I was pleasantly surprised today when during shopping we decided on Chili's for a late lunch. Greeted warmly and given a booth with a view of three TVs with football on I was pondering the menu when I saw the three for me options. I ordered a soft drink with chips and salsa (both of which are bottomless) and a smash burger. Our waitress (Zoey) was fantastic. Great service. The chips and salsa were sizable and warm. Plenty to share with my wife and daughter. They chose salads but we all got the burger. It is a good sized burger with seasoned fries. Burger was perfectly cooked, moist, hot and freshly made. It was so much that we all couldn't finish it. Very impressive overall. Best of all the bill came to $35 for three of us! Can't beat that. I'm definitely going to take advantage of this menu again. read more

This picture includes my first Chili's order: their chicken crispers. I must say, you can have a great experience dining at this Chilis, you just have to really pull it out of them. My first plate was not hot at all, not to mention my crispers were anything but crispy. Nonetheless, the wait staff were attentive and kind enough to replace our orders. Service was nice. Food was good. I love the whole experience and the workers that served us were really nice.

Where do I begin? Was looking forward for a fun time at chili's, and I must say it impressed overall. Highlights included the fried pickles brought out promptly by our attentive server, and our final course, the cookie skillet topped with ice cream. The honey chipotle crispers were a hit, as was the queso. My only complaints would be the lack of napkins, and I was under the impression my chicken crispers would be glazed with bbq sauce rather than have it on the side. The BBQ was also not very flavorful and consisted of mainly ketchup. Nonetheless, I am not opposed to returning in the future to try out some different items. read more

We settled on Chili's on a recent evening when we were travelling and had not planned for dinner. The service was exceptionally good and the food was surprisingly good. It was still just a Chili's, but my wife had a green salad with grilled chicken, and I had a salmon that was perhaps a little overwhelmed by what I think was supposed to be Cajun seasoning, but the salmon and the chicken were fresh and were properly prepared. read more

Terrible service. My friends and I waited over an hour to be seated, meanwhile multiple groups who came in after us got seated right away. Our server was extremely rude and disrespectful. She belittled my friends and I when asking about the menu because it was our first time there. My friends and I got charged extra for a birthday dessert that we were told was supposed to be free. I am sad to write this review of the Hadley Chili's but feel like I should tell others about my experiences. The last time I was here- 2 years ago-- I had a huge hair in my salad. I sent it back and the manager comped me, but I couldn't get the picture out of my head sufficient to return. Until today. So let me first say- I felt for the manager because I think he was doing his best with being short staffed. My friend recommended we eat there so I decided to give it another try. The place now opens at 12 (instead of 11). I got there at 12, the doors were locked and people were waiting outside to get it. About 12:05, the manager opened the doors, told us he was sorry and that he was short staffed. I was seated at 12:05 and didn't get my shrimp tacos until 12:44. They were barely warm. The rice and beans that came with it were also on the tepid side. They sure weren't worth the wait. The waitress, while friendly, screwed up the order a couple of time. My lunch companion had to ask for her soup, having waited as long as I did to get some food. She also had to send her burger back because it was not pink in the middle but was overcooked and brown in the middle. The food was "meh" at best and I will never, repeat never, return here. So that's that. Sad, because I like Chili's food. The West Springfield Chili's is much better. read more

Chili's is the McDonald's of American chain restaurants. You get what you want and leave with a pretty satisfied tummy. No high expectations either! All Chili's are fairly the same. The service is mediocre but there're kiosks to order appetizers and desserts, so there's that. You can also pay your bill there if you're paying by card. The food isn't too bad and that's why I was willing to give it a 4. The classic sirloin is pretty good and flavorful, I'm a fan. Especially with shrimp added. My friend got the chipotle bowl and had no complaints in particular. The blueberry pineapple margarita is really good!! I recommend. Chili's has a molten chocolate cake and it's probably one of the main reasons I keep coming back. You can't find a lot of those here. It's soooo good, y'all gotta try it. read more

