I've been going to this location consistently for the past two years and have noticed a steady decline in customer service and food quality. Today shows just how bad it's gotten, having the single worst ordering experience of my life. It was Friday and didn't bring lunch, so I decided to treat myself to a burrito bowl. I ordered rice, beans, chicken al pastor and steak, and fajita veggies. The worker asked if I wanted double protein to which I agreed. No problem at all. When she was finished, she placed my bowl on the side with toppings where the serving spoon for the tomatoes was knocked over and landed across my bowl, where it sat until the second person working the line came to take the rest of my order. Hungry and now a little irritated, I continued and ordered hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Some lettuce fell and she tossed it back into every container not holding lettuce. She placed the lid on my bowl and said to the cashier this one is double steak and queso. I resolutely stated that I had not ordered queso which prompted the second line worker to REOPEN MY BOWL AND FINGER THROUGH MY FOOD to figure out whether it had it or not. Yes, she had gloves; and yeah, I get they use gloves to put lettuce and cheese, but when were they last changed? When is it EVER appropriate to further touch a customers food? She then said "oh it was guac" to which I responded, now even more irritated, "I didn't order guac either". Confused, she looked to the front of line worker who was busy with the rush of customers who had come after. I tried to explain that it was just double steak, to which she put her hand up to cut me off. I tersely said I no longer wanted their food and walked out. The biggest problem at Chipotle used to be whether you were getting a full scoop of chicken. Now they're manhandling your food because the workers can't keep track of what they put on your burrito. Take what you will with this and form your own judgement. This location downright sucks. It'll be a while before I step foot in a Chipotle again. read more

Out of all the chipotle near 695 on the southwest side this is by far the best. They give you what you pay for and usually are well staffed. I drive an extra 15mins to come here rather than the one on security blvd or Ellicot city. I eat here weekly sometimes twice a week. and I won't stop just because this location can't get it right. Every week they run out of food during dinner hours such as barbacoa or white rice or cheese. Oh and they won't make more either they should already had more ready tho for the dinner rush. I only get xtra rice and cheese xtra and I am always told they don't have enough cheese so I get limited.....excuse me if I want a pound I'll get it I'll pay for it plus I don't get any other toppings!!!!! Had to talk to the manager numerous times over last few months nothing changes. I also have wrote many complaints to corporate and begged them to send a secret shopper in. Not the best location; we were passing through from the airport and stopped for a bite. They were fairly busy, being it was a Friday night, and after waiting in line we started the process of ordering. We got through fairly well, up until the final person in line squeezed the burrito onto a new tortilla when she couldn't roll it right the first time, leaving some toppings behind. I still got charged full price (for guac and queso) for what was probably the least-filled burrito of our party. I've had people unable to roll the burrito before but they'll usually just get a new tortilla and double-wrap it. Another burrito in our party had cold steak and when one of us asked for a water cup we were told it would cost three dollars (full price for a soda), so all around this was a disappointment that we'll avoid in future. The sea of one star reviews here doesn't surprise me, however I cannot comment on anything except the brewed tea. It was absolutely disgusting. I bought a large tea to go (THREE DOLLARS AND 47 CENTS--- FOR TEA mind you!) and it was old and tasted like mold. I had several people taste it to make sure it wasn't just me, and they all agreed, it was putrid. Some wouldn't even go past smelling it. You'd think for that price they could brew fresh tea twice a day, not to mention washing out and sterilizing the container. I was afraid I was going to get sick. Bottom Line: This new Chipotle has potential but in the near term I'm going to avoid it. As other Yelpers have noted, this Chipotle opened at the end of February and there seems to be a steep learning curve. My first visit was during week two at 2pm and the line was out the door and not moving so I left. My second visit was a few days ago, also at 2pm, and there were four people in line in front of me and it took 12 minutes to get through the line. I ordered a salad and there wasn't any lettuce left and it literally took five minutes for someone to grab a new container of lettuce from refrigerator. Two staff members seemed to be milling around, kinda lost, and not sure what they are supposed to do. The GM was killin' it and obviously trying to make up for others' inefficiencies but there are some challenges to overcome here. I usually don't go to new eateries until they have time to work out the kinks but I think I was spoiled by the Potbelly Sandwich Shop that recently opened next door to Chipotle. On day one, they had the A Team and that line was moving! Chipotle is definitely slower to get up to speed. Overall, I really like the concept at Chipotle. Pick your form (salad, bowl, taco, burrito, etc.) pick your protein (steak, chicken, tofu, etc.) and then load it up with the toppings. Guacamole is extra but worth it and they have Coca-Cola fountain products. I ate my salad at Chipotle and found the restaurant to be rather dirty - crumbs and straw wrappers on the floor, goop on the table next to me, etc. I supposed they are so overwhelmed behind the counter that they forget to come out and survey the dining room. I'm optimistic that the situation at Chipotle will improve and when it does, I will be sure to update my review. read more

I'm not the biggest chipotle fan but I do enjoy it from time to time. I work in the area and decided to get it today on a whim. This is located in a cool new center that opened up sometime in 2017. It's down the road from Hoyt's and it has a chipotle, potbelly, Dunkin' Donuts, chick fla, and a glory days grill. I went in around 2 so luckily there was no line and ordered a chicken bowl. Got even luckier because they just brought out fresh chicken as I ordered and the worker generously gave one full scoop and an extra half. The service was good and food was made pretty quickly. Think I was in and out of there in about 5 minutes. The food was pretty good. If you like chipotle then you won't be disappointed. I've been to other where the chicken tasted bland but it tastes pretty decent here. read more

Meager portions--one person in my party received less than a tablespoon of brown rice. Really? It wasn't all bad. The line moved quickly and the guacamole still tasted great. Love this Chipotle location! Always clean, big parking lot, the staff is friendly and the food is great! I personally love getting the kids "make your own". Their chicken is the best in my opinion. Their food is usually pretty fresh and tasty. I think the only thing I've ever had there that I really didn't like was the queso (sorry, it's terrible in my opinion) but that's at Chipotle across the board - not just this location. This location is by a few business parks and hotels so it can get pretty busy around lunch time but they do a good job of getting through the line quickly! read more

Unfortunately this is not my first time leaving a bad review for this specific restaurants location the quality of the food is better however they employ people that are more interested in their side conversations than helping the customers. Be alright just don't listen I ordered a burrito I specifically said no beans looked away for a few seconds and behold when I went to eat my burrito they were beings in it.... after the food was made they went down the assembly line but the cashier was not present they have to call him I waited a couple minutes for him to arrive it sounded like I was inconveniencing him from doing something more important than his job. Long story short stay away from this location. If you are really craving Chipotle you will need to go out of your way or else this place will just let you down.
