i'm not a chipotle person but decided to go today... horrible decision! when i went to order i was informed they did not have steak (which all my husband gets there), cheese, guacamole, corn, chips or even lids for the bowls. we still got food even though they were out of everything. when i ate my food my white rice wasn't fully cooked and the chicken was chewy. my husband had plastic in his food and had to take it out before even eating! the portions were small for the price. i will not be returning! read more

I never write reviews but this place is so bad it needs one. They never have all the food available, the store is always a mess, always busy and workers are slow (I've worked in fast food and so usually I give them the benefit of the doubt but not in this case. I don't know why I keep trying this place but somehow there's always something new they mess up. Go to the one 10 minutes away, it's 5/5 every time and better than this place in every aspect. I asked for double chicken and double Al pastor chicken and they put not even a 1/4 of a spoon of protein and when I ask them if they can add more they add the same amount they did the first time and charge me for double the protein when that's not even what I'm getting. Twice we've gotten home missing food and when we dined in we had to go back up to the counter to have the order fixed. Good place for a rice bowl near the mall. I have visited this location several times. Traffic can be challenging since it is at a busy intersection (for Melbourne). Parking is limited close to the store but, since it sits in the parking lot of a larger mall, there is additional parking nearby. There are seats inside and outside this location. The layout is the same as most Chipotle with ordering at the counter and telling the staff what you want on your bowl, burrito or other meal and paying at the end of the line. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food, as always, was excellent. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Almost every empty table (inside and out) and the floor was dirty. If you don't mind bussing your own table and want some great food, try this one out. read more

Stopped here while in the area for work. Nothing special to say here because this is just your standard chipotle. The line moved quickly, the service was fast, and the food was fresh. I will say that the grilled veggies were better than usually at this location because there were a ton of red peppers and the veggies were too soggy. Clearly you can see there is no sour cream but that was part of my order. Also the bowl was barely full. I've ordered there before and this never happened. I live 25 mins away which sucks and I should have checked my order. But clearly from other comments this restaurant could care less about customers. The tall blond kid whose name is matt I think (heard another employee say his name) has the worst attitude for no reason. When I asked for extra rice he mumbled something under his breath and proceeded to give me half a scoop more LOL. Like it's literally rice. Don't bother with Chipotle iPhone app. They must run it through a dialup modem because it takes forever to load, drops the order several times during the process making one start over. It asked for the store to order from three times showing a map of the USA and my location in Florida. It errors out when you do finally get to submitting it for payment. I live 3 miles from Chipotle on 192 in Melbourne and have high speed WiFi in my car. I was at the restaurant and the app was still spinning the donut on my screen when I walked in. I live in Hawaii, that's where my husband and I are stationed. There isn't a Chipotle in Hawaii breaks my heart. We're here visiting family for a week, I couldn't be more excited to come to chipotle I've been dying to have it!! It's been almost 3 years! I would always give chipotle 5 stars however the customer service was terrible. I work in customer service I know the importance of giving everyone a five star experience. One of the Girls working was so rude, for no reason not only to me but to my sister. Okhay okhay... I gave one star to this Chipotle the last time I reviewed it, so I am back with an updated review. Went on a Thursday night and things weren't so bad. Knives, spoons and forks were fully stocked, napkins were there and no bits of food on the tables. The line was very long albeit moved slowly. For once they weren't out of a vital ingredient like rice or meat which was refreshing. The chicken was well cooked. One May say it was even somewhat seasoned which it has never been for me in the past. The salsa finally had some flavor and well the staff wasn't half bad. Girl at the tortilla press is still throwing quesadillas wrapped in foil down the line. When will she learn that there is a large likelihood of them ending up on the floor? The price is fair and the amount of protein you get is good. I can't complain anymore. This place is 1-star compared to Chipotles' around other parts of the country but since Melbourne is literally littered with substandard restaurants, I'll give this place 3 stars on a relative scale. read more

A year or more ago this place was great. Now the location is really hit or miss. Could be due to the fact the employees are always changing. I've done delivery and takeout a ton. It seems you have to be there in person ordering if you want to ensure your entree is built exactly how you want it. My S.O. and I have paid extra for guac or double protein a few times that were not given to us on delivery orders. Sometimes the regular toppings are missing from my bowl, which is a bummer. My food however arrived well past the longer estimated arrival time, barely room temperature and with beans missing from my bowl. I tried to call the establishment to speak to a manager but no one answered the phone. Safe to say that I will not order delivery again as I apparently need to be present watching them make my food through the glass to ensure my order comes out correct. Probably the worst Chipotle store in the nation. I've given them many opportunities before I felt the need to leave a review. A few months ago, I ordered a bowl. As I was eating it, I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my heart from the overwhelmingly, over seasoned rice, that seemed like they just dumped a whole container of salt in it. I always get double steak and guacamole up-charge (so you know dang well I'm paying a pretty penny compared to the average order). I thought I was gonna have a heart attack trying to figure out where the vice of the salt was coming from. I have never, once, felt a sharp stabbing feeling in my chest and saw my life flash before my eyes before the brink of a heart attack from FOOD! I was excited to see chipotle after enjoying one in Orlando. You will go thru the line and build your meal. I had a bowl with cilantro lime rice, carnitas, black beans, corn, salsa, sour cream, cheese , and lettuce. Guacamole is $1.80 more but I decided I would get it this first time. Everything was delicious- the rice was perfectly cooked and flavored- not gummy at all. All that I added was fresh as well. I do not think I will get the guacamole again. It was good (I am particular) but they gave so much it overpowered everything. Also, I admit I think 1.80 is a bit much, better to charge less and give less. Will I go back? Yes! The service at this location is a dam zoo I have never seen more unorganized place in my life the line was ridiculous long,and the to go pickup couldn't meet there promise time if they tried. They really need to get a better system down order at 5:15 in afternoon for 6:00pm pickup showed.
