Brittany and serenity were the two workers we saw that were moving slowly and laughing when a family in line to ordered walked out because they were taking so long and not greeting any customers as they came in. After a long uncomfortable wait with customers piling in the restaurant, Brittany bagged our order then was just fiddling with the strings before chatting with her coworker and still not addressing any of the waiting customers.
