Not too jazzed about this chipotle. I've gone here twice so far, ordering online to skip the line. The first time my wife way to 30 minutes to get the food, the second time she waited 10 minutes for the food. Ordering online should be easy you put in a time on when you're going to show up in the food supposed to be ready for you. If I wanted to wait then I wouldn't order online and I would just show up and wait in line to order. The skill level is also pretty lacking. My salad bowls are arranged like a Dali painting. I've got sour cream shlepped on the side, corn on the opposite side. Lettuce sprinkled on top and the dressing came filled up 1/3 of the way. Just enough to let me know they don't care. It's too bad they have a really good location. I'll have to make a drive the next time I want chipotle. It might take some time for them to turn this place around. read more

I was left a bit bummed after our experience today. With it being Sunday the location was pretty quiet. There were four of us in my party and we had no wait to order. It took quite a few minutes to even be acknowledged and when we were the employees looked like they'd rather be anywhere but working. I ordered a salad with steak as well as two others in my group and a burrito. I've never seen chipotle skimp on lettuce like today. Not only I, but my sister had to ask for more. My sisters bowl was made so sloppy it was all over the place and falling onto the tray. The food was good with no real complaint, but definitely a step down from the Arizona locations I'm used to. Condescending and rude, I had the same experience with the same lady 2 weeks ago but wrote it off as a bad day for her. Nope, same story today. This location has seriously declined recently. You can no longer walk up and order. You have to call or do mobile order. The portion sizes have gotten a lot smaller. I ordered a bowl and it was about halfway full. There was also some bad pieces of chicken in it. My husband got a burrito, which was wrong and tiny. Horrible horrible horrible!!!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks this store is trash! Absolutely terrible service and food. I got over charged and they will not do anything about it. Beware, I never got a receipt but when I thought the total was too high I redid my exact order online for pickup and it was $10 cheaper! I am not upset about the amount in upset about how many times they have done this and too how many people. Absolutely insane, I contacted corporate and they gave me total BS saying "due to city and state lines taxes are different and nothing they can do" HAHAHA. This is the worst location of chipotle I've ever been to. The last 5 times I've gone I've only been able to order a full meal once. It was closed twice unexpectedly (Friday and Saturday around noon), one time they only allowed mobile ordering (wtf?!), and the other time they were out of sour cream and cheeese. If I could give zero stars I would. The kid who helped me was polite and friendly but obviously new and was not getting any help from the ten other people who weren't doing anything. The girl who I think was a manager was talking to someone who got a catering order, getting her number. They were completely out of cooked meet and other items and she was texting in the back, using the f word with other employees in front of customers, putting her hands on old food on the counter and scooping it into the new food bins. She was sooo unprofessional and careless. I have been to this location a few times and it's never been the greatest of chipotle experiences but yesterday's was def the worst. It wasn't that busy but the entire place was filthy. The floors, tables and food prep area. One of the employees at the end of the prep line was a complete jerk. First he'd look at you like you did something wrong to him and you knew what it was. Then when you spoke to him he'd ask you "what?," over and over because the jerk had his AirPods in the entire time because he couldn't be bothered to work with just a poopy attitude, he had to go full jerk and have headphones in too. Then when you get to the end of the line and are in the cashiers area it is just littered with spilled food. Why? Why would that be you ask? Oh because the attitude king shoves everything right over to the area you take your food from like it's in his space and shouldn't be there in the first place. Like a kid fighting for the arm rest in the back seat. I was really gonna let it all go. The filth, the attitude, the clear lack of presence of any kind of supervision at this location, but then I had to go back up when my kid completely unraveled their $13.00 steak burrito before they even took a bite. I took the, admittedly abortion of a burrito, back to the counter and in my nicest voice possible asked this kid because he was the only one there just to simply re-wrap it in a new tortilla. I was like just as easy as possible, you can even wrap that old tortilla in it too if that's easier. He pulls his AirPod out and goes "what do you want?" I'm like oh I'm I guess I'll repeat that whole thing again. And I did and with the anger of Oden he re-wrapped that burrito, rolled it in foil and I kid you not threw it at me. Right over the sneeze guard. Cheese, rice and steak, yeah you heard me steak, hit me square in my brand new Detroit Pistons shirt. Which was symbolic because I was pissed. The old me would have chucked it back in his face, but I have kids and wife and don't think I'd like jail much. So, I just told him he was not a pleasurable person. I didn't say that but I want this to get past the editors. So let's say that's what I said. Any way don't eat here. I'm not going to any more. You don't deserve to be treated like you stole this guy's girlfriend. Which if I knew who she was I would 100% do just to hurt him. The chips and queso were too salty, and the burrito was folded such that some bites were spicy, and some bland. My opinion of this Chipotle has changed for the better! I was salty with Chipotle for a while because they were only allowing orders through their app/website and they refused to let anyone order in the store. I get it, Covid and whatnot...however, it made me extra sad because I watched an old couple walk in and they clearly just wanted to have some lunch together and were not able to because they would never be able to figure out how to order from their flip phones and the workers didn't have another option. I offered to have them order on mine but they decided to just go somewhere else. Then another guy came in and he was wanting to order a specialty order of some kind that you couldn't order on the website...well he was SOL too. The workers again, had no alternative. Personally, I was also annoyed with the system because you couldn't sit inside and I had to wait in my car for the app to download. The workers were also just standing there, it isn't like they were so busy that they couldn't ring up orders. The whole thing was weird and I found it to be a bit ableist, not to me, but to members of the community that this change negatively impacted. However, I did go back to Chipotle recently and they no longer have this change in place so you are able to go back to building your own food and getting it the way you like it. Also, everyone gets to order and there is no problems with having to use your own devices! I stopped in and got the new Pollo Asado. Love me some Chipotle. Ever since I discovered it in California I dreamt of it coming to my home town. Now it is here on multiple corners and my dream has come true. This location had great customer service and the flavors were spot on as advised. Their marketing scheme of various posters influencing me to purchase their carne asada really roped me in. I was a sucker for a great photo of juicy meat and I was all over it. Their salads are my jam (not literally) because I love their vinaigrette. I always think they need to fill their go-to containers with more dressing but then I put it on the salad and it's really portioned just right. I try to limit my sugar intake each day (gotta save up those calories for dessert, obviously), so getting by with lesser dressing is okay by me. read more

Your price on the board advertises steak, you should sell for that price, or do the right thing and add the price for your new item. You have about 4 new posters for it, why not put the price there. The only conclusion I can come to is, who is going to pay $3 more for the same steak they already sell but with a few different, inexpensive seasonings? No one.
