This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. It is right around the corner from my house and I so want it to be decent. I have given them try after try after try and every time it is a disappointment. Lost online orders, out of items, slow service, rudeness, cold food are just a few of the regular problems at this location. It is also very cramped and doesn't have sufficient seating. When (or if) you do eventually get your food it is the worst tasting Chipotle. Lukewarm even when eating in, consistently stale chips, etc. read more

Dirty messy train wreck of a Chipotle. Beans were old and dried out. Food preparation area was filthy, covered in Old food. As for mixed product, all of the different foods were mixed with their adjacent Foods. Sour cream in the salsa. Pork in the beef. Cheese in the sour cream and in the vegetables. Fajita vegetables look like they were prepared 6 hours ago. I wrote my review after eating and before reading other Yelp reviews. I'm pleased to see I have the same opinion as everyone else about this Chipotle. What's so sad about this place is that it's brand new. read more

This chipotle has repeatedly treated me with disrespect. One time an employee had trouble rolling my burrito, sloppily threw it in foil, then slid it to me saying "merry christmas" as if he was proud of his bad work. Just today I walked into the store, they claimed they were "closing" an hour before close. I asked to speak to the manager and she said there was no way to charge me because the system was down. they were still making online orders during this time so there must've been a way to charge me, regardless both classic excuses to get the kitchen cleaned and everyone out earlier. I asked if she could provide me with any coupons or something alike to compensate for wasting my time on my lunch break. the manager told me no she can lose her job if she were to do that. ?what? read more

I have never seen such bad reviews for Chipotle. I love going to Chipotle and go whenever I can during my travels all across the United States. I am definitely in the mood for Chipotle, but based on the reviews of this Chipotle Location I am not going to waste my time. This looks like any other typical chipotle restaurant. It's spacious and clean. Came here around 9:15~20pm. The store isn't supposed to close until 10, but they had already ran out of many ingredients. The rice tasted a little funny, but other than that, it was pretty good. They really fill your bowl with a lot of food, which is good. Would come again since it's close by. read more

I walked in no one greeted me for 5mins even though looking straight at me then a Hispanic short girl with long black hair came up I ask for an double order of the cauliflower rice because I'm on a special diet I was willing to pay for a double portion she was about to put it in the container that the guacamole or salsa go in I said can I get it in the bigger one she got an aditude with me and said it's the same size that's all your getting I said can I get a double portion and pay she said no and threw my food on the front and then she bagged it and and kinda shoved the bag at me and did not give me a receipt so I could not get her name this is the worst I ever got treated at chipotle read more

I am a first responder and I walked in between calls because my partner and I were hungry. When I ordered my food and talked over to the cashier, she told me my total. $13.50, every single Chipotle I go to gives us first responder discounts. I was in uniform and had pulled up to the door in an ambulance. Had a radio on and they knew I was on duty. I had asked for a first responder discount and the manager stated, "You don't count, only cops do." LOL excuse me, we do the same things and as an ambulance I run as many if not more calls in a day then cops do. Nowhere else have I not been given a first responder discount and NOWHERE else have I been talked down to. The blatant rudeness earns them a 1 star and I severely do not recommend going in here, instead, go to a different, friendlier Chipotle. read more

The lights were off in the dining area and every table needed cleaning. We ordered food, including large Chips & Queso Blanco. When we got to the register, the cashier offered us 2 small chips instead because they were out of large. I assumed this meant an even substitution, but noticed later on my receipt that they charged me for 2 smalls, which is $1 more than the large. We asked for Smoked Chipotle Tabasco sauce, but they were out of it. We'd planned to eat there, but because of the condition of the dining room and the lack of Chipotle sauce, we took it to go instead. Once home, we discovered one of the bags of chips was stale. Ugh. Let me start by saying I do not eat chipotle often. But after 2 bad experiences at the arundel mills location, this became my go to. Today (6/4/21) was my last visit here as well. The whole store was being run by teenagers who were clueless. Even the supposed manager(Jamal) was a kid. There was no space between the employees, and food looked like it had been sitting out all day. I placed my order online for a 7:30 pickup. As I'm walking to the door there is a sign that reads "No Rice". No worries I ordered online.(I thought) After waiting with about 5 -6 other angry customers for about 15 minutes my order was still not ready. I decided to cancel my order and request a refund. The teenage manager (Jamal) informed me that that could not be done in store you have to go online. I left with no food, no refund, and now I'm here. Trust that I WILL get my $$ back from chipotle and NEVER return to this location. read more

