Waiting 30 minutes with only a few people in line is unacceptable. I watched the one kid work the line while what I'm assuming was the manager was doing fuck all. Ordered a bowl from the app. I get to the store during my pickup time and they have a sign that says they are out of bowls and they have the store closed and tell people to go through the drive through. I waited for over 30 minutes and only saw 2 cars move up in that timeframe. This stores operations are lacking to say the least. Customers shouldn't be able to order items that aren't available in the store and they shouldn't hide from customers and lock the doors forcing everyone to wait in a 30+minute line. Also I tried to cancel my order within the app and that took another 20 minutes. Not coming to this store again. Its manager and Chipotle need to get their act together. read more

However halfway through out wait an employee can out and said it would be 45 min to 1 hour until rice was available.... Idk what mishap happened there but you can't have chipotle without the rice! We were so excited to have a Chipotle in our neighborhood because it's my husbands favorite. We went shortly after the grand opening and gave them tons of slack because everyone was still learning the ropes and getting used to the new store. We have been back 6-8 times since the grand opening, hoping it will get better...but good lord it has not. This is HANDS DOWN the filthiest restaurant I have ever been to. The counters are always covered in spilled food, including sour cream and guacamole which the food preparers completely disregard and SLIDE THE FOIL DIRECTLY through. It's seriously the most disgusting thing to watch. I lose my appetite almost every time I watch them prepare an order. No one seems to even think about grabbing a rag and wiping down the counter. The cashier stands at the register doing nothing until she has an order to ring up - she has ample time to wipe down the counter for 5 seconds. I really don't know what is going on at this location, but I hope management takes some notes from here and intervenes. We probably won't go here anymore if it doesn't improve. I'd also like to add that we would be able to overlook some of the nasty mess if the staff was even the least bit friendly - but they definitely are not. I placed my order through the app and when I got home with it, I noticed that my order was all wrong. The kids meal was missing the milk, the side of tortilla was not in the bag, and the carne asada and chicken bowl had no chicken. I got assistance through the chat option in the app and most of the issues were resolved. I did place another order for the missing tortilla and when I went to go pick it up, I went to the window I said "I'm here for the side tortilla under (name)". The workers that were gathered by the window repeated "a side order of tortilla" and laughed. I mentioned that I had to place an additional order for that since it was missing from my order the first time. They just kinda stared at me and then went about their business. I advised that they check the ticket next time to make sure this doesn't happen again and then I left. This has happened to us every time we have gone to this location, that something is either wrong or missing from the order. We have tried to give them a few chances since they are a newer location but this was the last chance. If you like vinaigrette and don't want to be judged like your asking for a side of gold with your meal don't come here. They seem to always be out, and on the extremely rare occasion they do have it order a salad or you'll feel like a child that's asked mom for your second serving of ice cream. This location is terrible. Awful customer service. The counter is filthy, half of the tins on the line are burnt with old crust of food but no actual food in them. Beans are undercooked so they are hard. The manager was so rude while serving food, spilling food all over the outside of the containers, tossing the metal spoons around all aggressively. It was so odd and unlike any chipotle experience I've had before at other locations. Don't bother going here, go to the mall location where the food is better, it's clean and the manager isn't rude. read more

Wow. Where do I even start. I can't tell if my hurt, angry, upset, or just hungry. We ordered our food online, which was the first mistake. I carefully choose which ingredients i thought would pair well with each other. The savory caritas, with the summery fresh tomato pico, and the icing on top, the salty, tangy guacamole. The online order came out to be 93 dollars. But hey, what the heck, it's chipotle of course it's gonna taste amazing and is going to be worth the price. But boy, was I in for a really page turner today. At first I was surprised with a burrito the size of a small hot sauce bottle. Wow way to go chipotle. Body shaming me into thinking I don't need anything bigger than a burrito that is skinny petite hot sauce bottle. If you can't see my waist tomorrow you know its because I had a small, thin, frail, compact, pocket size burrito. On top of that they forgot my tomato!! So first they give me a small burrito because they want me to be skinny, but can't even give me my veggies?? Oh but it's ok, because at least I have the gauc. NOPE!!! THINK AGAIN!! No gauc either!!!! So Now i have a skinny body shaming burrito with only beans, rice, and a .25 ounce scoop of carnitas. Way to go chipotle! Bravo!!! And this was only my review for one burrito. We had another burrito in our order that was the same size if not smaller. Probably the size of these workers brain all put together. If I could go in I would, and chastise all the workers. Hey are you guys hiring? Because I definitely know how to take a spoon, and pick up one full scoop of rice, black beans, carnita, sour cream, cheese, tomato pico and gauc. For you fellow workers, here are the instruction. 1. First wash your hands (because we all know you didn't) 2. Lift the spoon carefully in which ever hand you prefer 3.Then gently lower your spoon into the desired topping (for me it would be pico and gauc bc they forgot it) 4. After your whole spoon is full with the food (key word is FULL) gently pick it up and lower it into your tortilla. Brian Niccol, you should be ashamed of yourself. And after every thing that went in the bowl. She kept asking is that all, is that all, is that all. then I also ordered chips and they were forgotten. So I went to ask for the chips. When I said that, I never got the chips. The worker said nothing to me, looked at me and grab a bag of chips and set them on the counter and walked away .And I went back around in a line to order myself a bowl to see how I was treated. At first they ignored me because they thought there was a problem. they had a different worker. Come talk to me. But then the rude worker came back when she realize there was no problem. helping me, she would talk over me and it was just overall a horrible experience at chipotle. I usually love coming to chipotle, but I will definitely think twice about it the next time I want to get chipotle. Due to the poor customer service has been shown today. Incident day.
