You pay for the tacos but the GI distress...that's free! It was so disgusting and disappointing to witness them handle food. What's the standard exactly? Dried and crusty junk everywhere. Like everywhere... even under the soda machines. How? Watched them make meals for four groups ahead of us where the dried and crusty scraps all over the counter made their way back into the adjacent bins for the next lucky guest. No I did not eat here, but my poor wife did. Her choice but I refused to! The cashier was starring off into space in between orders rather than cleaning and supporting the line prep stations. To that point if you order for delivery, that's from a different prep station ... that one looked even worse! Maybe grab a rag and clean with the "spare"' time? Good news, the cleanliness behavior tracked from the bathroom to wiped but crusty tables... so grimy. At least they are consistent. Hard pass! I went in yesterday had a buy one get one free coupon which did not get applied to my order. When I spoke with the Manager she said i needed to go on app and contact customer service.. They were unable to help me and I wound up leaving without food. I will be disputing charge on my credit card. My first instinct was to take food and then dispute but I felt that was not the right thing to do . The guy that was serving me was horrible. There was a line with at least 7-8 people and hes taking his time and cleaning the station very slowly and not well enough for the time he is taking and also taking 5 minutes to wash his hands, and not even using soap. The food was decent with large portions. The place was filthy. Garbage blowing all around outside. There was no bag to dispose of the waste. Inside the tables were equally filthy as were the the floors. It was 3:00, a long line, and only 1 person serving the entire meal. There was another person that took the money. This location is beyond disappointing. I ordered a bowl and chips through the app for delivery. The chips were not in the bag (this is a common occurrence for this location), and my bowl had 5 small pieces of chicken (yes i was able to count it) along with definitely not a full scoop of anything else i ordered in it. Additionally, I don't expect it to be piping hot when it arrives since it is delivery, however it was genuinely cold. I went into Chipotle 5/23/25 around 5:00pm. I could not believe how dirty this location was.Every table had food all over it and the floor was covered with food. The counter where the employee's work had food all over it. It was not busy. They had quite a few employees standing around doing nothing. It was so dirty I plan on reporting this location to the board of health. In the past I felt like Chipotle prided themselves on cleanliness. Will not be returning to this location. Had a great experience at chipotle the other day (Halloween to be exact), and I really want to give props to the staff. True story, I never stepped foot in a chipotle in my life, and wanted to try it out. I'm glad I did (now I see why this place is so popular). Shoutout to the manager and staff who pretty much walked me through the menu items, and was just overall super professional and friendly. It's few and far in between to find decent customer service these day, and my experience here was really fantastic. Oh the food. Good stuff! Nice portion sizes too. Definitely a return visit. Before we get too deep into the review I just want to shoot you straight, this was encounter in the healthy/southwestern grill scene. So let's begin as I walked in I noticed shinny tables and elegant seating. As I placed my order I was helped by a surprisingly English speaking employee, I was happy. I got a bowl with pork, brown rice, casqueo sauce, shredded cheese, and some brown beans for fiber. The bowl was around $12 not a bad price. As I sat down at my table I did notice that there was food left on the table from the last patrons who ate here. Not a big deal but I feel that the employees should have cleaned they up. As I started eating my meal the flavors eatme although it did not knock my socks off it was a quality healthy meal. It was good not great like dirty taco. As I was leaving the lid for the bowl was poor quality and gave me some trouble putting it on the bowl. Overall not a bad joint if you want a healthier alternate to fast food. read more