Such an absolute crap show. Never seen a chipotle in such disarray. 7-10 people working in the pass at any given point in time. At least twice the person making my bowl left without warning, leaving the next person on the line to take my bowl and pass it down further, causing me to hold up the large line behind me making sure they got all the toppings I was asking for. At the same time there's someone dumping new fajita veggies on top of old ones in front of customers. No organization so they had no idea what I ordered when I got to the front, asked me what I ordered and as I was answering the second girl had the nerve to cut me off and tell the other girl what I "actually" got- even though it was exactly what I had told her. Had to ask for salad dressing 3 times. And the thing is you can't even get mad at these kids because it's clear they have no direction and no leaders. I usually go to this location and every time i get the carne asada it's always dry, like it was cooked the day before . Today I came in and I over heard an employee saying that the sour cream taste like spoiled milk , yet they were still serving it . Very irresponsible , that's how people get sick . read more

I have walked into many Chipotle's and I have never experienced this kind of environment. Not friendly at all. Their food line did not have enough food in the containers to serve the following person. They also didn't have enough people serving, it was just one person serving the whole line. There were plenty of people walking around in the background but no one was offering to step up and help this person out. They were out of salad dressing and instead of offering a solution, they offered a refund. They also serve stale chips!!!! This is unacceptable, it's not a very organized place. read more

As much as I hate to say it this may be the worst Chipotle on the planet earth. I would love to say that I am exaggerating but words cannot describe how poorly we were treated nor the overall lack of quality in the food. We visited on a Tuesday night at around 9:00 and they were out of steak, veggies and brown rice. The staff really seemed to care less that we were even in the restaurant. I complained about the food being cold and being out of a good amount of ingredients and was literally told "just the way it goes." Unfortunately, we were in from out of town and this is about the only place within walking distance of our hotel so we muddled through. I have literally eaten at various Chipotles all over the country and this one takes the cake although not in a good way. I literally looked on yelp and said it can't be that bad. According to the website, this location is supposed to close at 10pm on Sundays. We got their yesterday (9/11/22) at 9:40pm and they were already closed. They also had no message posted at the door or windows as to why they closed early. The employees were all in there watching as customers stop by before 9:50pm and didn't say a word to us, just ignored us the whole time. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE I was excited to have a Chipotle location closer to work. But WOW, not worth it! Will definitely be driving to the next nearest location in the future. I've been a Chipotle fan for years, but this was a terrible experience. 1. Service - I ordered a burrito online. When I arrived, they had a bowl for me. I pointed it out to the cashier who seemed unconcerned. She made no offer to correct until I asked. I would have been fine with them dumping the contents onto a tortilla. Bam, instant burrito. Easy! Now I can finally leave. But they threw it in the trash and started over. The girl making online orders turned to me with a scowl and said "this is all your fault." Ummmmm...... Then she turned back a couple seconds later and said "just kidding." It wasn't that funny in the moment when I already had to wait so long for an online order and no one ever apologized. No one tried to compensate for the mistake. They just made a joke that it's my fault they wasted food. 2. Quality - the burrito was the worst one I have ever had. The tortilla was tough and crumbled. Not sure if it was stale or if it was heated up too long, but I've never had this problem at Chipotle. The burrito was also tiny compared to my usual. I always order the exact same thing, so it was definitely employee training at fault here. First time at this location and I was little concerned when I walked up at 2pm because there was no long line. The two chains near me always have lines out the door. I always get the barbacoa but asked the young man taking orders what sofritas means. He told me tofu, that it was a bit spicy and offered a sample. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and could not decide what to order. The young man told me I can get both--and not pay an upcharge. Am I the only one who didn't know that they allow this? So I ordered the tofu/shredded beef and my lunch was delicious. I should also mention that the last time I ate at chipotle was the columbia crossing store and they gave me the wrong order. They made my food in front of me while making online orders and they gave me the wrong one. I was pissed but the company made up for it and I did not pay for my food today. read more