They have heat in the winter. They have a/c in the summer. They have an app for your cellphone of their menu which is impossible to navigate quick enough on your tiny screen to compare and choose as you normally would at every other restaurant. The food is consistently boring and only resembles Mexican fare in looks, certainly not flavor. The hamburgers are passable. The prices are fair. I can't comment on the alcohol choices, because I don't imbibe. The Rte.9 location is convenient too. It's been a go to place for years every four months, shortly after you've forgotten how un-thrilling the whole experience was. read more

I love the Hadley Chili's. I've been ordering curbside a lot over the last two years, they are by far the most efficient restaurant I have ever ordered from. Always on time, rarely a mistake, and if there is one they make up for it. The food is always good, you get plenty of it. The Chili's rewards program is the best one you'll ever find, I'm always getting offers for free apps, desserts, kids meals. The restaurant is always clean, staff is generally great, friendly, efficient. Really one of the best restaurants you'll find here, if I could give them more than five stars I would. read more

My quesadilla? Incredible. Their margaritas of the month? A genius idea. I got this enormous chungus of a margarita for only $5. We did the 2 meals for $25 deal, and got mind-blowing fries for an appetizer and a delicious piece of cake to share for dessert. I'll never go to another chili's. None of them can compare. To be completely honest me and my bf went here one night as a joke since nothing else was open and we figured "why not". And I was beyond impressed. Their steak is surprisingly wonderful, our waitress was awesome and gave us a bag of chips to take home for our left over salsa and we have been going rather frequently lately. The only downsides to the restaurant is their take out is significantly worse than their in house dining which is of course to be expected. And they never quite cook their steaks to the desired amount. Worth a try though for sure! read more

AWFUL experience overall. I would not recommended this place to anyone. We were looking for a nice, easy place to watch a game, we sat at the bar and ordered nachos to start. They were a sad excuse for nachos, with barley enough sour cream for two chips and maybe a pinch of lettuce. Next we ordered a turkey club. The main reason I ordered it was because on the menu it stated that it had avocado. The sandwich came out without avocado. We brought it to the attention to the bartender and she brought out a side, but the side had four skinny pathetic slices with brown spots on them AND the plate was covered in orange filth. If I could give this particular Chili's negative stars, I would. And, after reading the other Yelp reviews, I am just going to echo what everyone said. The food is great, just like any Chilis, but our waitress Erin was the worst I have had in a decade. We were on our lunch break for work. We are all managers and they are here on business. Because the service was so poor, we were at Chilis for over two hours, which caused us to have to call corporate and explain why five managers took a two hour lunch. Not only was Erin super disrespectful when she saw our agitation at having to ask for items over five times, but she actually overheard one of our conversations and made a comment that she thought we called her "stupid" and it is a good thing we did not. My colleague was referring to his girlfriend being stupid and kidding around. Then, after the manager had to bring us items over three times, I had to go back and ask for our checks and to-go boxes twice because Erin was waiting on other tables and bringing out food to other customers. I was super hesitant to give her my debit card because I knew I may have to wait an hour to get it back. It was so bad that, after twenty minutes our corporate trainer had to physically go in the back and ask we be given our debit cards back and the check. Erin explained she had cashed us out already in an annoyed tone. If that is so, why would we wait 20 minutes for our checks. I have lived in Western MA my entire life and Chilis is by far one of my favorite restaurants. The one in West Springfield on Riverdale Road is AWESOME. So is the one in Springfield. I am shocked that Hadley could be so different and so horrible. I have waitressed in the past and I know how hard it can be and how difficult customers can be and I can appreciate that Erin was also bartending and working about 9 tables. However, we would not have had such a negative experience had Erin sincerely apologized, dropped the attitude, and been at all polite. Our trainer's sliders were raw but we were afraid to have to be in there for another hour and, since no one asked us how everything was, we never said anything. Erin did explain she is also a nurse so maybe she is burning the candle at both ends. I have worked in management since 1998 and if I ever had an employee act that way I would immediately call for their dismissal. You are your personal and professional brand, and the food could have tasted like it was made in a kitchen in heaven and it would not have mattered. Her attitude, lack of sincerity, and ultimate inability to multitask and do her job left all of us needing "to-go" boxes because we were so disgusted. It seems odd to review a Chili's, because they are probably all the same. But this is a short review of the Hadley, MA location. In short, it's a place my wife and I go to get a beer when shopping at Target, etc., or before or after going to a movie. We sit at the bar, get a giant beer (such a funny thing), and it's easy. We've tried some food items; the chips and salsa are serviceable and really large; some kind of Mexican-inspired salad I got once was not good; the nachos are made in a surprisingly nice way, where every chip has a little of everything on it; and I was pleased to see that someone else sitting at the bar on Sunday had a burger and the bun wasn't too huge. It's clean, the bartenders are mostly friendly, and it's really the only place to get a drink as respite from shopping. It works. read more

