This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I took my mom to get some lunch because she was craving a bowl. When I started to order I was greeted with the worst attitude and customer service I have ever received. When I asked for a little bit of lettuce at the bottom of my bowl it seemed to be something that irritated the girl making the bowl. I let it slide but she continues to roll her eyes and make faces for no reason. Now when it was my moms turn to order she continues with the same attitude. It bothered me that they had no compassion or patience for people who are native Spanish speakers and are trying there best to speak their language (English). This was my first visit to any Chipotle and let me tell you, IT WAS AWESOME! Not only was there a TON of stuff in my burrito but it taste good to! rude and lazy employees. Literally watched the worker put beans in a burrito that I assumed wasn't mine but later found out it was. When we went back in to ask for a new burrito the guy helped us and threw away the burrito that had the beans. Later I found out that the girl was making rude stank faces to my boyfriend when he was standing waiting for the burrito. She later turned and said in Spanish that she wasn't the one who put on the beans to another worker. They then got upset with the only person who did help us since he didn't check the burrito before throwing it away. The burrito was barely thrown into the trash if they wanted they could have easily checked it since they both claimed nobody added beans to the burrito. Chipotle needs to work on their training this location has been steadily getting worse and worse, staff is not welcoming whatsoever. For coming in just to pick up my food and go it was a very unpleasant experience that took away from the food. read more

On March 15th, right about 7:30 pm I visited this location for the first time and had a terrible experience with customer service. There are two young girls with the worst attitude! Especially the one with glasses. I stood there for a while waiting to order ( there was no one in front or behind me) I was the only one in line, she was preparing mobile orders, but didn't even say "hi I'll be with you in a moment". Not a single word, Just ignored me the whole time which I thought was odd. When she finally came over to take my order she started doing so in a rude manner and being sloppy with my food. As they finished filling my bowls and put the lids on I told her that I forgot to add roasted veggies in one of them. They starred at each other not knowing what to do. So I said on the side is just fine. They thought I wanted them to reopen the bowl, they gave me a dirty look and we headed towards the register. When the girl with glasses gave me the total, I wanted to make sure she didn't charge me for the guacamole since it comes with the veggie bowl. She replied in a mad voice that she didn't charged me for it. She didn't even offer me anything else, like she wanted to get rid of me, I asked for chips and drinks and gave her the method of payment. She gave me the receipt and just walked away. I told her that I wasn't finished and needed two extra cups for water which she literally slammed on the counter hard that made me feel so uncomfortable. I was on my way to get my drinks but I felt so humiliated and mad that I requested to talk to a manager. When he came to me I explained to him the whole situation. His only words were "I'll talk to her". According to the reviews for this place , it seems that this incident with me is not her first, but they don't seem to care. I don't think she should be fired, but placed in a position where she doesn't need to interact with people. read more

I love Chipotle but this location sucks!!!! Due to traffic I was late 20 minutes and my order wasn't even made. They gave me the wrong order but i just took it because of the wait. It's so unorganized. They had customers standing around the register waiting for orders. The customer service is horrible! One of the girls no name tag (Hispanic, black hair, red lipstick) just stares at you until you say what you what she doesn't speak and she looks like she hates her job and people, very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service is a lost art at this location. Tried to order a multi burrito package for 12 folks. I had a 35 minute drive and their ridiculous voice phone system didn't work. I tried the online order method too and because the order was for the same day the online system wouldn't take my order. By this time I was able to actually drive to Chipotle. When I walked in the door, there were zero customers (waiting or dining in) and neither of the line workers even acknowledged me (the customer). After a few very long seconds, I requesting to place an order (still needed for delivery) the line worker says "you have to order via our online system"...what? I am literally standing in front of you with money in my hand and asking to buy something from this establishment and the response is "I have to go online and do it myself? As if that was new idea anyway and the system worked. I asked for a manager thinking she would surely have a sense of customer service....nope. Same new idea of using the online system which wouldnt work and why I was standing now in their store in front of them. I left, now obvious they had no clue how to serve a customer and be a solution. I ended up walking 100ft over and upgrading to Capital Grill... they literally had burgers, and chicken sandwiches with sides and drinks delivered to my client within 25 minutes of my order....delivered. I made sure to share the poor Chipotle service with the other 11 folks as well how Capital Grill clearly had customer service as their first priority and to ask for "Quincy" if they visit them. He killed it. Customer service is appreciated and required. Try it sometime. read more

