5 stars for effort here, they clearly seem to be understaffed but every time I visit there's someone really hustling at the counter (3 different people now) to minimize wait times to something reasonable. Not only that but the lobby is always very much on the clean side, even their restroom is pretty clean. Really appreciate this being such a reliable lunch stop and the effort when a lot of lower-margin food places aren't even pretending to try anymore. read more

It's a fast food chain. I was in town for business and after the morning prior having hotel breakfast for $13, I decided to give my perdiem a break. This place was right across the street from my hotel. I haven't been to many Carl Jr. I have to say that most of my experiences have not been particularly good. I think back to a visit to one in Swansea, IL when we first moved there. The place was scary, the workers lethargic and disinterested and the food was marginal at best. We never went back the whole 3 years we were there. I walked itno this one, it was clean, bright. The two ladies working were pleasant and seemed to have good chemistry, plenty of gracias/denanda going on. I was very happy. She took my order, informed me of a special that saved me money, and my food was delivered pretty quickly and hot. I was the only person inside, but the drive thru line was long. the manager stephen is so rude and wouldn't take my order i sat in the drive through and he wouldn't so i thought he didn't hear me then i went to the window and he walked by saw me then went and hid so then i went through again and he still didn't take my order so i went inside and he said that i couldnt order inside and i told him i went through the drive thru twice and then he was like telling me he wanted to clean up but it was an hour before closing and he was taking other peoples orders. anyways HORRIBLE customer service and supposedly he is the manager, he needs to be talked to or fired because that is RIDICULOUS read more

Went here today for a fast lunch. Ordered a couple sandwiches for my husband and two single patties with cheese for myself because I am doing keto at the moment. They lady taking my order was very nice and didn't give me a look or say anything when I ordered the single patties which I appreciate. There is nothing worse than someone looking annoyed at you when you order food. Everything tasted fresh and was out fast. I will continue to go to this location. read more

After 10pm only the drivethrough is open. Since most food places are closed I decided to give it a try. That night I was hungry and thirsty ~ when I was ordering the staff refused some items I requested which made my decision harder than it should've been ~ I didn't argue I just went on with '' okay... i guess I'll get ____ instead'' which they'd eventually refused it ... eventually I found a burger that was okay ''to order.'' I wished the staff provided better costumer service. I'd understand if they tell me a machine is not working or something else... but they shouldn't be rude about it. My window cashier was a lot friendlier and when I asked for a drink for third time ~ I was surprised, she didn't refused it... she said '' Oh sure, wait a second.'' My hamburger overall tasted good. WOW! The manager Erica here has got to be THE BIGGEST "C You Next Tuesday" I have ever met. We're from Nevada and we're traveling, we were trying to find something to eat Christmas Eve. I'm diabetic and get sick if I don't eat. I was denied service and rather than listening to me Erica began telling me how tired and overwhelmed she was, I was empathetic being a retired mailman and told her I was sorry to hear that, so she said: "Ya! To quit being so rude!" And slammed the window shut. Was I rude for mistaking all their lights on for being open, was I rude for being stuck in line while they filled other people's orders, was I rude for asking to speak to the manager, was I rude for saying I was sorry she was tired...Erica isn't manager material, she isn't Carl's Junior material. read more

I'm pretty happy with Carl's Jr at this location. However, this visit was not as good. They got my fries order wrong, they gave my a medium waffle fry seasoned and I didn't like the taste too much (I originally asked for the unseasoned medium fries with fry sauce) . I also ordered a reg cheese burger and asked them to remove the pickles and the onions and sub them with tomatoes and lettuce. However when I got my order and my cheeseburger only came with ketchup and mustard. I corrected the girl at the drive through and she gave me the correct fries but in a SMALL and no fry sauce. I had to pester the poor girl again for the sauce and she seemed a little annoyed. read more

In person their menu items don't look as appealing as they do in their ads, but this is a fast food establishment and you can't have high expectations. Taste wise, I think Carl's Jr is decent. With few dining options in the area, it was an easy choice when it came to deciding on where to go for breakfast. But beware: This location doesn't open inside until 10am, so be sure to sleep in a little longer before trying to have some sit down time with a breakfast burrito. read more

OK, this is a fast food restaurant so take the 4 stars with that in mind. The restaurant closes at 10:00 PM and I pulled up in the drive through at 9:55 PM. I had driven in from California and I had dropped off my things at my hotel. I had a lot of things on my mind and reseting my watch was not one of them. Thinking I had plenty of time to catch a bite, I ran some errands. Then it hit me! When I pulled in to the drive through the employee stated that they were happy to take my order but it may take a few minutes longer because they had put the kitchen away. I was happy to wait and both employees were very pleasant and even apologetic to make me wait. I'm the one who felt bad because I got there so late. Look I am from California so Carl's has always been a staple, but as a chain goes they have some classic hamburgers (Charbroiled!!). This is a chain rating but Western Bacon Cheesburgers and the Santa Fe Chicken are delicious. I don't think any chain has a burger or chicken sandwich as good (not fried). Now service can be spotty and when teenagers cook your food you might not get perfect every time. I have sent some back a few times when they overcooked. Hard to do in a conveyor cooker. They were better back in the hand cooked days, but the burgers are always smoky good. One sandwich they had for a short time the Pork Ribs burger was amazing. And their meat is good for a chain. read more

Arrived at 10:38. Was told they had stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. Ordered lunch, but it then took 12 minutes to get food through the drive through. When we finally did get it, the sandwich was barely warm and the fried zucchini was mushy and tasted of flour. Won't be back, which is a shame. I like other Carl's. read more

This was the worst Carl's jr. I've ever been to. The cashier was having a conversation with the lady in front for 8 mins while my friend and I waited in line. He never apologized for making us wait or anything. So we left without because we were done waiting. read more

This morning (January 20) I was just ending a pretty rough week. I decided to bypass Starbucks for a breakfast burrito. I wish I saw her name tag, but whoever the lady was that was working that morning at around 6:55 AM in the drive in was like a ray of sunshine! She smiled big and bright which greatly brightened my rather gloomy mood. She was quick and responsive. The food was pretty good too! If anybody with power is reading this, that woman deserves some serious recognition because this is not the first time I've encountered her and every time she is working she is smiling and giving off really good vibes. read more

On saturday oct 14 around 7:30pm the place was a mess the employees were rude its like they dont even care about there job and in the mornings its a different story the service is great the place is clean the restrooms do not look or smell like a gas station.
