Ordered on line. Horrible service. They did not have it ready for 7:30 and I was even 10 min late. Everyone that ordered online was late and upset. The line was very short it would've been faster for me to stand in line. Nor did she put my order in front of the other people in line she put me in order of as if I were in line. It was ridiculous. Once I get home they had made my food wrong, did not put the corn on as ordered. Plus I paid extra for chips which were very stale. Even warming them up didn't help. These are the reasons I give a one star. Come on Chipotle get your act together. This is unacceptable. read more

Took my kids here on 7/25/2020 and had an interesting visit. Was in line when a cashier walked up to me and told me I needed a face mask on or I couldn't order food. Not a problem, had 1 in my car. Came back in and order. Sat down with my girls to eat. Over a 50 minute period I noticed that when ever a white customer came on without a mask, the same cashier told them to put one on or leave but when ever a black customer came in, she said nothing. The cashier was white. What gives?? Food was ok until the next day when I was sitting on the toilet every 15 minutes with diarrhea from the tomato mix. My kids didn't eat it so I now what made me sick. Not the first time this happened. Think I have to stop eating at chipotle. read more

Two times in a row that I have gone to this location & left without food. They have lost my business not that it matters to them and their terrible staff. Two hours before closing and they announce that there is no SOUR CREAM & lettuce. Last time I went they were out of sour cream, lettuce, chicken, steak and basically everything but brown rice and carnitas. If you CANNOT AFFORD TO STAY OPEN UNTIL CLOSING, THEN CLOSE AT 7 PM. I wish this Chipotle could be replaced with Chick Fil A staff, they would flip this run down popsicle stand. read more

Who say a burrito bowl! My favorite item on the menu. Despite all the legalities surrounding chipotles sanitary situation, I have always had a pleasant experience. The restaurants I have visited have been clean. The staff serving and handling the food were all dressed appropriately with gloves, hairnets etc. The price is very reasonable. I love the concept of the burrito bowl . One can choose from a variety of meats, rice, vegetable, beans, condiments and sauces. The food is very tasty and flavorful. As an appetizer I sometimes have the chips, salsa and guacamole...delicious! The restaurant ambiance is inviting and comfortable. read more

We stopped here to get bowls-around 2 pm today. Two young ladies working counter line-shuffling bowls-telling us to go ahead and pay. We asked if it was our bowl and she said yes. I asked her if she was sure and she started pointing at bowls and customers-very argumentative. Guy behind me said well that's not my bowl, and I said that's not our bowl and I guarantee the two ladies that just sat down have incorrect bowls as well. Young lady was nasty and wanted to argue-well we will just make new bowls she stated. It indeed wasn't our bowl when we asked her to open it ---as she was very unwilling to. Finally manager came up took our order and made it himself. Tip-just make the bowls and go down the line-that way 4 people don't get served wrong items and you don't waste food-simple stupid! read more

As far as restaurants go, the Melbourne Chipotles is way down on the list of a good eating experience. They are out of many things (beverages, chips, etc). What they can do to make up for the missing items could be made up with customer service. They fail horribly here as well. The employees are RUDE, the food doesn't even taste the same (it's almost like they can't follow the simple chipotle recipe) The counter (where they make the food) is always dirty and sloppy. I wanted Mexican and it was close to Starbucks where I was and being lazy I ended up here. I haven't been to this location in a while because the line is usually out the door and I'm not a die hard fan. The food tastes the same -ok. I noticed the portion size is smaller. I never finish it so its fine. The bag of chips was half filled so the ratio of chips to guacamole is uneven. Service was friendly and fast. read more

The one star that I am granting Chipotle is for the service. The service was polite. It was busy in there which I can understand considering it's basically the only chipotle in town. The line moved efficiently. Though, the food is where things became a disgrace. I sat to eat right after receiving my food and it was cold. The entire burrito was cold except for the rice. This is hands down the worst chipotle restaurant I've ever been to. I've been to chipotle restaurants all over the country Denver, LA, San Francisco, Miami, Orlando, North Carolina and probably a few I'm forgetting. Point being is they have a certain standard they seem pretty consistent to maintain. However this specific location always and I mean always, the trash is over flowing the tables are disgusting the employees move like sloths and are usually rude if you ask for stuff they forgot to give you to begin with. I've been to this location probably about 6-7 times within the past 3 years thinking it would change or management would step in and make the standard higher but nope to no surprise it's always dirty. Out of all the times of being to this location there's always been a problem with stale chips no lettuce no salad dressing no soap no drinks in the machine. It's really unbelievable that a company with a (as of today) stock price of $1392.15 would let this location slip through the cracks. I didn't realize how bad it was until the Viera location wasn't the closest one and this 192 New Haven one is. This Chipotle location is the lowest of the low. Management purposefully under orders food to save money, so every time you go there half of the menu is unavailable. Three times in a row they have not had chicken, beans, lettuce or guacamole. This is the only Chipotle in the area, which unfortunately means the quality I've come to expect from Chipotle isn't always consistent. Staff seem a little standoffish, but that could be due to how busy it is all the time. Expect to wait 10-15 min in line if not more due to the volume of patrons. The stop light to get into the parking lot is a little weird, so make sure to pay attention. read more

