Ordered 2 chicken bowls. The rice was barely warm and maybe she added 1/3c. I had to ask for more along with the scraps of chicken I was served. The chicken was cold and full gristle, no flavor. The guacamole was slopped into the bowl's and then the cheese was scraps from the bottom of the cheese bowl. The counter she was sliding our bowls over was filthy and old food got all over the foil lids which I had to ask her to wipe off. The cashier never acknowledged me standing there, didn't say a single word, just looked at me blankly as if I was bothering her. No smile, no nothing. I went to get our forks and they were filthy with food and drink splatter. Absolutely disgusting and this is the new Chipotle on Tuttle. Flavorless food, rude food servers with absolutely no customer service skills. NONE! Did I mention this was on a Friday at 2 p.m. and there weren't busy. If you don't like people then don't work at a job where you serve people. Simple. Unfortunately after complaining to their customer care people, I would bet nothing will be addressed or changed. I'm writing this weeks after the incident, but please do not order your chipotle order the same day KSU has a football game. I ordered a meal for my family and it was supposed to be a simple pick up order. Until we went to go pickup the order and discovered half of Manhattan was shut down as a result of the football game. I emailed chipotle to ask for a refund as we attempted to contact the restaurant for over an hour and half only to be unsuccessful! Chipotle customer service didn't refund my order, they just said they would, "will make this information available to the restaurant management team so they are aware of this feedback to ensure you have a better experience next time" and that I should have a burrito filled day! I would have if I would have been able to make it to your restaurant and would have appreciated the refund for my order. Why have a number to call the restaurant when an AI is going to keep you on asking you, "why are you calling the restaurant." I've been here several times and it's been fine but went last Sunday and it was a terrible experience. Instead of refilling the black beans, I got a quarter of a scoop and my boyfriend got even less as they scraped the pan for whatever was left. The staff seemed absolutely annoyed and barely spoke as they added toppings. There were no bottles of Tobasco available and every trash can was overflowing. Also couldn't find a table that wasn't disgusting to sit at. Instead of keeping the place tidy, refilling the drinks and such, the staff would rather stand around and watch football on their phones and quickly rush customers through the line. Food is incredibly mild and barely tastes at all. There are little choices when choosing what to add on your dish. When I went they ran out of salsa! And other dips like queso and guacamole are stupidly expensive and don't taste either. You gotta believe it. Music made it a nice place inside and severs were polite. I order a simple burrito - extra rice, steak and extra cheese. the last three visits my burrito has been 60% of what a full burrito looks like. I've been going to this chipotle for years, and it rarely disappoints. Today I got a steak burrito with guac and queso. The time between walking in the door and taking my first bite was less than 5 minutes. The food is a bit expensive, but he portions are huge and the ingredients are amazing, so it's worth it to me. The staff is usually very friendly, so no complaints there. The only issue is the lack of parking, but they just expanded their lot and there is parking across the street so it's not a big deal. This is a great place to get some quail lunch or eat a meal before going to drink in Aggieville - I would highly recommend it. read more

I went to this location tonight, not only did I not get my cheese quesadilla, when I called the restaurant to report the issue I was connected to a robot multiple times before being able to talk to an actual person. Once connected I was told I had to come ALL the way back to the store for a refund for the item I didn't receive. The tacos I ordered tasted like pounds of salt were dumped into them and they were obviously stone cold after having to drive back and forth. When I got there the manager was getting "technical" about not having a receipt, but the cashier that didn't give me a receipt was standing right next to her. Lol this place not only has terrible customer service, but also highly disappointing food, and won't get your order right. There are so many other places to get better tacos/"Mexican food" in town. Chipotle Aggieville. Where do I begin, this place isn't your average rag tag chipotle okay? This chipotle is above average; and here's why. 1) I order food off the chipotle app and have my food ready in fifteen minutes. Now that's fast almost jimmy johns freaky fast. Maybe not quite freak fast but that's pretty damn fast in my book. 2) Friendly staff. Staff is great, aside from the girl running the register with glasses and blond hair she didn't look to happy to be there. Aside from the unhappy girl, the rest of the staff was alert and friendly. 3) Quality of the food is amazing. Can't beat a good ol' burrito and some guac. I shouldn't say "ol' burrito" though it's not just a good ol' burrito, it's a freakin' great burrito. 4) Doesn't just stop at burritos though. Their burrito bowls are superb! When I order off the app I select extra rice for my bowl and bam extra rice just like I wanted, it's great. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. read more

My wife who is a teacher came in here ordered two overpriced meals and then asked if she could have some extra paper to-go bags for a project the students were working on. Love Chipotle and this is definitely my favorite location! We came here about twice a week throughout most of my pregnancy and four years later we still come about once a month.
