I used to read the reviews and think I was just lucky any time I got a nice hefty bowl, but after being an online regular for about a year and half now this is a normal occurrence. Im not sure if it's the same person who prepares my bowl or if the whole staff is just very generous but wow thank you!!! My bowl yesterday was so jam packed I had to stick it another larger container lol. This location has a lot of bad reviews however this seems to be the one spot that is very consistent. There are good and bad Chipotles and then there are averages ones. This is an average Chipotle. We were in and out at a reasonable pace and service was fine. I've ran into the issue of having too many people working at one time at Chipotle. What happens or seems to happen, is the servers get a little bored and it's hard to be enthusiastic with each guest. But like I said, no complaints, just an observation. Food was perfect and what we were expecting and it was well stocked and clean. read more

Sometimes you're forced to order online even if you're already in-store, and other times your online order is completely ignored so you're forced to wait in line and order in-store. This chipotle sucks. Worst one I've been too and since it's close to my house unfortunately I go more than I like. It opened a year ago and sucked then but I thought they'd train their staff better and it never happened, poor customer service. When food has been messed up (due to employees not listening to my instructions or the lettuce being rotten) they have not offered anything to compensate for it, no manager jumps in when I am clearly upset. It's always just a bunch of wide eyed kids who don't know what to do. My tacos were horribly soggy because they didn't listen to my requests. The line was slow despite having 5 staff there because only one was working the line due to everyone else clearly shutting things down and trying to be ready to close up even though it was an hour and a half before close. read more
