I just started working in this area a few months ago, but I have only had a hand-full of decent experiences from this location. I absolutely love Chipotle, and even with my low rating, I still end up fooling myself into, at least once a week, giving them a second/third/fourth chance to redeem themselves. My issues are usually: too much rice or salsa, not enough of the meat, not enough of the rice/salsa, and (i'm not over-reacting with this number) 100% of the time that I visit this location I have to ask them to re-wrap the burrito. Sometimes, they have to do it twice. Even if I ask them to re-wrap it once I am met with a quickly frustrated staff, whether or not the frustration is with me or themselves for not being able to wrap it properly, It still comes off as rather rude. It tends to be an awkward experience nonetheless. I rarely have these issues with other Chipotles. I'm not sure if this is one of those "training" restaurants or what, but it's so bad that i'm close to driving the extra miles to Streetsboro or Stow to try my luck. I suppose my advice is to have the senior staff/manager ask the customer if they would like the order to be re-wrapped, especially when the burrito's contents are obviously leaking through the wrapping, or spilling out when being put into the bag. I actually have a designated towel I keep in my trunk to use when I happen to go to this Chipotle location. I am finished with having to clean my seats/floor and spray them down so my car doesn't reek of rotten burrito after the bag rips from being saturated of juices because the burrito was ill-wrapped. I understand that new hires need to learn how to properly wrap the burritos, but the senior staff needs to be knowledgeable of the state in which there product is leaving the store, instead of quickly throwing the burrito into the bad in hopes that I, the customer, doesn't notice. If there is a problem, then fix it, don't ignore it and hope it'll just go away. I hope this location shapes up. I would much rather go to this location which is right down the road from where I work, rather driving an extra 15/20 minutes out of my way on my lunch break. sadly i am about to leave for lunch now. even after writing this complaint I still somehow convinced myself that it might be ok this time :) leaky burrito towel in hand! Some say that this location is extemely quick, I however find their speediness to be only rude (not necessarily efficient). They just throw your order into a burrito or on a bowl and when they push it to the next person, half of the food ends up on the floor because they are trying to move so fast. The cashier doesn't even say hello or offer drinks/chips. I did order chips (which she didn't ring up) and they ended up to be stale. It seems as if the employees are much more interested in talking to each other, when their main focus should be the ONLY customer. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was the only person in line...and the only person in the restaurant the entire time I was there. I'll be sticking to the one in Streetsboro. read more

This location seems to roll through staff regularly and often. One month it's the type of Chipotle workers you expect in urban areas with lots of ink and wide gauge earrings, the next it's more mainstream characters. This constant hiring of new staff affects the food line. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes the burrito is rolled well, sometimes it's only held together by the tinfoil. When the team is good, the food is banging. When the team is getting better, the food is still pretty good. Ordering the margaritas is time-consuming and they aren't good enough for the price. This is a regular go-to quick meal spot for our family. read more

I absolutely LOVE Chipotle but this location is lack luster, at best. For some reason, the food here never seems to be as fresh as is it at other locations and the staff seems annoyed to be waiting on you (it might just be the Hudson mentality at work though). When my family and I are craving Chipotle, we'll actually make a trip all the way out to the Streetboro location just to avoid the Hudson one. read more

This is by far the best chipotle around. I work at a local bank and get lunch here once a week and the food never disappoints.

If you feel stressed after a long week of school, grab your wallet and head to Chipotle!! Sometimes I want to eat something spicy to relieve my stress and Burrito bowl with hot sauce on it always make me feel better. Not only the hot sauce but the taste of the chicken, steak, lettuce, and rice makes me happy. It is really lucky for me to enjoy this tasty burrito with only 10 dollars. Also the view of Hudson inside the restaurant is wonderful. The restaurant's wall is made with windows so it gives the whole view of the streets. Not only the view and the taste, the employees are friendly and efficient. Employees are always smiling and helpful. Also it does not take long to get the food. If my friend is new to the town, I will certainly take him to Chipotle for a nice meal. read more

Quick and Delicious I love the food in Chipotle especially the bowl. There is caraway, my favorite seasoning, blended in rice in the bowl. Unlike other restaurants, you can usually get food very quickly. However, there is a long line waiting there at Friday night because everyone, especially students like me, wants to get some delicious food! I enjoy the amount of choices I have for the meat, sauce and staple. However, the loud music and kids' voice make the dining environment less enjoyable than other restaurants. The staff service is usually quick and nice, though sometimes the food is consumed fast and they have not prepared food earlier. So I have to wait for them to cook what I want. But I still recommend you to try the food in Chipotle if you want a delicious meal. read more

I have to say that I have yet to visit a chipotle that is as slow and disorganized as this one at night. This is my second day to visit this location and I'm disappointed. It's run by a bunch of kids. Chipotle is a satisfactory restaurant for a fast and casual meal, but it is definitely not a place I would frequently go. The choice between Burrito and Rice Bowl provides some variation in flavor, but after going there for a few times, the lack of variety makes the taste feel a little bit similar. I cannot remember how many times I tried to make the taste different by adding different spices and ingredients, but it hardly affected its highly consistent taste. I am also a little bit disappointed when finding out that Chipotle removed pork from its menu. Without the presence of pork on its menu, there are not many choices of meat other than steak and chicken. While its decision of removing any GMO ingredients from its menu seems like a consideration of customers' health and the environment, for me it is more of a deliberate act to appeal to the non-GMO supporters. Although the effect of GMO ingredients on human health is still controversial, the proper education about it should be given by the scientists instead of a restaurant. Rather than establishing itself as a strikingly appealing restaurant by spreading misinformation and unsupported claims about the negative effect of GMO foods, Chipotle should have done a better job by identifying itself as a sensible middle ground for the majority of people--including me--who are moderately skeptical about the genetically modified foods. read more
