This chipotle used to be one of the best. I used to go out of my way to go to the chipotle in Hudson and now I go out of my way to avoid it. They are now consistently out of items and low on staff. Food items are frequently mixed in with other foods because of the lack of care of the staff in portioning things out. Despite it being rather busy the food always seems like it's just been sitting there for a long time. Portion sizes are also inconsistent from person to person. Very disappointing. read more

My son worked there. He called off because he was sick with Covid. His manager reprimanded him for taking more than one day off, even though he was in contact with her during his illness. When he returned she tried to make him sign a statement saying that if he didn't have perfect attendance for the next 90 days he would be fired. He walked out, and I'm proud of him for doing so. It's glorified grilled chicken under the guise of Mexcian, so they can't mess it up too much. Today I came into the restaurant to order a salad. I only got lettuce, white rice, chicken, salsa and corn... None of the more expensive toppings. I asked for two salad dressings. I was charged $1.50 for less than a tablespoon of salad dressing because I was told they had to charge me for extra dressing. 3 out of 5 visits end badly. I stopped getting burritos and bowls recently and decided to only get quesadillas. Reason being the most commonly messed up ingredient was the rice. Either being under cooked and or lacking lime juice/cilantro/salt. I thought how hard can it be to mess up a chicken and cheese quesadilla? Well not that hard apparently because almost every time I get one the chicken is charred black and almost not edible. Service sucks...in-spite of me asking for double chicken and getting charged, the portion size was about 3/4 of the original serving size. They rush you to the end of the line even though there isn't even a single customer behind you....you shouldn't be hungry after paying $9 for a bowl of chipotle with extra chicken and guacamole. With all the additions and extras, my bowl was only 3/4 full and I am so disgusted with their service and attitude. I have noticed similar behavior in the past but never took the time to review as I felt that it could have been a bad employee or maybe a long day...however, today capped it off for me and I had to share my experience.... this location sucks!!!!!!!! read more

I'm feeling generous, so I decided to write a nice review for this chipotle in particular. I've been coming to this chipotle for a while, and I came here with my friend for dinner tonight and I have to say, it has left a lot to be desired in the past. However, today I would say was almost a perfect meal, and was just what I needed after the kind of day I had. First off, the bowl was spectacular. The worker LOADED that bad boy up and there was an ideal ratio of rice to toppings. My only request could've been a smidge more chicken, but I won't complain. Next, the chips. With any chipotle it's a hit or miss for if you're going to get stale chips or not, but these chips were perfectly crunchy and salty, pairing very nicely with my delicious guacamole. Finally, the service was great, the girl working even struck up a conversation. Totally will be making an appearance here again soon. read more

