Damn! I was rough on them last time! But that was two years ago. I have much more experience with this location now. Here's what's really going on.... The greedy moronic builders keep building new complexes in the area. This has destroyed the whole vibe. Now it's insane traffic, increased crime, homeless people walking around the highway, etc. Here's my point.... This is Chipotle. It's a fast-casual restaurant chain so I'm sure the pay isn't amazing. This leads to moderate levels of motivation by the staff and management, which is likely the same pay as other locations yet they have to deal with massive traffic at peak times. I have only seen this place quiet mid-afternoon on a weekday. They just cannot keep up with the constant demand. It's not possible based on how many people they can employ. Also, I don't think the sourcing issues should be put directly on management. It's probably difficult to determine exact demand as it ebbs and flows. And there might be limits to what they can order. From a dining perspective, I almost always have a good experience here. Last time, I was enjoying a peaceful meal outside and some dude came out and played a show on his phone without earbuds. If you're one of those people, you're a low-class and disrespectful moron with zero situational awareness and nobody likes you. Just so you know. But that's not Chipotle's fault. Yes, the garbage is usually overflowing. But the food is always good. I will continue to visit. read more

Didn't receive any utencils or napkins, there was a sticker on the bag so I couldn't check it and felt like I needed to hurry, so I couldn't check until I left.. therefore the rice and beans cannot be eaten! The outside of the box was disgusting. Had food all over it and then I opened the quesadilla and basically it was not a quesadilla. Chipotle was amazing up until the day they started serving their gross queso. I used to order from here all the time, like twice a week, but since that day I've only been back a few times because my confidence was so shook. Their queso isn't the only reason for this poor review, it's just a marker in time where I feel like everything started going downhill. I saw a commercial for the brisket recently so I decided to give them another try and ordered a brisket quesadilla with chips and queso. It's probably been close to a year since I've ordered from here. The quesadilla was underwhelming and def lacked enough cheese. You can easily tell if a quesadilla has enough cheese or not - just hold it upside down and see if anything falls out. If chunks of meat start falling out, you know there's not enough cheese to hold everything together. And sure enough that was my problem today, every time I tried to dip the quesadilla in sour cream or salsa, meat was falling out. But what was even worse was the queso. Why does Chipotle have the worst queso in the game? Worse than Moe's, worse than Salsarita's, even worse than Taco Bell's nacho cheese. I have never ordered queso from a Mexican restaurant and have been served what Chipotle serves. Chipotle's queso has an off-putting gritty texture and lackluster taste. The chips are actually great, but unfortunately it feels like every time I order chips from Chipotle I get less than the time before. It was actually pitiful how empty the bag was today. The funny thing too is I'm reading these other reviews about missing items, and sure enough they forgot to put the chips and queso in the bag! Luckily I looked before I drove off. 2 stars because 1 star has to be worse than this, but most likely I won't be back for at least another year, there's too many other good options around. read more

I had actually stopped eating at this location because they often skimped on toppings especially meat. My DoorDash order was correct but poorly made, with very little meat and missing toppings. I had to drive back to the restaurant to have it remade, which was inconvenient. The manager, who said his name was Alec (with a C), remade the food but was dismissive and showed no concern. The other employees were professional and seemed far better suited for leadership. I DO NOT recommend the Mooresville location. read more

This is hands down the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They are never prepared, always out of food, and act like cooking fresh food is some kind of inconvenience. This place has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I created a mobile order on the app today said it would be ready by 12:50. I arrived at 12:57 and the first drive through member said can I have your name...I replied Lucy, and she said Lucy 3 times like she didn't have my order. Since then it's now 1:14 and I've been asked 4 times my name and I'm still sitting here. Yesterday I came by and they were closed to regular service and will only use mobile apps. Unfortunately I couldn't get my app to upgrade so I left. The member then wasn't professional. Never used the words, please, thank you and sorry for any inconvenience. Its 1:17 still sitting here. UNBELIEVABLE! Spoke to the manager at 1:18 when I received my order. She had every excuse about the plumbing...said we are lucky they decided to open today and said I'm sorry we couldn't make you happy today. The nice gentleman told us he had no idea what that was and that corporate often comes up with promotions that the stores know nothing about. Strike one. And the prep area was really dirty. The chips were greasy and seemed stale. The Guacamole seemed off. We only asked that the drinks be refilled. They never were. Why sell us cups for drinks we can't have? We asked for a refund on the drinks or an exchange. The employee asked the manager and the manager did not respond. Okay so I come here at least once a week and let me tell you Saturday May 7, was the worst thing I've ever seen. They have 1 employee working the counter (where they make the food and check you out at the register). The regular line is long, which is typical or chipotle so nothing too out of the ordinary. The line for pickup in store for DoorDash/online orders is 7 people long. This doesn't even include the large line of 5+ cars outside waiting to go through the drive through window. They have multiple employees in the kitchen and the to go line, but only one in the regular line. This is crazy to me. Management needs to get it together because you need more than 1 employee working on a Saturday. I was here on a weekday and they had 3 people working the counter and that was too many. The girl working the counter was doing great and I feel awful for her that she had to take on all the work that day. Everyone else in the place needs to hustle. Yes it's a minimum wage fast food job, but you need to hustle. I completely blame management for this lack of respect for the employees and the customers. Please do better. read more

We should have read the reviews prior to coming here. Every table was dirty with food, the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in who knows how long. Worst part was they were out of steak (which is why we came in the first place) and it wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. As a staple how do you let that happen? Especially around dinner time. I was going to have a salad base but the lettuce looked like crap. The rice was undercooked. Also, I felt rushed through the line to pick food items and the kid serving drowned my bowl in sour cream. Price of the subpar guacamole is almost $3.00 a scoop. Seriously? We can't even say our meals tasted "good." One of the worst things I've ever bit into in my life. Ordered steak burrito. Meat was inedible: fatty and tough. Burrito was so dry. Burrito was hugely round and impossible to eat without cutting. At 5:30 PM tonight, right before dinner rush time I would assume, an employee tells me there's no white rice and it will be 40 minutes for that to be available. Pretty pleased with my pandemic-time experience. I used the app to place my order & pick up in the store. Quick turnaround time, although for me, it wasn't clear where I was actually picking up my order. I proceeded to the counter & had to ask. They have long tables set up along the side of the restaurant. With many other orders, I had to hunt to find my name on the receipt (on the outside of the bag). My steak burrito was delicious. Chips were nice & crunchy. No complaints, except it's so expensive to eat here. read more

Terrible. The facility is dirty; disgusting, so I've stopped going inside. At the drive thru window, the person who throw open the window and mumbles "what's your name", could obviously not care less. I can't tell you how many times I've left, after asking, "is this everything?", only to get home to find an entire meal was omitted. The last "greatest hit" was when we order three, cheese quesadilla kids meals with sides of rice. When I got home, I opened the boxes to indeed find a quesadilla...but no rice. Closer inspection revealed that whoever had put these "meals" together had put the rice INSIDE the quesadillas. 30 minutes later, I arrived home with my kids meals, corrected, and my meal...cold.