I love Chipotle. And I love that it is so close to my office now. But I do not love waiting in line for 38 minutes. Yes the line was long, but at other locations even a line that long moves through in about 20 minutes. Seemed like there was only 1 blonde woman working which was busting her butt while most of the other staff were just watching her. The issue was all of the catering/online orders - they need a separate station to fill those orders. Then the walk-in people could be served more quickly. One person to float between each of those stations & refilling items as they run out and also to help with assembling orders. I will return, but not for another month. I am really hoping they have their act together by then! read more

Figured I would try again, been a few weeks since they opened ... I learned to just STAY AWAY from this location! The employees are rude, but potentially it is not their fault. I blame management. Between 1130-1400 expect to wait in a line for 25 minutes just to place your order, then make sure you watch the employees. They are overworked and mess up orders. If you know there is a rush period you should staff correctly, that is why I blame management. When I complained the line is slow I was told by the cashier "not my problem, we only have 5 people here". If your staffing during a rush I would expect probably 8 or 9 (3 kitchen prep/cook, 3 on the line, 1 cashier, 1 for pick-up, and a manager to MANAGE). I would never staff 5, with no manager onsite. Just like many other reviewers. Chipotle is Chipotle. How wrong can you go with food in a franchisee. It's all about the customer service. If you are fine waiting in line during rush hour, go to this location. Online ordering is a waste of time, as no one works on those. You go to the counter to pickup online orders and you will be greeted with a bunch of people forming a queue there, only to go talk to the cashier to find out, if you were the lucky one whose order was prepared and ready for pickup, and you will find a stack of online order slips yet to be prepared, which is nearly 99% of all online orders. They are not well staffed to handle that. If you are craving for a Chipotle, and this is your only practical location to visit, skip ordering online and head straight to the store and wait in line for 30 mins. read more

The cashier at the front was the rudest lady and and the manager was working on the line and was no help at all. I really want to give this location zero stars but i had to put at least one to write this review so that is the ONLY reason it's getting a star from me. Every time I come to this specific chipotle location there is an issue. I should have wrote this review the first time I had a bad experience but i was going to give them another chance to redeem themselves. Boy was that a mistake. They failed miserably. I'm really having a hard time finding anything good to say about this chipotle so bare with me. Let me just start by saying they never have any ingredient stocked or fresh whenever I go. The last time I went to this chipotle which has been months because I was just so displeased, they had no soda no white rice no corn and no sour cream. Tell me how in the world chipotle can function without the above forementioned ingredients. I understand that sometimes truck orders can get messed up and with Covid things might just be out of order. I worked at Potbelly's for five years as a store manager so I completely understand how a restaurant is run from beginning of shift to end of shift and how human mistakes can happen. With that being said I was at chipotle today at this very location around about 445 pm. I ordered five bowls two were veggie one was chicken two were Barbacoa. I want to start by saying they gave me the last bit of white rice in every single bowl. The Barbacoa wasn't ready. But I think what pissed me off the most and made this experience the worst experience I've had at any chipotle location is the staffs attitude. From my experience with customer service it doesn't matter what happens outside of those stores before you walk into your job you leave it outside of those doors. The attitude the girl that was dressing my bowls was ridiculous so much so that I couldn't even order my bowls correctly because I was so disturbed by her attitude the entire time. To close this review out I am not from Howard County area I am a Prince George's County girl at heart I'm not the one nor the two to be playing around with my food especially after I spend so much money at an establishment. I will never return back to this chipotle ever again in my entire life nor will I recommend anybody I know and I know a lot of people to come to this location. It's only been a day or two since this store opened. They were understaffed and didn't appear particularly well-trained. I felt for the staff - they seemed to be doing their best, but the crowd was huge. I ordered online, headed over to stand in line and literally didn't get my food until an hour later. They didn't seem to have a good system for running online orders and by the time I got the front of the line, it still took another 15 minutes of standing there for my order to even be made. Captain Hindsight would say that they should have done a soft open for an entire week - no online orders, only in-person and only for certain items (they seemed to be running short on many many types of food). They gave me a bag of chips to compensate for the long wait - which were stale and over-salted. I won't go here again for a while. They need a LOT of time to figure out their operations. read more
