almost never cleaned between customers. Worst of all, I went to the restroom after I ate and was appalled by how unsanitary it was. It's evident the men's room hasn't been cleaned in WEEKS as the toilet bowl is stained yellow from never even being brushed. The toilet and seat were covered in pubic hair, feces, and urine. Even the sink, where people are supposed to clean their hands, was absolutely filthy. If this is how unsanitary their bathrooms are, imagine what the rest of the restaurant is like, where they make your food... absolutely disgusted after leaving this restaurant. read more

I have been to this location 3 times. The service is continually horrible, they always seem to never have white rice or chicken. We waited the last time for chicken and it took the cook 20 minutes to cut it up after taking it off the grill. My bowl was essentially soup after I asked for the line crème and sour cream. They only have one person working the line and are more focused on online orders. The facility is not clean and seems like there is a lack of care for the stores appearance. I will never go back to this facility. The Qdoba across the street is clean and has good service. read more

Four stars if I was just rating my experience on the the delicious bowls we got, one star though if I was to rate the overall customer service. I usually try and understand and respect workers since we all have rough days, but something about hearing someone audibly complain because I'm asking for too many toppings and then be unnaturally upset that I requested fruit for my sons side, just felt a bit ridiculous. I have always loved chipotle. But, I have been to this store twice and they have consistently given small servings/have forgotten to add beans (a big deal when you order a veggie bowl and beans are the main protein). The service has been bare minimum- one employee did not utter a word while we interacted with them to pick up our order and merely handed the bag over without making eye contact. The store seems burnt out and under staffed. Will not be returning to this location unfortunately. read more

