I order from this store at least 2 times a week. And every time I order from this location my order is wrong. Today out of 5 items, 3 were incorrect. One of the bowls was completely wrong, the kids meal was missing the chips and milk, and the burrito had no guac. My son started to eat the burrito and about half way he realized it had no guac, which I paid for. When I arrived back to the Methuen store, the manager Briana was anything but helpful. She was very rude and insinuated that I removed the kids items from the bag and said that because we had eat most of the burrito she wasn't doing anything to fix THEIR mistake. That I was trying to take advantage of the store and get extra food. All the times my order was incorrect I never came back to complain or replace it. But today was way too many items wrong or missing. Then I asked for the refund for the guac $2.25 and she said she could not do it. She only could give me a side of it. After her insulting insinuations, I left the store without my order. Either the wrong order, or the correct one. There was someone else inside the store that kept staring at me and seemed to want to fight and started arguing with me. I confronted him and Briana said that he did not work there. First of all this place is online order only. I don't know any other chipotle who is doing this but I found it odd.I sat in my car 30 minutes to wait for my pickup time just to come home, open my bowl up, and be disappointed. I asked for extra rice. There is barely any rice and the first bite I took into the chicken had so much salt on it I couldn't even eat it. The bowl looked like trash and was not assembled how it usually is. When I went inside I was not even greeted I was just asked "NAME?" And I didn't get told to have a nice day, thank you, nothing. I'm not one to review chains, because they typically are what you expect- however this location is unlike any experience I have had before. I asked for a steak bowl, to which the older hispanic lady behind the counter said there was no more so I went for chicken instead. Then, the very next person behind me asks for steak and 'suddenly' they had it (if it was just going to be a couple minutes, why didn't she say that?). Wow, avoid this Chipotle! We ordered from the app this Friday evening since we were cutting it close to catching a movie next door at the AMC. When we arrived all the kids that work there were hanging out in the back of the kitchen. The front was messy. No adults- it was a bit like Lord of the Flies, burrito style. They hadn't even noticed my order come in so it wasn't started, even though I arrived after the time the app said it would be ready. Less than you would typically expect from a Chipotle burrito shop, and is headed in a downhill direction. The management and staff do not appear to take pride in their work. Lines are long, tables are consistently a mess, and the line is understaffed. Today on my visit, napkins and utensils went unstocked the entire time, floors and tables were filthy, staff did not rally to address long lines, a single employee was up front, and requests for help from the back were ignored. Online orders seemed to introduce additional chaos into the mix. Would love to see this location improve, but it seems that there is work to do. read more

What is going on with this place? I ordered online the other day picked it up on time. Ok great I get home and I'm so excited to open it up and for us to have dinner. I ordered a steak quesadilla with pepper and onions. It had just peppers and onions inside the quesadilla no meat at all. I got a burrito bowl with carnitas and chicken with beans and guacamole on the side. I am not kidding the bowl looked like someone ate out of it. It was all mushed up. Ordered the food via online while on our way back home from the beach, so we don't frequent this Methuen Chipotle and should have checked yelp before visiting. Beyond the 30 mins it took for the online order as a pick up time, my husband waited in the store amongst 10-12 customers in close proximity to each other in close quarters ( definitely not 6 feet a part and not including people who are waiting in line who got served their food right away) but customers did all have mask on. Then waited at least another 30 mins as assumed manager (no one else responded when manager was requested) by the name of Angela was too busy fighting with customers. Needless to say, we never got our online ordered food because after an hour we realized that this is just too ridiculous and "manager" still could not tell us when our two burritos were going to be ready. Can't even say they were understaffed because there were 6-7 staff there. I've been a huge Chipotle fan since the development of Chipotle, I think management needs to seriously look into this store! Perhaps staff members are burnt out or not trained enough, or overworked and underpaid? Maybe it's because when I say come here often, I really do come here often and 99.5% the transaction goes without any issues. I came here on a Wednesday night with my aunt. I had been meaning to try Chiptole since it opened here; this was my first ever visit to a Chiptole. It was fairly crowded but moved quickly. I got a bowl, and chose two different types of rice, chicken & some other toppings. Price was fair (about $8.00) and service was pretty good. The food was quite fresh & tasty, a bit on the salty side though. I like that they have outdoor seating here, not too many places do. I would come back here when I wanted some cheap, tasty food & was in the mood for Mexican-American. Bonus: There was a sign up that listed a couple of beers & margaritas, below those it said "Liquor License Pending," so soon you can get a nice cold beer to go along with your burrito, bowl, etc. read more

I've been coming to this location for years. It's the closest to my house and it's nice to go right when you get out of a movie. The team that works during lunch time on weekends can never seem to have their shit together. Employees that I've seen working there for years still lack professionalism and the most basic customer service. There never seems to be a manager or person in charge. If there is, I have no idea who it could be because everyone working is running around like a chicken with their head cut off even though the store isn't busy. I just waited for about 5 minutes because no one could figure out why there was no queso. Then I watched the queso be poured from a clear plastic bag and served to me, unheated. Upon receiving my order I was not apologized to for the wait, thanked, or told have a nice day. They also forgot my drink cup and I reminded them and still did not receive any kind of courtesies. I've been to plenty of other locations to know this is not how most Chipotle stores are run. Not sure what the owners are thinking keeping these people around with all these negative reviews.
