everytime i come here they're out of something whether it be tortillas, rice, beans or chips but tonight i was fed up when the drink fountain was completely out of ice and every. single. drink option (coke root beer lemonade etc) was straight up water. only coke zero wasn't out of syrup. only come here because it's local lol. read more

Wow.. The counter person was so annoyed and seemingly not happy working there. My 11 year old changed his mind after seeing the small portion steak on his burrito. He only gets steak and nothing else, so he wanted a bowl instead. Wow .. was that a huge issue w counter person. Angrily slamming items to make a bowl instead. Will not be returning. There is a line for picking up your food. Yeah, like ordering ahead because you're in a rush. The line for actually ordering food in person was nonexistent. One is better off not ordering ahead. Anyways, I get my food, a bowl as always. Only half the bowl contains food. Other half empty with air. Still starving and malnourished. I was shopping in the area and was obsessing about Chipotle. Immediately upon walking in I was disappointed about the condition of the restaurant. The sit down tables were dirty, trash was overflowing and the self serve fountain area needed a lot of love. While waiting in line, I was debating about leaving but got pushed up in the queue because people were behind me in line. The food serving area was very sloppy with residual food all over the counter. The guacamole was black and I gave it a hard pass, then the server mixed it to make it look better. It only takes a minute to wipe the area with a paper towel or rag. I was afraid to sit down at the dirty tables and ate in my car. Did not buy a fountain drink because of its condition. The staff was courteous and surprisingly the food was tasty. More attention is required for housekeeping read more

First, they were out of sour cream, guacamole, corn salsa, and fajita veggies. I had to ask for the employee to re-roll my burrito it was such a mess leaking all over. My boyfriend got tacos that were 99% rice with a few pieces of chicken. One taco didn't even have any chicken in it... he asked for hot salsa and he dumped it all over one taco. Have you ever been so hungry that you stop for the first thing you can think of? That was me tonight while we were coming home from the cape in hours and hours of bumper to bumper traffic. The fillings options were very limited, so much so that I was able to remember them; steak, chicken and pulled pork (which they call "carnitas"); black or pinto beans; white or brown rice; pico de Gallo, some sort of corn relish, liquidy sour cream, guacamole (for an extra $2.25- subway doesn't even charge that much!), shredded jack cheese, hot or mild salsa, and lettuce. My burrito has so little filling that the tortilla wrapped in a perfect double layer. I was los able to estimate the measurements of all the ingredients as they were placed on my tortilla... 1/8 cup rice?!? Seriously? In the very least you could have filled my burrito with more rice! Suffice to say this was a pathetic display of poor training, penny pinching or straight scamming... I still do not know which. The burrito was cold in its entirety, which is making my stomach churn wondering how long the meat had been sitting in its bin without being heated (*shudder*) I don't know about this place. I Pof $8.50 for a regular burrito and still got a child's size-- what a rip off!!! Most probably won't be going back here anytime soon. read more

When you get to the part where you order the meat, look up. See that vent? Nothing like a little Air Conditioner condensation dripping into your prepared food. Everything in there looked...wet? The chicken was wet looking, the sour cream, everything. Very odd, ive been to hundreds of chipotle, the food varies in freshness and this and that- but it looks the same generally. If you're thinking about going to this chipotle... find a different one, it's not close but it's worth it. Unless you love inconsistently prepared food, portions, and service.... then this is absolutely your spot. I keep giving this location more and more chances but holy crap don't waste your money or time. Absolutely do not order a quesadilla, it won't be cooked entirely. If you do order a quesadilla, ask for less cheese and more cooking time, you still should not expect it to be right, but at least it won't be not melted. Please don't be hungry because you will absolutely not get a lot of food. They all have rings and bracelets on, too, so I'm not sure how clean it can be expected to be, as you can't properly wash hands with that many rings and bracelets on. Someone needs to shut this entire place down, tell them how to cook and serve food, and open it back up. read more

This location is a disaster. Today they are not open until noon. I know this due to the sign on their door, but note that this is different from what the website might tell you so unfortunately it's a 40 minute inconvenience to show up and find out. Seems like they are a 50/50 shot any given day of having some type of sign on the door, most often one stating that they are accepting online orders only. This would be fine but this location is extremely soft with portions when an order is placed online so I can't go that route. Won't waste my time going back. read more

