This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I love Chipotle but pretty much every time I have ordered online from here (whether for pickup or delivery) they have gotten at least one thing wrong. I don't usually care that much because I know they're busy all the time but my most recent order for my friends and I was a new low. Literally every single item was wrong. I bought 2 orders of chips with salsa and guac and didn't get any chips. I ordered a burrito and got a bowl, and the ingredients within the bowl were also wrong. They added hot sauce when I asked for mild so I couldn't even eat more than a few bites. My other three items (2 bowls and a quesadilla) all had the wrong ingredients as well. I purchased a steak bowl tonight. First they were out of black beans and guacamole. My steak was nothing but fat. There was a giant leaf in it (probably a bay leaf, but come on) and the butt end of romaine lettuce (which is all brown). When I tried to call and spoke to the automated service it kept trying to place an order for me. The lobby was filled with at least 20 people waiting for orders. Step it up Hadley Chipotle. I have never in my two years of going to this chipotle have seen them be fully stocked on all of their ingredients. Walked in today and they had no proteins available which was the last straw. They were telling people that walked in that they had no chicken and were working on it but then when asked for any of the other proteins they said they did not foresee when it would be available for the rest of the night (they don't close for another 4 hours at the time of writing this review). There is not any specific time when they might have ingredients available (I've been here during lunch rush, dinner rush, in between, and past peak hours and they will just not have several ingredients available) so it's a lottery of what will be missing from your bowl every time. read more

The worker there with pink here is a douche, rude and refused to give us a side of lime. Many of the toppings were out. Serving sizes were poor, never felt like a have been robbed at a Chipotle. Never go here! The staff is awful and lazy and there is always something wrong when i go here. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to in my life! I have complained plenty of times to chipotle themselves and have yet to get refunds any any sort of compromise for the countless amount of meals messed up and or rude staff. Haven't been to chipotle in so long and yesterday's visit did not disappoint!! Ordered a steak bowl with guac, so yummy. Steak has a slight kick though if you don't like any spice. The one thing I wasn't too thrilled about was the bathroom. Walking in I immediately felt as though I was in prison. It's greyscale color and dimly lit with one bulb. Plus no toilet paper... My youngest son had gotten his license that morning and I had offered to take him out to dinner to celebrate. His first choice of restaurants had a 45 minute wait.....Chipotle was his second. We arrived at 6:30 on a Friday night. I realize it's prime time for eating establishments especially in Hadley with the numerous colleges surrounding the area. I also realize Chipotle is trying to re-establish it's reputation after the debacle it had in the past. When I got into this Chipotle I was astonished. 15 or so in line waiting to order and almost every table vacant and absolutely disgusting. Stray scraps of rice, cheese, lettuce etc on every table. What a terrible first impression Chipotle has put on itself. Even the counter where the money was taken was absolutely filthy. Plenty of employees working but obviously no leadership to guide them. Clearly visible to customers is a large sign in the back of the open kitchen is Chipotle "food safety seven". Work healthy, work clean, work safe, cook it, maintain sanitary conditions and call for help. Let me tell you if they don't start practicing what they preach they will be "calling for help". read more

Every time I go to this chipotle it is a bad experience. During peak hours, they have one/two people working the food line when they should have more. I've waited 30+ minutes before even ordering, then when I finally got to ordering I find out that they are out of very common items. (White rice, black beans) They also almost never have vinaigrette which is one of my favorite things from chipotle. Sometimes they decide to switch to only online orders, which doesn't really make sense to me. I've thought about reviewing this place for awhile now and today I finally decided to. At 2pm on a Monday they were closed. Not sure why, but this chipper needs to make some improvements. read more

They must have made it 30 mins earlier when I ordered it, although I'm not sure why because I was only one of two customers in the restaurant at 3 in the afternoon... I know times are tough, but waiting an hour in line only to find out they are out of half the ingredients and also have been filling online orders the whole time while we waited in line was pretty astonishing. Ordering on the app is worse-- you get there and your order in no way resembles what you requested (I got a taco with *just* sour cream inside). When I complained to corporate they gave me a BOGO coupon. Come on. Then there's the days of stomach problems from eating what I am sure was not all that fresh--sour cream tasted off, lettuce was worse. Never going there again. it's been 2 years since i was here last. this place is gross. the amount of cross-contamination going on is criminal. i cannot believe they are still open. i waited over 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me, while they prioritized at least 9 doordash orders...i stood at the counter for another 7 minutes being ignored while 5 people made food on the line. after watching them drip meat juices into the lettuce, hot sauce into the cheese, etc. i decided there was just no way i would eat anything they prepared. and i left. they are terminally out of everything. order quesadillas on doordash and they will deliver them with no cheese. my roommate got a burrito a few months ago the size of a nokia phone because they were out of both cheese and rice...and so put some hot sauce and lettuce on a tortilla and called it a day. i'm surprised they even have the deplorable 1.8 stars they currently carry. if you request a refund for them being out of the food you ordered, they only let you do it 3 times within a 6 month period...and then the fourth time they will refuse you a refund. i know this because they did exactly that to me 2 years ago. i had to threaten legal action. i had to threaten to send the fuckin' cops to their store and charge the manager with theft because i never got my food. go across the street. buy hot bar from whole foods. hell, go to taco bell. you'd be better off literally anywhere that's not this restaurant. read more