My boyfriend and I were looking for a hearty late lunch/early dinner today and found ourselves here. I wish we had taken our business elsewhere. When we walked in, half of the restaurant was crowded. Several parties were ahead of us, but we were only quoted 15 minutes. Not too bad. The weird thing was half of the dining room was empty, but I figured maybe they were waiting on a large party or something. Finally, we were seated almost a half hour later. No waitress for 20 more minutes. Granted, I understand they were busy, but to let 20 minutes go by completely unacknowledged? Not even to take a drink order? Two strikes. The hostess came over, apologized, and said she alerted the waitstaff. When the waitress came over, she took our entire order at once (drinks, app, entrees) and presented us with dirty silverware that we had to ask to be replaced. I am a VERY patient and understanding person, and even I was getting peeved. Come on. Strike three. Food finally came out... all at once - app and both entrees. The waitress asked if we wanted her to keep the entrees in the kitchen until we were done with our appetizer. Thanks, but no thanks. Having the choice between eating both at once, fresh, or one after the other while one has been sitting around, I'll take the former (though we would have much rather she put the app in first and then our dinner so we could take our time and enjoy them.) I understand she probably was trying to make up for the wait, but we would have much rather she at least clarified with us before putting it all in at once. (Waitress was also using an open table to stack dirty dishes she cleared from various tables As for the food, queso app wasn't bad. For a "spinach" dish, though, you'd think there would be more than a couple of pieces in the whole thing. I enjoyed the salad portion of my dish, but the quesadilla wedges it came with tasted as though someone had made them an hour before - not hot. Kind of stale. Ugh. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger, though. It did look good. When we left, nearly two hours after we walked in the door, the empty part o the dining room was still empty. They could have easily sat people on that side and had the tables cleared in plenty of time, if they wanted to, in that time frame, I'm sure. So all in all, this was not a very good experience for a whole host of different reasons. Can't say we will be back. read more

Terrible Service! My husband and I went to Chili's before the movies last week. We went in the door and there were about 15 people waiting. We checked out the bar area and easily found a couple of seats at the bar. The bar was about half full. There were also a number of open tables in this area as well as in the rest of the restaurant. Which confused us because we were told that our wait would be 20 minutes for a table and they weren't seating the others waiting by the door in these empty tables. We were seated and helped ourselves to some menus that were close by. We sat for about five (5) minutes before we were acknowledged by the bar tender. Then the bar tender took our drinks and was gone for about five (5) minutes and came back and confirmed our drinks. Then was gone for another five (5) minutes. He brought the drinks. Then was gone for another five (5) minutes before coming back to take our order. Again, after several minutes he came back to confirm our order which he had not yet put in. Both of our meals were brought out from the kitchen by a "runner" and the meals were both cold. We had no silverware for a while too until we could get the attention of the bartender....which was not easy. We ordered one more drink and we could see them just sitting under the taps for a while. He just kept disappearing! We weren't the only customers not being helped. Most people had no menus, empty drinks, etc. We asked for our check and eventually it came. We took out our card and put it in front of us with the slip. The bartender spoke with a previous employee right next to us, with his back to us for a while then walked away. Eventually the bar back was told by a manager walking around to settle our bill. THE BARTENDER NEVER CAME BACK! We had such terrible service the whole way through.
