Okay, so I come in here all the time on my way back from work because I usually love chipotle, but this location consistently finds a way to disappoint me. Firstly, there is a blue haired girl who I've had multiple encounters with who is confrontational and unfriendly when I'm just trying to order my food. But today, something happened that I just felt I needed to write about. The proportions in my burrito were awful for one, and as always this blue haired girl was very rude to me and I don't feel like I'm a mean person so I don't understand if it's a me problem or if she's like this with everybody. Anyways, I was eating my burrito, and there was not one, not even two, but three long dark hairs in my food. Literally was baked into the chicken. Safe to say I will NOT be coming back anytime soon. They were out of steak, rice, lettuce, corn salsa and like 4 other things. And their excuse?? "We are closing soon" wait are you joking?! Ordered catering from Chipotle for 30 servings and only 20 were delivered. When we contacted Chipotle about the missing 10 servings, they refused to refund the food we paid for but never received. Taking customers' money and not delivering the full order is unacceptable. Chipotle clearly doesn't stand behind its catering orders or care about fixing their mistakes. I would strongly recommend avoiding Chipotle catering unless you're okay paying for food you might never receive. read more

Stays pretty clean, I get there before the rush, they give me a nice sized bowl, I don't have to ask for more. Hairy burrito...within first several bites my wife found multiple black hairs inside and outside of burrito. Location is typically out of ingredients (and customer service), at this visit they did not have steak, brisket, and had to wait for chicken to be finished. Will avoid this location and will discourage others to visit this chipotle. read more

I've been coming to this location for a few years now because it's the closest one to my work, but after 5 bad experiences IN A ROW, I can't get myself to go back! This isn't even about how their servings are shrinking. I understand that is a corporate decision by their greedy shareholders that don't actually care about quality or decent quantities. This is about the customer service being so trash at this location. The reason I keep coming back is because every 3rd time I go would be decent and it would bring me back. The kid would wrap the burrito well instead of it spilling everywhere and being slopped up, or the guac wouldn't be dark brown and super oxidized, but recently I've seen multiple interactions where the shift lead or manager argues with a customer (and 2 of these past 5 times they argued with me) when they are only asking for fresh ingredients instead of dry meat or soupy pico or a stale tortilla that rips. If they are out of chicken and say it'll take 20 minutes to make fresh chicken, you either have to wait, pay for a more expensive meat, or just leave. I asked if they could make the situation right today because I didn't have 20 minutes and they looked at me like I asked them to shoot their best friend. The customer next to me last time asked for fresh guac and the manager argued with him that just because it's oxidized doesn't mean it doesn't taste good. NOBODY likes to eat dark brown oxidized guacamole. I can no longer support this location unless they do better at cleaning up the tables more frequently, training their staff to provide better customer service, and keeping their ingredients more fresh. read more

I got the 3 Tacos and they wrap them all together in foil. The problem is it becomes one big wet mess. I slid them out of the foil wrap and it looks a sloppy mess. Why don't they use a bowl? Tacos are not open face burritos but that's what it looks like when you unwrap it. It is because of the this I take off one star. However, I did enjoy the tacos once I was able to reassemble them. I haven't been to a chipotle in a long time, and turns out I wasn't missing much. The food is ok. I think Barbacoa makes a similar and better product. They're also kinda chintzy on the meat here. I had to speak up and ask how many oz of meat were normally on a burrito. To quote my wife, "they don't know how to roll a burrito here" If you're craving fast Mexican, I'd say go for costa Vida or Barbacoa before this place. Also every table was filthy. First, let me start by saying my husband and I are huge chipotle fans. We order multiple times a week and are very used to the customer service which can vary by location but is overall fine. I've had a few bad experiences here and there, but nothing to gripe over. That being said, I've NEVER had such a poor experience as I've had today. We are visiting from out of state and placed a Chipotle catering order via their site in advance. When our pickup time came up today, we arrived a few mins after. We spoke to someone at the front who shared it was being finished and that it would be done soon. No problem. 25 mins go by. We see others being served their catering orders but not us. We're not really ones to complain but we eventually go up and ask for a status update since we're on our lunch break and have limited time. The worker then tells us the order was given to a door dash driver. We didn't place an order with door dash and we clarified this by sharing the chipotle confirmation email. Turns out, they had given our order away to some door dash driver since they never checked their order or the food they gave away. Then, they made us talk to 2 different managers just to get it remade. Extremely frustrating. Would have at minimum expected them to give us a small discount for our trouble, or at least offer us a drink for the full hour of waiting. We finally received our order at 11:55. Absolutely ridiculous experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The seating in here is insanely slim & takes up majority of the restaurant so even if you're standing in the incredibly long line, you're still bumping into every Tom, Dick & Harry in the joint. Also can we talk about how SMALL the portions are for the price? $22 for a steak salad with guacamole & extra protein in a tiny bowl is out of control crazy. I'd rather go pay for a couple of steaks at Ruth's Chris or an all you can eat meat feast at Rodizios or Tucanos. The burrito has less meat in it than a small taco. Good tasting food like at every Chipotle. Unhappy worker copped an attitude when we asked her to build our salad with fresh lettuce rather than the brown and wilted stuff she tried to use. They struggle to keep up with the demand for ingredients at this busy location and used only lukewarm steak on our burrito. A smile goes a long way. They have limited seating due to the COVID-19 and don't do a great job of wiping down the tables when patrons are done. We couldn't find a clean table to sit at. read more

Just ate here. The employee didn't seem to know anything about chipotle at all. We eat at chipotle at least once a week. If you order certain thing in the app like a cheese quesadilla it comes with a side of guacamole and that has been our experience at every location except this one. We are big Chipotle fans! Their ingredients are fresh and delicious! It is a great place for GF eaters as well as vegetarian, and for any pregnant mommas out there - their queso blanco IS pasteurized, so it's safe to eat! My favorite is the sofritas bowl with both types of rice and both types of beans! The quesadilla is a huge hit as well for my husband and children! My only two critiques with this location are, whenever I order for delivery via one of the apps, 9/10 times one of my items are missing or something was made incorrectly. I just think the preparers aren't paying close attention to the specifics of the order and are trying to move too quickly. Also, the floors and tables at this location get very dirty. In the last year we have gone maybe 15 or more times to this location and I have never seen a team member out sweeping, so we always wind up with food on our shoes. read more
