The food was great per usual but what really impressed us was the management. While ordering at a kiosk, the manager smiled at us to asked us how we're doing. A few minutes later, two individuals came in screaming and management quickly and quietly handled the situation. He then kindly apologized to us, but we told him that we're just impressed by how respectful he was while handling such a stressful situation. read more

Terrible food portions! See pics. Almost zero meat, a few chopped tomato pieces and very little cheese in my 3 supreme tacos. 2 others I was with - also same amount of (almost zero) meat and same with cheese, etc! We asked manager why and he said it was 'portion controlled' and that was the right amount://. He justified it like that's ok! Store was filthy - sticky floors - trash on floor and dirty tables. This is the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. They are slow. Half of them are incompetent and probably not all the way there. The building smells like weed. The food came out cold. I waited for 25 minutes for the items. One of them being a drink. I know it's Taco Bell and not a high class establishment but still I feel like for fast food this shouldn't be an issue. read more

We came for the happy hour freezes but the machine was broken. Last time we came, it was broken as well. My little boy got a cheese roll up and I got a Mexican pizza. The food was good. My Mexican pizza had a fair amount of toppings on it and was gooey with cheese. My little boy said his one roll up had a lot of more cheese in it than his other one. The employee who helped me was nice. I had been asked if I wanted to round up for college students and I declined. When I arrived at the window to pay, I was told my total was an even amount and more than what had showed up on the screen. The difference wasn't huge but I did notice they rounded up my order after I declined for them to do so. read more

Our family loves Taco Bell, likes to support all restaurants, but we will likely not return to this location for awhile, if ever, even with it being the most convenient location for us. Used drive thru on a weekday evening, around 5:20. No cars in line, which was a bit interesting for dinner time. Two of our kids noticed all the cars at Chik-fil-a and commented how it was strange no one was at Taco Bell. Said we were lucky. Ordering was okay, but the individual taking our order was abrupt and seemed a bit annoyed. Maybe because we ordered a 12-pack of tacos, a couple of meals and a few individual burritos. But, seemed a bit unusual given no other cars in line and only a few in the lot. Specifically told him no sauces needed (I know, many would say that's boring and sacrilegious). Young Cashier was more polite at the window, had our order done more quickly than I thought possible, which was nice. Didn't check our order once received until getting home (haven't learned my lesson). One larger burrito and a bean & cheese burrito missing. Bag full of about 40 sauce packets (see pic - had told him no sauce). That's why the bag felt like it had the adequate amount of food by weight and volume. Looking back, cashier did give a funny smile/smirk when handing us the food. Kind of sad for whoever franchises this location (or maybe they don't franchise?). I remember working in the food industry as a teen and feeling bugged with people when it was busy and they aren't prepared for their turn to order/pay, or they are hyper vigilant about every small detail, or pull out 7 coupons and some change (didn't realize at the time these were the people that I should've been nicest to). So, I always try to be polite, respectful and cheerful with these younger employees, recognizing that they are doing good by working at younger ages. Two of our family members who weren't with us when we picked up the food felt a bit ill afterward (didn't tell them about the situation until the next day). Maybe just coincidence. We ended up throwing the tacos away, a bit worried about what may have been done to them. From reading other comments, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident at this location. I bike by here every day on my way to work and watched this building grow from an empty lot to a beautiful new Taco Bell. New Taco Bells are awesome. Great outdoor seating, and a modern interior set these apart from the old Taco Bell you may be used to. This one is nearly identical to the other Lehi location, which is only a few miles away...I was surprised to see them put in a new one so soon and close to the other, but happy that this one is closer to home. The food is Taco Bell. You either hate it or love it. Most items share the same core ingredients. You already know that. I will say though, if you haven't tried a $5 box you are missing out on a great value. It is hands down the best deal in fast food. I love Taco Bell. If my girlfriend would let us, I would get married at the Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas. No joke. read more

Spent the extra $2 to get cinnatwists. Didn't get the cinnatwists. Was charged for cinnatwists. Currently not consuming cinnatwists. It's sad that you can't expect much from fast food restaurants, but this feels like I've been stolen from. Would love management to reach out and fix this pretty disappointing. read more

This place used to be really good. However, now when you try to order, everyone is making the food will just sit there and stare at you but will not come up to the counter. It takes about 10 minutes to get someone to come to the counter in order for you to make an order. Then they will just tell you to do it yourself there too busy to help. Way efficient at getting food out quickly. Young staff but full of so much energy, we share a laugh every now and then either in the drive thru or at the indoor kiosk. Always leave happy and forget to leave a review, usually only inclined to leave one after a bad experience. Expect more positivity traverse mountain. read more

Overall, a solid Taco Bell-extra busy at lunch (so plan accordingly). Quality: good! It's no Ruth's Chris but what-you-expect for Taco Bell. Cheap tacos and burritos fast. Service: I've been twice-the first time during lunch. I waited in a long but moving line. The office buildings around here slam all of the restaurants-but I was pleased with how quickly they moved people through. Oddly, the first time I visited there wasn't ice for drinks-a growing pain I assume because my second time several weeks later included plenty of ice. Facilities: Clean and modern. But then telling us at the drive thru that we would have to go back around for each order even though there was no one in line -- might as well just close early if your workers don't feel like working after 9pm. read more

I think I'd pass on this particular location near Lehi Outlet Mall. They are natorious for charging you for every thing you order but shorting your order. If you go here count every item before leaving the drive up, cause they won't honor the order if you return later claiming you were shorted. Last night they charged for, but shorted me two tacos on a larger order.... less than $4 loss but its the principal and attitude of the people that makes it so frustrating. It is a Friday night at Taco Bell closes at 7pm. That doesn't even cover all of the dinner hours. Taco Bell's whole slogan is live mas and the fourth meal. This is a great Taco Bell location! Employees are friendly and covid precautions are being taken to help customers feel safe. I appreciate employees wearing masks, contactless payment and putting food in a plastic container to hand it to the customer. This makes everyone safer. We came on 03/26 and the night shift was terrible. By far the worst service I've ever experienced. The boy who took our order was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He cut us off as we ordered our food and told us to pull forward and pay when we hadn't finished our order. I have been to this location on 3 separate occasions in a space of 5 months and they have messed on my order on all 3 visits. All visits has been via Drive Thru and it wasn't until we got home that we seen the mistake. Some of the examples was a Cheese and Bean Rice Burrito that had sour cream when it doesn't. Another was ordering a Nacho Bell Grande with just Cheese and Beef and making it clear that's it and ALL 3 TIMES they managed to messed that up. Although, they have been professional to correct the situation, I have given them the benefit of the doubt but somehow they manage to mess it up again and again. read more
