They did seat us on the deck and we were served an incredible Cioppino with Furikake (Japanese seasoning) and katsuobushi, thinly sliced skipjack tuna. It was perfection. I've lived in Seattle for 40 years and never had such delicious and flavorful Cioppino. The wings were great as well with a touch of spice.
