Chipotle is great for anyone who is trying to eat healthier. I love the option to get a bowl instead of a burrito shell bc that cuts the carbs. Also, I like the complex carbs that they offer (brown rice and black beans being my favorite). They have a bane filled with all the goodies to add to your burrito or bowl. Guacamole, cheese, pico, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, etc. How can you go wrong? They even list the calories in each meat on the overhead. That is a responsible and health conscious move for the company that benefits you by allowing you to make healthy decisions. read more

Yesterday was my first visit to Chipotle. This place is so intense and incredibly busy. The building is small and has little seating. The food, however, is to die for. I had the veggie bowl with white rice and black beans. So delicious! I'm giving Chipotle 4 stars for the food. Next time, I'll call ahead and order to go. Burrito felt like I just pulled it out of the freezer. They asked me if I wanted queso and guacamole, so I assumed it wasn't extra. I said sure, I'll have some. They never told me it was going to make my $7 burrito cost $12 after I got them added on. So I debated on giving this a 3 or 4 star, however I leaned to the 4-star because it really is good food! Particularly this visit, which was the best experience taste-wise. This spot is always busy, unless you go first thing in the morning when they open. There is usually a wait and they don't have a lot of seating, so I opted for their online ordering. You can order online and then can pick it up as early as 30 minutes after you place the order. I got there 2 minutes before my pick up time and waited, after they took my name for the pick up I waited more because they hadn't made my order yet. So that's the con. The pro is that the girl working threw together my order super fast and got everything exactly right and was a generous portion compared to usual. read more

So been going here for years even since covid. Never going back. Ordered online site kept changing my times but I showed up at the time it said. And waited. And waited and waited no email or text nothing can't go in to get the pickup like the site said, so I called just to see what I'm supposed to do. The worker just kept saying we are behind. I've been going to this location for years and have been to many chipotle restaurants around the country. Their food is always amazing, but this location has gone down the drain. Their is always something wrong with this place. They are ALWAYS out of at least one item. The last time I went there was a few weeks ago, and they were out of guac, fajitas, brown rice, and TORTILLAS!! How does chipotle run out of tortillas?!? I'm really sad because I love chipotle especially when I'm trying to diet, but I will not be returning to this location. Side note if corporate is reading this: you should not be able to add guac to your meal from the online ordering site if the location is out of it. I normally give chipotle a 5 star but my complaint with this location is that the line is always long and slow. Consider the fact that this is the chipotle where all of the Granger families go to pick up food for their families, so the line takes forever because you will have 1 person putting in 5 orders. Walked in at around 2pm, and the place was crowded, not because of the time, but because of the extremely slow moving girl finishing and wrapping the burritos. She was also very grouchy and ripped my tortilla while wrapping it. She asked if I wanted it rewrapped or just put another tortilla on it and I said whatever was easier for her because I could tell she didn't want to be there. I was trying to be courteous and maybe brighten her day. I even needlessly apologized for her having to wrap another tortilla on it and all she said was, "It's fine.". I've worked in fast food before, I know it sucks. But this chick made absolutely no effort at all in her work. However, the guy scooping the meat was very nice, polite, and quick. As for the taste of the food....meh. I really don't understand the hype of this place. I'd have been better off next door at the Chik-fil-a or Taco Bell. read more

I typically love Chipotle. It is my go to place to grab a bite to eat on the go and with friends. However, I recently went to catch up with some friends and had a free chips and guacamole reward on the app. I forgot to use it when I purchased my bowl, so I went up afterwards and asked. The lady at the cash registered denied me my rewards claiming there was a five dollar minimum, even though I had already purchased my bowl and the reward expired that day. I then went to somebody in line and asked them to scan my rewards with their meal. They were polite and I eventually got my free chips and guacamole. I know many of these reviews are old but I have to put in my two cents. Chipotle doesnt serve seafood for 2 big reasons. 1. Food allergies. Chipotle tries to avoid many food allergies and shellfish is a big one. 2. The bigger reason: local, fresh, organic. How are all locations supposed to get great-tasting, fresh, local seafood that has never been frozen? Especially locations like indiana and other states that would have to ship fish in. Cant take the wait. Love the food. When it first opened they had many skilled pros to move guests through quick. The past year always 30-45 min in line. Never more than 3 on the line making food. This location has gone downhill. The workers are almost always rude, act like customers bother them and I've seen them be downright mean to a little girl who was ordering, even though she had everything written down and was very organized but her parents didn't speak English so I guess they thought it was ok. This used to be my go to location but it has steadily declined in quality and customer service. The portions for one are absurd. Recently I have been getting a pound of rice and 4 pieces of chicken. Next, NO ONE but like 3 people know how to fold a burrito properly. There are always a lot of new faces and they should really really implement folding a burrito consistently during their training. They are very very slow on the line too and the tables are always dirty if you're looking to dine in. You are MUCH better off going to the Eddy St location. read more