5 stars for what it is. The portion sizes are always fair, and I've never spent too long waiting in line regardless of how busy they are. All of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant, and I've found everyone there to be very friendly. Typical Chiptole food. Not a lot to say there. The table layout of this location is strange with only roughly four tables that are normal hight. Strange given the fact that Hudson is a family town with plenty of kids. I have a 2 & 4 year old. Unless you score one of the normal height tables you are screwed if you plan on eating there. Summer dining on the patio is nice and both of my boys love watching the trains go by. The best secret to Chipotle are their magaritas. Dollar for dollar, you will not find a better tasting margarita value around. As a bonus tip: you can put one of their magaritas in a normal Chipotle cup, walk over to one of the evening concerts at First & Main, and enjoy your beverage. I accidentally placed an order through the app to the wrong location. When I arrived to the Hudson store and my order was not there the staff went above and beyond to help correct my error. They quickly and accurately remade the entire order (10 items) and even made sure that I didn't have to pay twice or even request a refund. Everything was handled with top notch customer service. I had an issue with my order, but when I called to let them know about it, the manager that I talked to told me she would take care of it the next time I ordered. I called again to order about 2 weeks later and found out that she was promoted and no longer at that store. What amazed me is that she told the next manager about the issue so that it would be taken care of. That is real customer service. I did not expect that. I received my order and it was as delicious as expected. They even threw in some chips, guacamole, and queso! I really appreciate this Chipotle and will continue to go there often. This location USED to be decent, until COVID hit them. Ordering exclusively thru their app works fine, however. Picking up the order is where this location DROPS THE BALL! In EVERY instance of COVID takeout, they've messed up the order. They either provide 1/2 the meal (bowl barely filled up) and/or they miss ingredients and/or they miss salad dressing, dips or forks/knives. It's usually a bad combo of these. You'd think that if ALL they do is takeout, they'd get this nailed down. Instead, they're SLOPPY at best! The ONLY way to eat Chipotle is ordering in person, pre-Covid. Used to work for chipotle for two years(left within the past 6 months) and was seriously beyond disappointed coming into this location. Was not even greeted by their tort worker, did not receive my TWO sides of guacamole, and was totally turned off by the girl on cash. I worked at a location down in canton and knew one of the workers who had transferred to this location, simply asked if he was there to say hello to him and got a NASTY response from the girl on cash. -Worst burrito I've ever had at a Chipotle x2. -I decided to visit this Chipotle for lunch today. They were fairly busy, (sun was out, it was lunch... of course they were busy), although I didn't have to wait too long to get my order in, which was nice. I told them what I wanted, everything was fine, until I made the worst mistake you can make while ordering a burrito at Chipotle... I didn't watch them wrap my burrito. I was distracted with paying and ordering a drink. By the time my credit card was back in my hands, the burrito was wrapped. I figured since I didn't order anything extra, (burrito, white rice, no beans, meat, corn, red, and lettuce) it would be a cinch to wrap. I didn't think of it again. - I took the ticking time bomb of a burrito to visit my mother for lunch, which was about a 10-minute drive. when I finally got to her house, I dove into the Chipotle bag. I was pretty hungry by this time. But, I was met with a soggy, ripped open burrito. I had instant regret not paying closer attention when they were wrapping it. One would assume if whoever was wrapping it, if they ripped it, they would offer to either a) re-wrap it, or b) wrap it with an additional tortilla. but no, the person just finished slopping my burrito together and dropped in into the bag. the tin foil couldn't even contain such a mess up, because the contents was flooding over the sides. - I got back into my car, and drove 10 minutes back to the Hudson Chipotle. They made me another SIMPLE TO WRAP burrito, I decided to just eat it there, since by this time I'm completely starving. A few things bothered me about burrito attempt #2 1) they just handed me the burrito, no bag, just the burrito. So, if I hadn't have eaten it there, I'm 100% sure the burrito would become a decoration in the interior of my car. 2) poorly wrapped... again... the whole thing was falling apart from the first bite onward 3) the tortilla tasted stale 4) portion control! the burrito was 85% rice, there was maybe a pinch of meat. which leads us to.. 5) Carnitas. I LOVE CARNITAS. I've gotten it a ton of times. There was so much pepper on the meat, I couldn't taste anything else. I've had my issues with this branch before, but this is by far the worst. not only did I waste ALLL that time running around, I didn't even get a decent burrito. I did eat the whole d*mn burrito... because what were my options? have them wrap me yet another crappy burrito, or go somewhere else. I couldn't do either, I was that hungry. I honestly would've been this upset if this was the quality I received from a gas station burrito. I don't know if this is where they train all their new hires or something. But after the last dozen bad experiences, it sure seems like it. I'll be driving to Streetsboro for my Chipotle from now on... or just go to Jimmy Johns right next door. Hudson Chipotle. Zero flexibility, not just as a store but as a company. Unfortunately this store is a recipient of the bad policy and customer service. They are currently only accepting orders over the mobile app which is down...on Cinco de Mayo of app days. No alternative way to take an order, not even over the phone. They're literally paying employees to answer the door and tell people they won't be up and running until the app is fixed. It was a total waste of time to drive there (I incorrectly assumed they would have some sort of alternative solution). I will say I feel awful for the employees who are receiving the flack for this decision made by upper management. read more

Every time I've been to this Chipotle the service has been fast and error free, even during the lunch and dinner rush. The service is friendly and food is always tasty and hot. The only suggestion I would make is to make sure the tables are wiped off thoroughly and more often then not. Sometimes crumbs are leftover from the previous diner. read more

I travel extensively with work and this used to be my "go to" restaurant at airports and cities throughout the US. Chipotle as a whole has gone downhill dramatically in quality and service over the years, but this location is the worst. I just got two orders of soft tacos and two veggie bowls. They must get extra training in using minimal ingredients. If I hadn't constantly "coached" the server for more of everything, I would have had almost empty tortillas and empty bowels. As it was, the soft tacos were good and the way they used to make them without constant coaching. The veggie bowls were awful, just some beans and rice but absolutely NO grilled veggies. How do you make a veggie bowl without the grilled veggies? I asked the cashier if the servers were new and she told me that they were pros. The management or owner must be pressuring the employees to limit the ingredients to ridiculously skimpy levels, because I was very clear what I wanted and still had to repeat my requests. If it's not the store policy, then the employees need some retraining. Just make the dishes look like the food in your ads, or make them as if you were going to eat them yourself.