Doesn't actually close at 10, will refuse to give you chips because people might order them online. Decides to close 30 minutes early every night despite customers coming through the door. Throws away full containers of food . Will deny you guacamole even though it's sitting right in front of you because it's "reserved for online orders" will present you leftovers first as they will put an entire box of just made chicken/pork/ steak away the night before. Portion size is ridiculous. Double white rice is just one scoop for some reason. They will leave 20+ people in line waiting so that they can do online orders first, which makes no sense since customers are right in front of you waiting. Will prioritize online orders and only leave 1 persons waiting on 20+ people whilst 3 or more people are chatting and doing nothing. Will tell you that if you want chips you need to do an online order and that they will give you the chips right away. It's a lie. Multiple times it has taken over 20 min to get chips after already ordering and paying for my food. Staff can be nice but almost no one knows what they are doing. Really needs corporate oversight. Closing 30 min early when there have been people waiting in line for almost half an hour and the. Denying them service when people are still cooking food and all bins are filled has to be one of the worst decisions a company can make. Either make your closing time 9:30 or actually close on the time you advertise, it's pathetic how this store is run. I wish I could give this chipotle location 0 stars. This is the WORST chipotle I have ever been to, I have been here many times and it is never without some sort of issue. The staff is unprofessional and rude, I had ordered chips and did not get them so my friend told a worker and they ignored her and walked away. I approached the counter to ask again and stood there for minutes with the workers (who were lazily filling chip bags when there were 15 people waiting for orders that had been there for over 30 minutes) walking past me and didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I told them of my issue and the man filling the chip bags (when they had informed everyone that they were OUT OF CHIPS) didn't say a word to me and just threw the chips at me. It was so unbelievably rude. Secondly, this location is always running out of ingredients, which I know is not the fault of these workers but a management issue. For a busy college town, you would think that management would know how much food was needed, but this has been a consistent issue at this location for the duration of me living in this area. Tonight, they were out of every ingredient besides maybe salsa and two types of meat, which is absurd. Also, this restaurant is always DIRTY, with stuff all over the tables, messy floors, overflowing trash, and empty soda machines. Every negative review for this place is completely accurate to every experience I have had, I am shocked this location hasn't been shut down yet. The workers lack any sort of urgency and were complaining to customers about being stressed. Maybe if they are stressed out about being behind on orders they should work at a pace that would allow them to keep up. I have worked in food services for years now and I know how stressful a rush can be, but in that environment you need to be able to work efficiently and this place does not know how to do that. They had two workers standing around just to tell people they were out of every ingredient. I get that there are roles assigned to workers but during a rush management should step in and prioritize getting online orders done if they are not taking orders in-store. Also again I would like to stress the man that was filling chip bags maybe filled 15 bags within the hour that I was inside waiting for my friends order, and last time I checked it doesn't take much time to pour chips from a tray into a bag. I would agree that this place is not nearly as clean as the Chipotle in Chicopee. We had to clean our own table and there was trash all over the floor. Even though Chipotle is good, they're not nearly as good as Two Rivers Burrito in Westfield for almost the same price. The chips were strangely soggy tonight, and I would like fresh tomatoes without the cilantro or whatever is in the mix. My son had a request for some nacho cheese sauce for the nacho chips, and there was a request for a ranch dressing instead of sour cream for a light dressing option. If you don't want salsa, or your kids do not want salsa, there isn't much to moisten the burrito. I'm not sure if they offer ranch dressing if you choose a salad, but when we asked for ranch tonight, they did not offer it. read more

My experience unfortunately was quite negative as I did not receive proper customer service for my situation. I placed my order for 5:50 PM this evening with the hope that it would be ready by then. Unfortunately, my order was 30 minutes late. I made the effort to come in slightly early in order to confirm my order and ensure that it was ready. I was helped by a few of the workers there who stated that they would check on my order which they never did. I spoke with the manager who informed me that the order was going to be prepared. I received no apology. After 30 minutes, the order was finally prepared by someone. Unfortunately, the individual who made my order was slamming my order in my box which made quite a mess. It was clear that they had a severe attitude while making it. To make things worse, they did not close the container properly. As a result of that, my order ended up getting all over me when I got into my car. This made the overall quality of my order atrocious. I am extremely disappointed. This is the worst experience I've ever had at chipotle before. I must mention I personally work in customer service and know the significance of making the moment right. With this situation, they did anything but that.. I understand that places can be short staffed, and things happen, but when your orders are timed, customers expect them to be ready on time. If they are late with the order and receive a customer complain, you should make the effort to prioritize that.. I hope this location becomes more organized and your workers focus on their customer service skills.It is evident that your store needs tremendous improvement. read more