I absolutely love this place, I could eat here everyday if I could. BUT.. lately, the portions are smaller, even when I ask for extra. The chicken is a lot spicier. The staff is not organized. Stopped in here tonight with my fiancé on our way back from a road trip. The counter the food was being prepared on was filthy, it had food splattered and ground into the stainless steel top. The lady making my burrito haphazardly threw the tortilla shells for mine so far over the metal wrap that it got smeared with the grime from every type of veggie and meat. After she placed the meat onto mine she closed the shell, before it finished down the assembly line. I thought it strange then I noticed all the flies. Gross. Only by the grace of God were we able to navigate to the main entrance, as the grass was 2 feet tall. Upon entering, the condition of the kitchen was noticeably unclean. The containers of food were spilled over, and the 15 lined-up customers were being serviced by a mere 2 employees. Another individual quickly joined the prep line from the back kitchen and met each customer with a rude and negative energy. Repeatedly asking, HOT? MEDIUM? OR MILD?", after already being given a choice by the customer he was attending to. By the time we reached the last options, lettuce and guacamole, of which the lettuce was almost COMPLETELY depleted, I in particular, requested each. The quality of food is excellent just like other chipotle restaurants. This is the first time I stopped by this location. It was in the late afternoon and they got an unexpected rush. I ordered a veggie bowl to go. They ran out of fajita veggies and there was a 5 minute wait. I decided to wait. They offered me a free drink to make up for the wait and then completely out of the blue when I was getting ready to pay for the bowl they said it was on them. Great service!!!! I have never been to a Chipotle before and the experience wasn't that great. To be honest it is a downgraded version of Pancheros. The line was long and moving slowly, which is understandable. I've worked in food before so I didn't mind it. But I got a simple bowl with rice, steak, cheese, corn, and the hot sauce; no extras on anything. I was charged for extra steak when I didn't even order or receive extra steak. I didn't notice until I took it home and looked at it. Again I watched them put everything in my bowl and I only asked and received one serving of everything in my bowl. It was frustrating, I understand mistakes happen and all, but as a first time visit it was aggravating to be charged for something I didn't order, let alone something I didn't receive. I would suggest finding a Pancheros because it's a thousand times better, food and service wise, and they have more options. read more

A chipotle addict, this has been the worst location I have experienced. Please provide staff with better training in order to preserve the Chipotle reputation. I am a huge fan of Chipotle, but I will NEVER frequent this one again. My Mom (who has never been to a Chipotle) and I stopped in this Chipotle for a late lunch (1:30). Our food was handed to me on a dirty tray...food was visibly stuck to it. There was not one clean table available...although only two tables were being used in the dining room. A customer came after us and dropped a container of quest on the floor. An employee came out and swept it into a dustpan with a broom. This resulted in leaving the majority of quest on the floor. It was now smeared across the floor. The ice tasted so badly of mold, we had to get new drinks with no ice. After we were there about half an hour another employee came out and wiped all the tables, but the three in use with the same rag. The tables were cleaner, but you could still see crumbs on each table. He then used the same rag to wipe up the majority of the queso, still managing to leave some on the floor. The entryway into the waiting line area was littered with leaves. I can only image what the food prep area looked like. I will continue to patronize Chipotle, but this one will never see me enter its doors again. The employees are either not trained or don't care. Neither one is acceptable or up to Chipotle standards. It's like a more intense version of Moe's Southwest Grill (which I also love, but they are so different I go to both places all of the time).
