Always out of chips when I go to pick up my food. Poor quality assurance with chicken pieces ending up in queso, gross looking lettuce, and random things that look like they just fell in my bowl. Not to mention the drive thru is always backed up on orders and by the time I actually can get my food, it's cold. I understand it's a newer location and the lane is new as well but it is severely understaffed and under-supplied to keep up with the demand. Most incompetently run Chipotle I've ever seen! 0-3 with getting orders right. This time I walked in just to ensure that the order would be right. One person working with someone that ordered 10 lunches while 3 people were standing around doing nothing, and the line was out the door. I'll never go there again. read more

This location does not compare with the one in derby street, the tables were very dirty and the service was extremely slow. On top of this the chicken was very burned and chewy and the chips were greasy and soggy. It is worth the extra time to drive to the location in derby street. read more

My wife and I went to eat inside at Chipotles newest location in Hanover . The place was in total chaos with people impatiently waiting for their long overdue orders. There was food and trash all over the tables and floor in the dining area and then we saw where the food was being prepared was a total mess .That is when we walked out , they need to get someone to manage the mess before the board of health shuts them down . So after a long day at work decided to grab some food , I used the App said it could be ready at 7:30 waited an hour in drive thru when it was my turn at the window I was told my order was still not ready , I said i have been waiting an hour in line !! i was told I could wait Ion the side of parking lot they would bring it out to me I asked " how much longer ?" His reply was I don't know 10/15 min and that I could be out in a list !!! What list I don't understand how I ordered they had taken my money pretty fast but would wait over. an hour our to get my food .. I never did get my food . waiting now for a refund .. I feel bad for the kids that work there . I know they are working hard . But chipotle needs a better system this drive through is not working .. read more

Let me start by saying this place has been completely review bombed and I get it. When this location first opened the employees did not have their act together whatsoever and like others I've ended up having to wait at least an hour, sometimes even longer and my bowl was haphazardly put together with undercooked crunchy rice. I decided to give this location another try recently and let me just say, a lot has changed and for the better. My order has been on time the last two times I went back and the food has been a lot better. They didn't have chips the last time I went though which was a bit surprising but not the end of the world. I think everyone should give this place another try. read more

I ordered and payed online so I'm kind of stuck, my order should have been ready an hour ago, the line is moving unbelievably slow, like one car every 15 minutes. Don't mobile order from this location. They aren't staffed to do it well at all and all the orders are late. They'd be better off limiting this feature for now. You're better off walking inside and ordering, but be prepared this is a NEW site so most people are training and things will take time. read more

Ordered online from work with a pickup time of 45 minutes later (I don't mind re-heating my lunch). Just wanted to give them plenty of time, as I know they are busy. 40 minutes later I show up, no order. nothing. Nothing in their system either. I pull up my confirmation email, and the guys like "wow, you have proof" and I said, yes, you took my money so now I want my food. Couldn't figure out what happened. Great customer service and very understanding. Great and delicious food. Especially the burrito.

Chipotle is a very good restaurant, however this location in particular can not keep up with the demand of the people. 50% of the time I order they cannot make my meal in time and then they tell me to file for a refund, where I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money. I really hope that In the future they can keep up with the demand because they have potential. read more

Wanted to give this location one last chance. Went in first thing tables were very very dirty with food all over them GROSS!!! Then ordered there was food all over the counters. Rice was so plain which chipotles rice is never like that. missing ingredients. beans were so watery. behind all the toppings were just dirty dishes stacked up. I'm just disappointed there were plenty employees there some on there phones. Went to fill up my drink they only had a big size lids barley any utensils. I don't mean to bash this location but this isn't the first or second time i'm just writing this so they can do better. I do feel like the employees are under a lot of stress they have the drive through, mobile orders, doordash etc, and people coming in and ordering. But some of the employees were just sitting on there phones when they could of made true the restaurant was clean and not dirty. Hingham one is much different been there many many times they always get my order right. I would rather drive the extra 15 minutes then go to this one. showed up at 820 and there's no food left in the main area so i ordered online and it is now 9 and i am still waiting. they locked the doors at 830. someone returned their bowl twice because there rice wasn't cooked and the employees were yelling at kids bc they said they were going to chick-fil-a instead. i hate it here makes me upset how terrible and how bad my local chipotle is run.... depressing very very very depressing. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is a new location and it's an unbelievable disaster. My advice, stay FAR away until they have figured out the supply and demand. I tried to DoorDash from here once. I had to cancel because the poor driver was waiting almost an hour to get our food, I felt awful for him. That was with an hour wait for delivery as well. 2 hours was clearly not sufficient time for this place to keep up with orders. I figured I'd try it again yesterday. This time picking it up myself. I put in for a 5:40pm pickup. I got in the already insanely long line around 5:35pm. By the time I made it up to the window, it was 6:10pm. While waiting, I could see the restaurant was completely filthy. The floors and tables were all covered in food. The staff just can't keep up. People were inside waiting just as long as us waiting in the drive thru pickup. Once I got to the window, it was not ready and I had to go and park. It should have been ready over 30 minutes ago. I park and wait with the others they also asked to park. Another 10-15 minutes went by before they brought me my order. At that point I didn't even check to see if it was correct, my patience was gone. Once I got home, guess what?!? It was incorrect! I will never go to this Chipotle again until they work the kinks out. I'll stick to Derby St! Oh yes- the food that I did receive looked like it was just thrown in the bag. Given the choice of this restaurant and sucking my own eyeballs out of an iguanas' asshole, I'd choose the latter. Upon entering this cesspool, I was reminded of my days fighting in Afghanistan. Human feces and trash littered the floor, there were unidentifiable pools of liquid on the tables and water was filling up the spoon container. The kid preparing my order was so stoned he looked at me three separate times and asked for my order, then made the wrong thing, so BAD in fact that the next guy on the line had to remake it entirely, THREE ENTIRE tortillas could not contain the monstrous load he dumped onto my order. and he did it wrong too. The tortillas were as dry as sawdust, and the rice was RAW. The beans were goopy and covered in soup, like they didn't filter the bean water from the can out. Don't even get me started on the stench. When you open the front door, a fan starts to burst like a jet engine steaming cold air onto you in the middle of winter. this happens every time the door opens. Finally, when I was handed my food, the employees hands were ungloved, and COVERED IN GUACOMOLE. This Chipotle gave me new perceptions on what hell is like, and the evil that human beings are capable of.
