I wish I could give 0 stars, regardless of the quality, the Service and Atmosphere ruined the Experience...Rarely, do I go though Kingman...this store reflects the town--trashy...if you "know someone", or you live in the same neighborhood as the store workers, they are friendly and will help you...if you are an obvious stranger, you are greeted with "WTF are you doing in my store?! Get TF out!" That was my experience on 07/11/24 around 3:30 PM...there was a family of five in front of me--who apparently moved into the same neighborhood the one preparing the food...and, of course all they could do is talk about the neighborhood, where they (the family of five) were from, et. al. So much so, that when it was my turn, the conversation continued tothe point the server forgot my order (he was not paying attention to what he was doing)...I remarked about his poor 'multitasking' at which he attempted to argue with me saying 'that is what we are supposed to do'...I had to repeat what I wanted on my order three times...as typical in trashy towns, the cashier entered my order wrong, did not ask me if I wanted chips, nor a drink...I got the drink, and she (of course) "forgot" the chips (I am convinced she did it on purpose)...I gave up at that point and did not get the chips...If you are a traveler, go somewhere else--it is not worth the aggravation... This was a quick stop at Chipotle on my way home from Las Vegas. I'd left early without having breakfast and some tacos sounded great. And I was right. The service was quick, like it typically is at Chipotle, the restaurant was clean and the staff were all very friendly. My go to is Carnitas soft tacos and I wasn't disappointed. They gave me a generous serving of meat and topped it off with just the right amount of pico de gallo, cheese and a little sour cream. Delicious! read more

Their food is very tasty, and they have expanded their meat selection. The service is cordial, and the place is always clean.

Review is most about their catering business. We used them for a dinner meal for a training we were hosting. Initially I went on-line and looked at their catering options. Determined what we wanted and called the Kingman store directly to ask some additional specific questions. The young man (sorry...forgot his name!) was fantastic and so helpful! I experienced great customer service with him and ultimately he directed me to do the actual ordering on-line. Our Admin Assistant did the actual ordering through their on-line system and reported no challenges...everything was easy-peasy! When we went to store to pick up the order the following week, everything was perfect! We had discovered that we were ultimately going to be about 10 people short then originally thought, so a call directly to the store the day of our training was received professionally by the employee. Our order was adjusted (we are hoping for a seamless experience with the credit; we have to go back through the on-line system to request the adjustment). This has been a great stop for lunch. It's good, very generous portion, reasonable price and it's decent, veggie friendly. On our road trip this place doesn't disappoint. Service is rushed and aggravating. Repeated myself to the two that were barking at me 2 times and they still needed to be corrected. Steak on tacos and burrito was ice cold and they acted like they're was a shortage of it. One of my three tacos only had 4 pieces of steak. The price does not reflect them being stingy. Lettuce was wilted and also must of been in shortage because by side they didn't want to give it up either. Guacamole was way over salted. Normally their guacamole is great. Another restaurant in Kingman that has fallen apart over the years. I stayed away for some time because of these very issues and nothing has changed. If you look at the cars in the parking lot you'll notice most of the business they get is out of state from people traveling on the 40. The food is always fresh and excellent. I don't like the new way that they are making the quesadillas. Sorry no picture. The old fashion method of filling half and warming is not good any longer. They place less of the wonderful food in the center and fold the tortilla on it self like a Taco Bell crunch wrap, without the crunch. Dont get me wrong the food was Awesome! The worst service EVER! I tried order a bowl that was pictured on their menu but the worker couldn't understand me. I rephrased my request but still they did not get it. I asked about a keto bowl and was told by Tyler the manager that he didn't know how to make that and I had to go online. While getting my drinks I was kicked out of the store after being followed by an angry worker. This time we chose Chipotle rather then the other dozen or so restaurants within our view. My wife and I were the only people in line, my wife ordered first. As she usually does. She got her rice and beans and moved on down the line, then it was my turn I was asked brown or white, then pinto or black, this was getting good as I moved on down to the salsa. Then there she was, and the people behind the counter were arguing with my wife, Not just one person, but three of them. Seriously, Let's get real, we don't go to restaurants just so that we can argue with someone. Now it comes back to me, I remember why we don't eat at the Kingman Chipotle, this has happened before! My wife had asked for some raw onions, she liked her onions, and they would not give her any of their onions. In fact it took three of them to deny their onions to my wife. My day just went downhill from there, our food was drugged down the filthy counter to the register, where I paid them for the food without onions, and no chips with guacamole nor iced tea, and no tip. I then had to go eat my food in the car, my wife wasn't hungry any more, so I ended up eating her food the next day at home. You'd think, if we were the only people in line, why was the counter covered with food that fell off of other people's burritos? Why were all their tables either dirty or closed? And why was it, when I got home, I felt as though I had a bowel prep? A few days later we were in another town and we stopped at their local Chipotle. I only wished I had my phone out when the wife asked for her onions, the girl asked if she wanted sliced or diced? Her jaw came opened and said however I can get them. Literally three steps to the fridge, then back with the onions. How hard was that? I guess if I were younger, I would've remembered my does and don'ts in life. Normally this is a wonderful place to get a quick tasty lunch for a good price. Unfortunately this week, I went in to purchase something for lunch asnd I was told we only do online orders and the whole front employee serving station was broken down, looking like it was closing down for the day. When I mentioned I never have done an online order and don't have time to learn how to do it, the employee did not seem to care I left and went thru the McDonalds drive thru. This location is super clean the food always tastes fresh, and the staff is super nice. I stopped in to get a grilled veggie bowl and I'm so glad I did. It was the best bowl I've ever tasted from chipotle and if you dont know it comes with free guacamole. I reccomend getting it on the side. There are a couple things that I really didn't like about this Chipotle, but I would like to make it clear that the food quality was on par with most of the Chipotles that I have been to. I would not recommend this business to family and friends. The things that I don't like about this location are pretty basic. The first is that the portions are not only small but also not proportional. An easy enough thing to fix if your watching them closely. The second thing that really irritated me was that they didn't give me all my change. I feel like it wasn't a mistake either. Based on that alone I would give 1 star. It's a chain restaurant, giving you the same experience wherever you are and the same goes for this spot in Kingman. Walking through the door I was greeted with a "BIG" hello by all the staff. I walked through the line and order my bowl. The gentleman took my cash and I sat down to eat outside on their nice "patio area" ( I don't know what else to call it) and I people watched. There are a ton of eateries and a pharmacy close by, there's plenty of spring time people watching to be had. Great customer service, reasonable prices and familiar taste makes this a good-semi healthy option. It's right off I40 so give it a go! read more