This location is probably the worst one I've been to constantly (and I've given it many chances)Often over 20+ minutes waiting for an online order after the time they said it would be done. Then when you finally get the order, it's wrong. Tried to get an order in person instead thinking "if I watch them make it, it'll be right" and then was immediately proven wrong. Asked for brown rice, was given white. Watched them try to give a women less than a scoop of guacamole even though there was a full container behind them because they didn't want to grab the other container. Then when my burrito was being wrapped it tore in half and the women doing it just wrapped it halfway in tinfoil to try to hid it. When it fell out of the tinfoil, instead of rewrapping, she just added another tinfoil. While paying, asked for chips and got half a bag that were stale. The food tastes exactly like you'd expect if you've ever been to a Chipotle before, but this location is just...not good. As some other reviewers have said, it is soo slow here. Also, I have ordered from this location twice, and the one time I ate inside the restaurant it was filthy, with bits of crushed chips and lettuce all on and around many of the tables, and garbage on the floor by the trash. I don't expect fast food type places to be spotless, but it was still a bit much. The second time, I ordered online for me and my boyfriend and picked it up and since I was in a rush I didn't notice until I was home that my burrito bowl was missing a few things. They also did not give me chips that I ordered and paid for. Thankfully my boyfriend's burrito was accurate, but it was still really annoying to pay for things I didn't receive. The guy rolling the burrito looked like he was trying to knead a ball of dough. Pulling a random part of the tortilla into the middle and mushing it down to get it to stay. He split both of this woman's burritos. The guts were spilling out the side. I felt bad for her and hope she doesn't try to eat it in the car on the go. I have been to two other locations and both pale in comparison to my multiple experiences here. First off, if you are not familiar with Chipotle, they are "build your own" burrito place where you pick fresh ingredients to make a monster burrito (or taco, or burrito bowl) with your choice of meats, veggies, salsa and other toppings. The twist is, Chipotle has a keen focus on sustainable farms for their ingredients and are so proud of this they also sell Food Inc. in DVD and Blu-Ray right at the counter (For those not familiar, Food Inc. is an expose of sorts regarding how food in the USA is produced) Any Chipotle I've been to has been delicious.At this location I'm greeted always with a smile and everyone working seems to really love what they are doing. The food is already great, the people serving it to you are what make the difference at this location. read more

Bring Purell. Lots of Purell. Mexican Grill? More like Tijuana Grill. The food offered the usual Chipotle culinary experience: tasty fresh ensembles. But the place and staff were worse than Mexico City. The floor was by no means clean, but it was notably cleaner than the tables. Every table was doused in burrito slop and globs of browned stale guacamole. The soda fountain had various syrupy liquids all over it and straw wrappers everywhere. The garbage barrels overflowed with vile Mexican rubbish. Nasty. Just nasty. After complaining that EVERY table in the joint was filthy, some skippy kid wiped the tables down with a single napkin, performing a thorough cleaning of the premises in 30 seconds flat. Good thing I don't own stock in Windex. I'm just glad I didn't have to use the restroom. If the filthy tables are any indication, this has to be the place where Montezuma's Revenge was born. In short, this Chipotle has the food you love but is staffed with a bunch of MexiCANTs. read more

This was my first time at Chipotle and I was very impressed. The food was fresh and tasty and offered great value for the price. Decor is nice but I found the chairs to be a little uncomfortable. I'm quite surprised to see such negative reviews about this directive location. So far I've had a good/average experience here, but definitely not horrible. I usually come to this location for my monthly dose of Chipotle and the food always tastes the same-delicious! The staff are friendly but yes, there are some days where you will encounter unwelcoming staff. One time, they served such a small portion of everything that my burrito bowl was literally half the size of what it usually was. I was so upset that I wrote to Chipotle and they sent me a free Chipotle meal card for 4 people. So the next time we went, we noticed there were different staff who served bigger portions! Other issues about this location is that they run out of ingredients. A couple of times they didn't have guacamole, and another time they didn't have sour cream. My recommendation to everyone is write a complaint to Chipotle whenever you have a bad experience and hopefully they'll compensate you in some way. read more