Order from mobile app, with pick up time 2:30. 1 honey chicken burrito, 1 barbacoa burrito bowl, chips and queso (cinco de mayo special), and fountain drink. Arrived at 2:32 to the location and i didn't see my order at the mobile app shelves. Checked the app and it says my order is ready. Sat in the front table and waited for about 10 mins because there was a line. There are 2 other ladies arrived and waiting for their mobile app order. No one seems to ask the 2 ladies standing next to the shelves if they needed help. So as soon as the cashier was slightly free, i told the cashier that theres 3 of us waiting for our mobile app order. The cashier asked me whats my name so he gave me my order and then he helped the next lady. The worst part is that when i had my order, there's NO HONEY CHIPOTLE CHICKEN MEAT ON MY BURRITO. My family ate here April 26th, 2026 in the afternoon. They were out of rice. The staff was not friendly at all. There was food on every table in the dining area and the floor was sticky and looked like people had been brushing their food on the floor all day. You couldn't step anywhere without stepping on food. The trash bins were overflowing onto the floor also. I haven't been to Chipotle in quite awhile. I was excited to stop by and get my old fav salad with Barbacoa...the dressing is my favorite. The server fills the bowl of lettuce with very minimal amounts. I noticed I do not see the dressing, which I found out they were out of. It was bummer, but I loved the bowls, too, so I was not too sad. I ordered the bowl with Barbacoa, which they put the tiniest amount of, I wanted both beans so they put a scant amount of each on the rice and asked if I wanted to pay more for double beans, I declined. I added extra guac, which had good flavor, but for real Chiptole $2.50 extra? I was so bummed with the bowl, the rice was so bland and just really had no flavor. I don't think I will go back. Chipotle was always my choice over Qdobam, but no longer. I still like the layout/vibe of Chipotle vs Qdoba, but Qdoba has so much more flavor and mentally I don't feel nickel and dimed. The cashier was very rude. She not only started to yell, she would not look or would not speak to me, when trying to get an answer on a hidden sign of no change at all, that patrons could not see. How can a Food restaurant not have any change at 2:00 pm? Or know how to hang signs? Or better yet, let patrons know that they do not have change? This location always skimps on portion sizes for delivery/DoorDash orders. I've ordered from them several times through DoorDash, and my veggie bowl always only be half full. This last time was especially egregious - I actually counted the number of beans and it was 12! A tiny squiggle of sour cream, and a dash of cheese. Why am I paying so much money for only half (or less) of what I should I be getting? If you go in person, it's totally different. Employees on the Chipotle Reddit have stated that it's common practice at some locations to shortchange people who order online to try to save money - looks like this location is one of them. This is actually insane at this point. Everyday I would order the same exact thing, chicken, rice and fajita veggies. I ordered pickup everyday after the gym because I lived an hour out of town and it was nearby for a quick meal. EVERY single time, I would never get fajita veggies. I complained after a few weeks (which I don't like to do but it was getting outrageous) and basically was just given a "sorry we'll fix it next time". Fast forward a year later since I've gotten it, and I ordered two bowls just meat veggies and rice, and once again. No veggies on either. Still after all this time. Nothing like being super excited to get a burrito and get half way down the line and there are no peppers. If i were okay with being a bad customer, i would have just walked out. I doubt you are ever out of the items you specifically charge extra for like guac, and queso. I find it hard to believe there are consistent supply chain issues. Maybe its management? This is a terrible Chipotle. Every time I go, it's a toss-up if I'll stay or go before I order. There's only ever one person serving, and they always go slower than a stoned sloth. The line is always to the door, and people leave left and right after waiting so long. The garbage is usually overflowing, the place is dirty, and the staff look miserable. This is the closest Chipotle from me. I used to love Chipotles food. Every time I order on the mobile app my order is messed up. This last time the rice was missing in my bowl (HUGE mistake) and I they also gave me a coke instead of a sprite. Also, the chicken was so salty that you couldn't even eat it. I've never eaten chicken this salty in my life. It was so challenging to get a customer rep on the phone and all they did was give me a free entre and a free drink. But, that means I still have to pay the DoorDash fees and tip the new driver. Horrible experience and every time I get chipotle at this location it gets worse. This was my last visit. For someone that frequents this location multiple times a week- the customer service tonight was a capital YIKES. My fiance and I walked in, there were 4 employees (including a manager) talking up near the register as we approached the front- not one of them greeted us (or the woman behind us). We stood there for 3-4 minutes without even being looked at so I finally said "Hello" We were greeted with extreme agitation, as if we were inconveniencing them by wanting to order....food... at a place that sells....food. My fiance looked at me and asked if I wanted to go somewhere else and I said yes. As we turned around, the woman behind us said "yeah I'm also leaving that was ridiculous I watched the whole interaction" The three of us left. 3 customers lost. They routinely "clear" items over a half an hour early and I have been personally victimized by their ineptitude twice and witness to them demeaning another customer once. They literally said to a paying customer " if you don't feel we do it right, why do u come back?" And pushed him out the door. Ridiculous! TonightI asked for just the first name of the manager and all four employees stood mute while the true leader, an unpleasant young lady said "you can leave" I said "well, you can call the cops because there's still a half an hour until you close and I'd like to wait". We had the rudest guy take our order. He rolled his eyes when my husband said he wanted a burrito and "white cilantro rice". The guy taking our order said "they both have cilantro in them" and scoffed. Other people were heard complaining about his attitude. I swear they do not use salt or citrus juice at this location. It always tastes so bland. I get the same thing weekly from this location, and it's always inconsistent. I always have to add salt when I get home. Meat is usually under cooked. Portions are skimpy. They are always out of something, and staff is never flexible about it (hey we'll add it at the end/I'll bend down and change this salsa so you don't have to get the literal scraps at the bottom) nope. I walked in at 6:10. I understand it is a busy hour as I also work in the food industry. But the Manager was prioritizing their door dash/pickup line rather than their inshop line. Which the inshop line had a line out the door. In my experience you should always serve the customer that is there in front of you first rather than the ones that are not even there yet. I waited for 30 minutes and decided to leave as I had not moved one spot. I only figured that out because when I got outside, sauce had leaked down the front of my jeans and shirt and all over the parking lot. This seems to be a trend among other reviews as well. This particular time, it's just before 2pm, so it's well after the lunch rush is over. No chicken, corn salsa is out, and no ice. Other customers were told it would be a 3 minute wait for chicken-- I was told I could order anything but chicken, which is what I came for. Very Weird experience here. The portions were small, they were out of multiple things (sour cream, fajitas, chips, ice) and did not seem to have an answer for when things would be restocked.