I walk into this Chipotle with a friend, with my mask on. As I was trying to give my order to a female employee, a female employee couldn't hear my order and was continually reaching for the wrong items to put in my "to-go bowl." I pull my mask down so the employee could hear me, then all of a sudden other employees berate me telling me I need to pull my mask up. I try to politely explain that the employee can't hear me, and that I will put my mask back up once my order is complete, that way I am served with an accurate order. I am then YELLED at to put my mask up by all of the employees, ad nauseum. All production on the food assembly line stops, and all focus and attention is drawn to me as the employees ignore other customers they were helping to participate in this faux public shaming. One of the employees YELLS that she is going to get the manager. She turns and RUNS to get him, abandoning her post, pushing other employees out of the way. In the meantime, the employees refuse to take my order and tell me to wait outside like some sort of ANIMAL! I refuse and tell them I will not be treated like an animal and that it is highly inappropriate to treat customers like this. I ask if any employee will complete my order so I can get out of the store quicker. All of the employees refused to complete my order. I then asked if I was being refused service, to which at least two employees responded, "We will serve you, but you have to put your mask on." I try to explain that the employees can't hear me and get an accurate order, that's why I pulled my mask down. They continue to YELL at me to pull my mask on. Finally the manager comes out and DEMANDS that I put my mask on. I try to explain to him that his employees can't hear me with my mask on. He refuses to talk to me without my mask on. I then ask the manager if I'm being refused service. The manager says, "yes, we are refusing to serve you." When just moments prior at least two other employees told me that they WOULD SERVE ME! I left the store and took my friend with me due to the WORST customer service I have EVER received. If you like watching minimum wage monkeys PANIC and YELL at a paying customers for trying to get their order right, then this is the Chipotle for you! We visited this location for the first time Sunday night (April 10th) at around 830 pm Worst experience that we have ever had at a Chipotles. There were probably about six staff members we saw but there was only one girl behind the counter helping customers. The female cashier was MIA half the time so people had to wait to pay for their item,  and a line was forming for people wanting to do this. I noticed her coming out of the washroom 2x and wondered if she was in there also cleaning the bathroom (we saw a mop and water bucket holding open the bathroom door) as well as being the cashier or she was doing blow in the bathroom.  She was constantly away from the cash register. We both had bowls and the portions scooped out to us was skimpy. Then they told us that we out of corn, guacamole and chips. So why so skimpy on the other options? As for drinks - all the tea dispensers were totally empty or nearly empty.  Also, the four  bottles of Tabasco sauce available for customers to use were all totally empty. We saw who we thought was the Manager but he never helped out in any way. Totally useless. We will never go back! read more