We stopped by at 8 :15 @night for a quick bite while driving up north. We love Chipotle because of its freshness and good service, when placing the order we were practically begging for food, maybe because of the time they figured they wouldn't have to cook anymore. Their service left a lot to be desired , I felt as if I was in an episode of the soup Natzy in Seinfeld the girl who was taking the payment could not have been rudder if she tried, my daughter asked for a cup for water she basically threw them at her and when my daughter was about to tell her something she turned to me verified my order, and threw my cc back, no apology, maybe it slipped, when asked her for a cup she proceeded to to the same, she belongs in a softball field not at a restaurant, to add insult to injury my son in law's food had a hair in it, there was food thrown on the floor. The rude cashier was sent to clean up, she did a terrible job, it was not busy at all in comparison to others, so dissapointed go to taco bell or the Mexican restaurant down the street. I am so outraged and fuming.. Usually, I'll give it a few days for me to calm down after a terrible experience before yelping about it, but I am so disgustingly heated and pissed off that I am writing this as I am sitting in my drive way at home after leaving the JOKE I just went to. It was our first time to Chipotle. My husband always wants to go and I've always been really unsteady about fast food. My co-worker talked me into it and I decided to surprise my husband by taking him to Chipotle for lunch. It was busy.. it must be good right? We go through the motions and get to the last guy who adds the toppings on. I WISH I could've got his name because I would put his smart mouth on blast. He literally THREW everything down. He was slamming cooler doors, mumbling under his breath and smart mouthing us customers. When it was my time to order, I asked for a side of sour cream. He slammed the cooler door again and mumbled "I fucking hate you" He was the last worker next to the cashier. I tell the cashier that it's my first time here and we wont ever be back because of his poor attitude. What does this guy do?? He starts arguing with me! Taunting me and ready to be aggressive. NO manager came up to calm this guy down. NO one stepped in and not one single person behind that counter even made eye contact with me. The Cashier said "I apologize for that.. it can get stressful in busy lunch times" I don't know who you are hiring at this location but a string of people should be fired. I have never been so insulted and treated like garbage for literally NO REASON. He's upset about something.. I get it. DO NOT take it out on your customers!! I opened my burrito and had it all come falling out on me while I was still back in the parking lot. I went back in and walked up to the mobile pickup people (as that's where I got my order from) and I asked the team to re-wrap my burrito because it was falling all over the place and an older gentleman with white hair working behind response was "there's nothing wrong with the burrito" and handed it back to me, without even looking at it. I asked them to not to re-wrap the foil because the burrito itself was the problem not the foil and they wrapped the burrito and the existing foil in a new foil and handed it back to me. I kept saying no it's not the foil it's the burrito itself when you open the foil it all comes falling out of the foil and the guy responded "well how about a f***ing napkin" another customer who was checking out jumped in to tell him I don't have to be so rude. Then the guy yelled at her saying he's not being rude and that I was being rude. And the guy tells both of us we need to step back from the counter and I responded "oh I didn't realize I couldn't stand next to the counter where do you want me to stand?" and the guy kept yelling "you need to step back" but there were tables behind us so we couldn't step back any further and I kept saying "where do you want me to stand?". Finally a different member agreed to re-wrap my burrito but when they handed it back to me she gave me (and I am not over exaggerating this) a half a stack of napkins and said "so maybe you can finally learn to use them". I responded, "you don't have to be so passive aggressive and waste a half bag of napkins" and put about 90% of them on the counter. And as I was leaving I could hear about half of them yelling and cussing at me. I have never EVER in my life been treated this was. I worked at chipotle and Starbucks for almost a year when I was younger, so I understand how stressful it can be. But I would never treat a customer that way, especially if they were just asking to fix the order that I messed up, and especially if they were just asking for it to be re-wrapped which only takes about 20 seconds. read more

I went to get me and my friend some lunch (he comes here almost daily) and they were busy so I understand the rush. However, an employee dropped down a metal container into the hot water as I was ordering and it splashed all over me soaking my jeans and the bottom of my shirt and the gentleman in front of me. She asked if we were splashed we both said yes and nothing. They all watching it happen and not even an apology. Ntm, how hot the water was and it stayed on my jeans. I enjoy chipotle. I think if you know that you're not getting authentic Mexican or Tex mex it's good for what it is. This particular location tho is a disaster. The first woman employee that's supposed to get the order was just the meanest person. She clearly hates her job. I saw her chest/shirt touch the burrito order in front of mine and legit could not believe after the E. coli scare this company went through, they wouldn't be more stringent with the hygiene. Ordering was super stressful bc she looked mad and got even angrier when she was forced to repeat herself over the loud restaurant. I have been here twice . Both times they are very busy and some what disorganized. The second time I ordered a burrito bowl and asked for the tortilla to be on the bottom of the bowl. The lady completely disregard what I said and asked the person behind me for their order while sending me on my way without my tortilla .
