Out of all of the Chipotles I've been to, I might have had one of the worst experiences ever at this one. Review is for Sunday, 6/29. My mother went to go pick up an order and I had added a side of guac. Thankfully, she had the foresight to open the bag in front of the cashier and review to make sure nothing was missing. Sure enough, no guac. She asked the disinterested cashier about it and the cashier *insisted* it was in there. We asked her to look for herself and she absolutely insisted it was there even though we opened it in front of her! Finally, they gave us the guac but it was such a hassle over a simple mistake. Her attitude was rude and impolite and other people also commented on it while we were there. At least the order was correct otherwise. Steaks were relatively chewy here, wouldn't recommend. I've reached out to Chipotle about things before and they never reply anyway. read more

Located in Memorial City center. For those that work in the area, this is one of the better low cost fast casual lunch spots. In terms of comparing to other Chipotle locations, the interior is a bit filthy and messy with trash and food scraps everywhere. The seating space is also very limited and cramped compared to any other store I've been to in Houston. The chicken here was also slightly overcooked and portions seem less than their other locations as well. Located on the outskirts of Town and Country, Chipotle has been a solid choice for anyone who is looking for some fresh Mexican food. I've been here several times, including some promotions for their Chipotle IQ BOGO deal or their reward perks given away on the app. The inside is decent and almost identical to any other Chipotle location. Plenty of seating, they've seemed to fix some of their trash can issues from what I've seen from other previous reviews, and they keep the place pretty clean on the inside and outside. The food was good as well, got my usual Chicken bowl and when I asked for extra fajita veggies, lettuce and cheese, they gave it to me. I was really glad they did because I like those components of my bowl overall. Only issue I've seen is the parking, you either need to park in the parking garage for free or press your luck on finding a spot in the front to get your food. Enjoy! read more

Only leaving this review because the interaction I just had with a couple of the girls working the food line was truly one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had in a food place in my life. I work in city centre and visit chipotle often and would love to never find myself in a similar situation again..nor should anyone else have this happen to them. So hopefully someone in management cares. I was there at 2:00 today and ordered a kids meal because I have been watching what I eat and just needed something quick and healthy on my lunch break. The 2 girls making my food closed my box after giving me rice, beans, meat and tortillas and told me I could not have any toppings when I asked. I said OK, well can I pay for toppings ? Answer was no, my food was tossed aside and walked away from.. not even my quac was made which was the one thing she said okay to that I guess I was allowed to have.. The girl at the register was just as confused as me, finished making my food, and apologized after I let her know how uncomfortable I was. We all work a job, we all have bad days, I get it.. but this felt very hostile and just all around not very kind. Use to be better. Was once my kids' favorite place to go to to get easy pick up dinners, but today the staff was a bit odd at prepping the kids meal and didn't allow cheese on the kids meal. They also tried to charge double and didn't understand that I was ordering 2 kids meal. I'm not paying for 4 when it's 2. Also, they use to fill the kids chip bag up to close to the rim. Or at least had more than 2-3 chip on each of the kids' bag. My kiddos were a bit sad that one of their bag has 3 chips and the other had 2.5 one of the was a broken chip that wasn't even a whole one. I didn't check since was rushing food home to them. Both bags combined was less that what they use to have in 1 bag. They prefer Free Birds burritos more now. We will go a couple blocks down next time for a better value for the kiddos. Awful service. Second time in a row I've gone here 1 hr before closing time and the staff couldn't be more rude. They are clearly mad that patrons come during cleanup time (1hr before close?!??!?). Tonight I was told to "hold on"when I asked if they "close at 10 right?" The young gentleman continued to his closing duties of wiping counters and emptying metal food bins.No other patrons inside. I walked out after 3 mins because this same guy has done this to me before. Got the message buddy... you're pissed I came for food at 9 pm on a Saturday when you close at 10pm. I am a big burrito fan. But I observed Mexican Independence Day on September 16th, 2022. I decided to eat tacos which were their national food. I paid around $9, then I got three tacos. It was great. I am a Taco Bell man, which means " Very poor". LOL. After I asked Google about the origin of Chipolte. I learned Chipolte started in Colorado! Here is not a Mexican restaurant at all. I think I'm very offended by the fact that people think it's Mexican when it would be thrown out of Mexico were it suggested to actual Mexican people. It's not even based on Mexican food. This is the third time I've come here since it's close by my office. However, I can only blame myself for coming back due to the convenience of location. The last order I got (11/13/24) was an online order and came in right when it said quickest time. When I got back to the office (which is less than 5 minutes away from the location) the food was not even room temperature. I asked for extra corn salsa and barely saw any corn in my bowl. I can only be disappointed but like I've said I've experienced this three times in a row and have gotten the same consistent low service from this restaurant. I've now learned my lesion and will be traveling further to get better service. read more

This location breeds the LAZIEST employees. Can't even be bothered to put a pickup order in the pickup area. "Team" ( I use that term loosely) seems disinterested in life and definitely needs some energy to appear like humans. I used to think McDonalds staff was lazy but this location exceeds even them. One of my favorite locations for Chipotle. The food is always consistent for me and I love that they actually listen to your preference (less beans etc). So far all my experiences have been positive with food quality and also customer service. My huge and main complaint is the parking. At dinner time it is almost impossible to find parking to go inside to even pick up your food. Considering it's a fast food chain, they should come up with a solution for people wanting to just Togo and not dine in. read more

I never leave reviews but wow the young girl at the front with the glasses and small arm tattoo that made my orders was so rude. I walked in and she didn't greet me, didn't say a word. I showed her the names I was picking up for and she already had the tickets in front of her but hadn't started then yet. Btw I was the ONLY person in there. I waited a good while for them to finish cutting the meat and setting things up, she still said not one word or apologize for making me wait so long. When the order was finally made I waited for her to get more bags from the back, then she tossed the orders on the counter towards me and STILL not a single word or thank you. When I was a vegan (for 3 weeks lol), Chipotle was one of my favorite spots. I'll speak about my vegan experience. I used to get the bowl with sofritas and excluded the sour cream and cheese. The sofrita option was so good and the spices made the bowl have an extra spark. As a past vegan, I'll be back every week. As a meat water, I'll be back in a few weeks. I came in at 9:30 just to grab something to go (they close at 10). They had all of their ingredients out, but had run out of lettuce. The guy was very willing to unwrap a new container of lettuce for me, so that was nice. He left my bowl on the counter for the cashier to check me out, but she didn't make an appearance for a while. For having around 3-4 total employees working at such an off time, I thought someone would have been able to alert the cashier. Also just as a heads up, the corn was a lot spicier than at other locations. I either got a big bite of onion or pepper, but it made it difficult to really enjoy the rest of the bowl. Edit: I'm a Chipotle fanatic so I couldn't stay away, but I'm not sure I can give this a third try. The corn is still much much spicier, so it wasn't just a bad batch on my last visit.
