I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I ordered a burrito bowl and a kid's chips--only to be charged $1.89 for a tiny bag of chips that doesn't even include salsa. On top of that, the chips were so stale they were basically inedible. When I brought it to their attention, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because all the chips were bagged at the same time. If you want something quick with lots of choices, Chipotle is a great option. I usually get a bowl and create my own entree. They have keto friendly options as well. I tried the cauliflower rice and it was really good. My go to is rice, black beans, chicken, queso, pico, lettuce, hot sauce and guacamole. You can get the guacamole or queso on the side. Chipotle does charge extra for them, so it can end up being around $13 for a meal. Make sure you download the app to get rewards and deals. I also love that Chipotle delivers now. read more

I have been coming to This location for over a year now, me and my husband comes at least twice a week, when I first started coming to this location their was another general manager in charge I could tell he didn't care to much about the store and the employees was rude. Within the last couple months there has been a change in management and employees and the store itself has did a big turn around. The food is always hot and fresh, they always greet us by our names and make our food with love. To the young lady Tiffany that took over, I must say she earned her way up, she always have the biggest smile on her face and everytime we come into the store she is either cleaning the lobby or somewhere helping a customer, I have even saw her in the back on the grill something I never saw the old manager do. Staffing looked adequate, all of there was no one in the dining area, and there didn't appear to be a large number of orders needing to be filled. We bussed and cleaned our own table and ate our meal. The food itself was satisfactory. So, I figured maybe it was a bad day. Maybe we just missed a dinner rush. No problem. I returned today to get some lunch. There was a piece of paper taped to the door. The font was small enough that you'd have to be right up on it to read it. Basically, there is no longer any in-person ordering nor is the dining room available to use. Online/digital takeout orders only. Thankfully, the Jersey Mike's next door was able to take care of us. Walked in and after witnessing unsanitary practice from the young lady at the beginning of the line, i turned around and walked out. The rice bin had chunks of rice all on the metal counter probably from sloppy scooping of food. The lady at the first stop was standing over the rice, gloves on, opening a package with the containers. Once she got it open and without changes her gloves, she grabbed the chunks of rice across the counter with her hands and threw them back in the rice bin to serve to customers. I literally gasped. I ordered takeout from this store. Now I have ordered from this store before because it's the one in my neighborhood. This was a reorder. I opened the bag after it arrived and was assaulted. The containers of guac had foil on top of them. The quesadilla was burned and not even cut in half. It was just stuffed into the box. The burrito bowl contained a scoop of rice and a scoop of chicken with no toppings on it. There were no utensils or napkins. There was no receipt included. Only a delivery ticket that clearly stated that utensils were included. But they were not. When I called to complain, I was sent to an automated response that would not transfer me to a real person to talk to. They need to close this store down. Poor management and poor employee performance. And this store is clearly sub-standard compared to other Chipotle's in the area. read more

Do not eat here. We came in last week because i did not feel like cooking it was a bit late for a restaurant, so we opted for Chipotle. we ordered 2 burritos and chips and salsa. the line was fair. We live close by to Chipotle, sat down, and chips were stale, the salsa bland, and the 2 burritos were cold not warm after spending over 30 bucks ans ending up with cold food i wqs irritated. I made a complaint with their customer support team, and that was a joke. Abegail offered free chips and guacamole. I said that is not good enough since everything was not fresh and cold. Then she offered a bogo and told me I had 30 days to use it. Again, I said it was still not good enough for me to ever return to Chipotle and only have 30 days to do so.
