We were going strong - my last review was 4 stars. Back to being atrocious again. While staffing seems better these days, they're extremely messy with throwing food around. The foil that wraps my tacos is covered in sour cream because it was on the counter and the foil touched it. Some employees have long hair and it's very close to the food. The guy who was wrapping my burrito needed to do it 3 times and the burrito is hanging out of the foil. There is no sense of anyone wanting to be here. Sorry to say but AVOID at ALL costs! Came around 6PM and while there was no line and two people working the front waited a few minutes to be served (not a huge rush but not great service) the regular chicken serving was probably the saddest I've ever gotten at any Chipotle(forgot a photo)and the sever tossed the side queso which nearly fell over and didn't care...a little shocking. Used points for meal and sides since I frequent them so much but seemed it was a bother for them to do both so gave up using my free chips. Told I had to buy something else to get the free chips which I've never had to dozen of other times. Not one to argue but will use at a more competent location. This has gotta be the saddest excuse for a bowl I've seen yet. This is not a full bowl, this is an excuse of two thirds. I've never had an issue with this restaurant before but it's a horrible feeling to come home, open the food, and see this mess inside. No utensils in the bag either despite what is labeled on the receipt, and what appears to be shredded cheese residue inside the bag despite never shredded putting cheese in my order. If I could give this location no stars, I would. Honestly the worst experience you can ever have going to a chipotle restaurant near you. The staff that works here, look miserable and annoyed every time I come into this location. They don't understand how to handle the register since I'm up charged every time I come into this establishment. I have been to many chipotles around NJ and have never been charged the amount for a burrito and a coke from this location. I'm always up charged 2-3 dollars every time I eat here. This location is unpleasant and the staff are all the same. The managers have really bad attitude and don't really care for your experience when coming to this restaurant. My burrito is never the same looking, as I could have an understanding with that because you can't make the same food the same every time but you make this up. I order from this chipotle for lunch due to its proximity to my job but each time, they somehow get my order wrong. Theyve given me wrong sides, missed chips with my guac, and given me little to no meat in my quesadillas. Its unfortunate i cant order quesadillas in the store so I can ask for more, but ive had to consistently reach out to support for refunds. Sigh, you people and your negative Chipotle reviews. This place has served me quite a few times and let me tell you, while I've heard some places are starting to skimp on fillings, you won't find that here. So for my latest visit (should have reviewed sooner), I was ordering for both me and a friend. Friend wanted barbacoa tacos, I wanted barbacoa burrito. I started with the tacos and they started asking questions, and I said "no just the default, my friend just said to get those", but they said there is no such thing as a default. So I showed him my screengrab and they ran with it, assembling tacos exactly the way my friend wanted. Meanwhile, my burrito came just how I wanted it, double shot of spicy sauce, with enough meat added that the register questioned whether I had a double portion. No, but they barely got the burrito closed (the usual for a good Chipotle). I love my Chipotle burritos - it's not Mexican food, but it's Mexican-inspired awesomeness - and this is absolutely a place to serve you. And yes, the staff does turn over often. That's fairly typical in the food industry, and they certainly seem well trained every time I visit. Especially that time I was ordering a $250 box of "stuff" and they spent time assembling it while I waited. I was patient, they were happy to talk to me the whole time, it came through gangbuster. Short answer: This place DOES have great customer service, and if you have problem with service or portion size once, talk to the manager, because so far that hasn't happened to me and I feel like they're willing to get things right. read more

The woman inside banged on the door at us and pointed to the sign that says 10:45. I don't think that SHE knows what the sign says.... Not sure these guys know how to make a burrito. I wasn't too concerned about the dirty tables as I wasn't eating there and the tables people were eating in were clean. They didn't seem bothered at all and the Kay out was nice. But when I ordered and saw my burrito put together I had to hold back laughter and asked for a bowl to be put in my bag. The gentleman walked away w my burrito- I thought to grab another tortilla to reroll it. But no, he didn't. The woman that works at this Chipotle named Simayah (apparently a supervisor, which was a huge mistake) has the absolute WORST attitude and lacks basic customer service skills.