I came to Chipotle in City Centre and let me just tell you, IT SUCKED. I wanted a simple burrito with white rice, black beans and chicken, BUT, they made me wait for a new batch of chicken, which took like 30 minutes for them to prepare and cook it. So once they put the chicken on the burrito they asked if I wanted guacamole or queso, I said "no I'm fine just cheese and lettuce please." And they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I come here for lunch sometimes. Not sure why everyone is complaining so much about this location but on that note, I don't eat inside. Just take it to go. The staff works different shifts so it just depends on who works when. Some give large portions and some give small portions. So far all my meals were prepared fast and were decent portion sizes. Fast service, friendly staff. The only downside is that there is only paid parking in front of chipotle but there are two large garages for free parking. Not the best location due to the new pay-to-park parking in front of the restaurant. I've come here several times and although they seem to be clean by wearing gloves, I've had issues with them not using the tongs to get my lettuce for my salad and instead go in with gloved hands. They do give pretty great sized portions of meat here (unlike a lot of the other Chipotles). Quac is always good every time I've come. Try the green Tabasco sauce (at the drink station) for a mild kick to your meal or the smokey Tabasco sauce for an extra hint of smoked chiles and extra spice. Both are great toppers on a salad! I expect consistency when I visit chain restaurants, and most of the Chipotle locations in Houston deliver. I'm not really sure what's going on at this particular location, but they need to get their shit together. I visited around 9pm on a weekend to place a quick to-go order, and they were out of brown rice. My burrito bowl was horribly assembled. They skimped on rice and meat, the fajita vegetable mix only had bell peppers, and they thew on way too much sour cream and tomatillo sauce. It looked and tasted like a watery mess. The tomatillo sauce leaked through the cardboard burrito bowl container and through the paper to-go bag. My whole order pretty much collapsed in a heap on the floor of my car. I tried to clean up the mess, but there are now unsightly red stains on my carpet. They gave me a BOGO coupon since I had to wait about 20 minutes for brown rice. Chipotle has really dropped the ball lately. I know food prices have all gone up and it's difficult to maintain satisfaction with that level of growth, but I have not been to a good location in months. They skimp out on all the portions, the staff always seems to not be paying attention, and the place just seems dirty. I am a huge chipotle fan, so I am sadden by their lack of effort. Placed an online order for pick up. Got there 15 mins after assigned time to only find out they had not started. They took another 15mins to address the issue and began preparing a 6 people order after 35mins of waiting at store. The girl at the register was clueless to the issue and was not sure what to do. I asked for the Manager, I come to find out he was just then looking at my order placed and said it was only 20mins late. The Manager was unapologetic or even concerned about customer service. His reason for the delay was they were very busy (as I could see during my wait)...so what's the point of placing an online order before all those standing in line currently? It was 1 hour from placing the order to finally leave with 6 people's that was placed in advance as they offer as a service. Absolutely ridiculous!! The manager had no clue how to handle customer service when obviously at fault. He asked I call corporate number to discuss a refund/credit for my order. Instead, I will mention the issue with portion sizes , slow employees and parking problem. 1) portion sizes - be ready to pay full price for half sized meals. 2) slow employees do not care if there is a line and if the people in the line are parked with a time limit 3) have you ever paid for parking to go to Chipotle? This location should give out a free queso or chips to make up for the parking fee. The employees say you are welcome to park in the 2nd or 3rd floor of the parking garage that is 10mins away. Chipotle should find a new location in the area. The location in the mall is not going to cut it either. Just saying ... one star for portion sizes and parking. read more

I eat at Chipotle on a regular basis. I'm commenting today to raise a few general observations and point out some pretty poor customer service vice that I received at this store today. I ordered a salad and asked for dressing l. The first guy in the line (who puts salad in the bowl or puts rice on the tortilla) didn't see any dressing and asked the next person in line I id they had any. The next person said to the other guy "we don't got any" and basically ignored me. I said "can I have Dressing please?" and she ignored me at first then said they're making it. (They weren't making it). Finally I told the cashier (apparently supervisor) that I wanted dressing and she went back to get it. Finally got dRessinG 10 minutes later. Also, a general observation of Chipotle is they try to rush your order like it's a race and often give very skimpy servings or meat or guacamole but they're happy to lay on the rice or lettuce. I'd giving two stars because the food is pretty good but the customer service is very lacking. Obviously there is a major push to crank up sales but at the expense of taking care of customers. read more

Just because it is a chain restaurant, does not mean that it upholds the same level of customer service and quality of food compared to their other restaurants. This Chipotle has the absolute worst rice I've ever had from them; it is sticky and has no texture like porridge. They cannot handle a lunch rush and must be rude to everyone they encounter slapping on extremely small amounts of ingredients you request and getting an attitude when you ask for more. Never again. I've gone here time and time again due to how close it is to my office but I am sick of it. Most Chipotle's I've been to have great service but this one unfortunately was not one... I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and ate half of it hoping the chicken I was eating would be less burnt because certainly not all the chicken could be burnt. Half way through I had yet to take a bite without burnt chicken... I took my bowl to the front and asked if I could get something else. The lady at the register told me I had eaten almost half of it already and that all their chicken was burnt because of their grill. I asked again if I could get something else instead but she only offered a small cup of more burnt chicken. I was disappointed with the service by the lady at the register since the other lady actually putting all the food together looked like she just wanted to give me another bowl. Never been to a Chipotle's before, but kind of followed their stock prices and recent woes, so I decided, "Better try this out." Late Sunday afternoon, this place is pretty empty. Imagine my shock when I realized you have to PAY to park outside the store -- $2.50 for 1/2 hour -- not just an acceptable 50 cents! Who pays to go get fast food? Never again. Town & Country Center, in their wisdom, decided if you shop in their stores, you'll have to pay to park. Pass on T&C. On to the food. You walk up to the counter and make up your own salad. The choices are posted on the wall, but no prices are posted, and there wasn't a written menu available. Imagine my surprise when the guacamole on my salad cost $1.95!!! Why don't they put the prices of the "add-ons" up on the wall alongside the menu so we're not blindsided? There is indoor seating, plus two outdoor tables, but they're facing the parking lot and the Sam Houston Tollroad -- not the quietest or most charming dining. Yes, the staff were efficient, pleasant, but this concept is an old one, better executed at other places. Also, please get rid of the music. In a small place like this, the acoustics are not great. It echoed on the walls, made conversation a shouting match. I would note, I've driven by this place many, many times but never noticed it. The signage is not that visible. read more