Come to this chipotle if you enjoy getting kicked in the nuts. Came in at 8:15, i get it, it's a little late but still over two hours till closing. I wish i was exaggerating when i say all they had was brown rice, pinto beans, very dry bottom of the barrel chicken and lettuce. No pico, no corn, no steak, no anything that you would want in your meal. they need to get their staff together and keep the food full. This chipotle location is so disappointing. Every time I order the pieces of meat which I typically get chicken is always in huge chunks and not cut properly. Adding on, the chips have way too much salt I cannot even enjoy eating it. Furthermore, the portions have decreased tremendously and is not full at all and looks like a children's meal and is not what we pay for. Every Saturday my wife and I are running around doing errands. Dry cleaning, food shopping, taking care of her 90 year old granny, dropping off cars for oil changes, we're busy bees on Saturday. My wife loves Cabo Fresh in Stony Brook but I noticed Chipotle just opened so lets give this bad boy a whirl. We walk into a clean looking spot. My wife points out when she was 20 and we were dating, there were no options. Burger King, McDonalds or Taco Smells. Ewww.. Chipotle is a welcomed treat for the 21 century. My wife orders two tacos, the protein choices are more substantial compared to other Mexican causal restaurants. My wife chose tacos carnitas (pork) and I made a crazy bowl of love. Brown rice, peppers, onions, sweet corn and chorizo all topped with cheese. Mmmm Food was fresh, the place was clean and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. I am a Big Fan of Chipotle and I Happily found this by accident driving somewhere to look for something to drink. I I did not hesitate to go in and order an amazing burrito with cheese, black beans, lettuce, guacamole, salsa and cilantro rice. I got to help myself with a Coke from their side fountain and got a bag of homemade chips. I was in heaven! The place is spotless clean including the bathrooms and all the employees were really friendly really helpful and polite. All the employees seem to be a good team together. and everyone was working with a smile which I found refreshing to see! I look forward to coming back here to eat the next time I'm in the neighborhood! read more

I don't usually rate these type of places unless necessary. So here goes. I'm a weekly customer to Chipotle, but never been to this one. Came here yesterday, which was a Saturday. I knew it was going to be packed at 3pm. And let me tell you - anywhere I go now, I absolutely hate seeing workers, especially cooks, have their mask below their nose - that's when I walk out. So I walk in ready to judge because normally Chipotle is run by a younger crowd. Shockingly there was NO customers in there. I have no idea why. I continuted to judge more, and my eyes went straight to everyones mask because nobody in the store? ..They must be screwing around. Every single person had their mask on properly, talking and chatting with each other, but working and NOT goofing off. I get to the counter and I was greeted and helped by the absolute friendliest person I've ever had in a Chipotle. (Everytime I go to other ones, people really could give a crap, lets be real - everyone knows this). She was very nice, professional and surprisingly acted like she cared about her job and serving me. I looked for her name tag as I normally do for someone who actually sticks out, but she didn't have one. So, I'll describe her instead. She was very short. She looked young. She had on a black minnie mouse mask. And seeing her eyes, I'm gonna assume she was either Asian or Hispanic. But definitely kudos to her, and hopefully her manager sees this one day - like I said, this Chipotle surprised me from beginning to end. read more

I visited there several times, I do like ordering online and avoiding the line to pickup my order. However, this place is notorious for not having my order ready, multiple times I sat there for at least 20 minutes past the pickup time and watched as people that entered the store after me and waited on line got their food before me. I ordered again tonight, my wife ordered 3 tacos, they left off 2 ingredients, guacamole and sour cream, it actually looked like scraps because it was so small, and they charge extra for at least one of those items. I have a handicap that makes it difficult for me to get out. 3 hours ago I placed an order on the chipotle app and was told the water would arrive in 40-60 minutes. 3 hours later my estimated arrival time is 26-41 minutes. I called to cancel, but was told that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. The operator offered to connect me to the restaurant, which she did but the restaurant employee hung up on me. I tried calling back, but was told that the restaurant could not pick up now and that I should try back later. This has been a disastrous experience and I will not order delivery from them ever again read more

Was here today. The place was completely filthy and slow as can be. They definitely seemed to have enough staff standing around in the kitchen. I normally don't like to say things like this, but it was completely unhygienic. The tables were dirty with peoples food spilled all over them. The trash cans had trash exploding out of them, literally no where to even place your empty carton. The temperature of the food was not good or consistent throughout the dish. Whoever is running this location should really be aware of this. This is the worst Chipotle I have been to. I kind of wish I had the time to wait at Shake Shack next door. read more

I ordered a chicken rice bowl and an assortment of toppings. It was overall alright, nothing exceptional, the quality is what I expect from a chain take out Chipotle.
