Don't eat here!! They will skimp your servings especially on the more expensive items. The employees will give you attitude if they feel so and the managers will stand by doing nothing. Also, some of the things said in other reviews are true like they're usually low on many items, their workspace is dirty, and your tortillas are too chewy when you're eating their burritos. I had a horrible experience here... I visited this store on my way to the Bay. To start, the staff was slow and there were too many employees on duty to have been so slow. I ordered a barbacoa bowl, a steak bowl, and a carnitas quesadilla. The food was disgusting, and to top my quesadilla was burnt. I was raining and I was on the freeway as we started to eat my food and so I could not go back. I had never had this happen to me at a chipotle. Wanted to try their new brisket so I ordered one in a bowl and the other in a burrito. Came home with my take out order only to find out that there was no brisket in my burrito and meat in the bowl which they placed steak as a substitute. Called the manager who told me to come back to have it replaced. Went inside and noticed all of the staff were basically teenagers. The one making my replacement was even rude and kept slamming the tortilla lid warmer. Had to wait for the brisket since they were all out which could possibly explain why my orders didn't have any meat inside. I normally don't leave reviews but after having the same experience at this location over and over I felt like I needed to provide a review. For starters, the window crew are amazing and very professional. The main issue I've had, on numerous occasions, is with the rice and beans. Almost every time I've gone here the rice is undercooked to a point where it feels like small hard pebbles are in my food. About three times now I've had undercooked black beans. Having either of those items undercooked causes me to throw the entire order away. I've never called and complained or went back to the store, I literally throw it away and go eat somewhere else. Ive recently stopped going to this chipotle as often because I know that it's just a waste of my money. This location is a hit and miss. The tortilla needs to be heated up correctly. Sometimes the Burrito is plenty filled. Sometimes, to much tortilla. And, the chicken has to be cut in such small pieces, please keep the fat and scraps out, please. It would be nice if people working with food wore hair nets. Love the face mask and gloves for sure. How this happens I'm not sure. But to completely get everything wrong with our orders as we paid $40 for it is completely unacceptable. This place is a disaster.. we have had a bad experience almost every time we order from here. It sucks because it's one of the healthier options in the area and my daughters really love it. Might just be worth the drive to the Manteca one instead. We usually order through the app and use the drive through pick up option. Mostly bc the lines are so long, the trash is always piled up over the garbage cans, the bathrooms are disgusting with pee everywhere and the employees are all rude with horrible attitudes. They forget items, or replace your food items with others WITHOUT telling you. I ordered my daughter's quesadillas kids meals like I always do and something told me to check the order before we left. They just rolled up tortillas in the foil with no cheese. When I asked the worker where the cheese was, she said my order asked only for tortilla. I was confused because this is a saved item in my account that I always order so I went to grab my phone to double check. She was wrong. And went to show her my phone, she cut me off and just said "I'll just make them right now if you want". I said yeah that'd be nice thanks. She knew that's not what my order said and they were wrong but no apology just attitude. Another time I ordered a salad and when I checked my bag, the dressing was missing. She said they ran out. So the thing is with this specific location its definitely a hit or miss. Whoever is managing this location needs to reconsider their staff tremendously. They hire teenagers and adults who lack skills and experience with customers. A lot of times they won't even crack a smile or act as if they enjoy what they're doing. It isn't welcoming at all. Not to mention if you want fresh ingredients, the best time to go is first thing when they open no later than 3..Thats when they start to get lazy and the guacamole isn't so fresh or tasteful. There isn't any consistency with the proteins at all either. Each time you go they taste completely different, it's kind of strange considering they cook the same things everyday. I will say the portions are based on the person you get. Some are nicer and understand when you say a "little more" or a "little less" I come here often so I would definitely know. Whoever runs this place should take these reviews into consideration some of us have been here since this establishment has been opened and it's taken a huge downturn.
