The Wendy's on the corner of Routes 10 & 202 is a very good spot for picking up some delicious fast food. I don't think I have to tell you what's what off the menu because if you've never been to a Wendy's before, then you prolly aren't a Yelp friend of mine anyway. The Drive Thru was very efficient and service was delivered with a friendly attitude and smiles all around, so I figured I would reciprocate in the form of this Review right here. Super impressed with lunch today! Enough to write a review for a drive thru lol From the time I placed an order of 1 value meal and 1 kids meal and the time I was pulling away must have been 20 seconds. There was the perfect amount of salt on perfectly cooked fries. The spicy chicken was crispy and so were the picture perfect veggies atop and in great portion as I ask for extra things. I even ate the tomato, I never eat the tomato. Bravo lunch crew! read more

I do not know where to start whether the rude staff or the cold food. I came in here back when I used to work at the Hilton down the street. Came in for dinner, took about 5 minutes for someone to take my order at the counter when the restaurant was empty because the staff was to busy goofing off. Finally I get helped, but then I was waiting forever for my food. As I waited two employees were playing instead of getting my food. When I asked what the holdup was since I needed to get back to work I was told to have patience. Finally I get my food and it was ice cold!! Just had a crazy Wendy's craving... so I went, didn't know they had a Son of a Baconator!! It is 4 oz vs the 8 oz that the Baconator is. Now, I am not a huge fast food eater but this bacon cheeseburger was calling me! Went the Rt. 10 location on the Morris Plains/ Parsippany area. The staff was friendly & the Manager was very helpful & pleasant, she suggested a new Black Berry Lemonade that is out of this world & very tasty! Its 90 degrees out my Large Blackberry Ice Tea sure did hit the spot! I got my Son of a Baconator and was excellent! The bacon was cooked just right and the cheese nicely melted!!! This place must have changed hands. It was always a decent one with the same friendly help at the drive thru. New people are extremely rude and the order was wrong. You cant be both! The Wendy's in East Hanover is way cheaper....I paid a whole dollar more for a cheeseburger (the cheeseburger deluxe is $1.69 as opposed to $1.29 in Hanover) and the 99 cent fries (value menu) cost $1.29 for a small tiny cup of fries that were not even hot and tasted stale. The lines are fast but the prices are high for what you get ....go 5 miles down the road for a nicer atmosphere and cheaper prices..... P.S. the servers are fine...it's not their fault the place is overpriced! Oh and lest I forget...this is the Wendy's I once ordered 7 burgers from (takeout) and one (my husbands) came with no meat on it!!!! read more

I have been coming to this Wendys ever since i began working around there since August, weekly. When i ordered nuggets to go, they did not give me sauce and i had to drive all the way back due to their mistake. Their manager did not own up to their mistake, and just sent me off giving me 2 packets of sauce. This left me dissatisfied as i expected them to compensate me for their mistake. I went to Wendy's on May 31 to get my sister and her kids lunch. I used a credit card to pay. A few days later I look at my credit account and see that I have been charged three times for the one transaction. I had to call three times before I finally received a credit. However the credit was for only one transaction. After another phone call to the Corporate office I receive a call back from a regional manager. Frustrated that this is taking so long he said he would give me a $25 gift card. I asked him instead to just credit me all three transactions which he said he would. Today I received one more credit-making it now two total credits! At this point I give up! read more

I used the Wendy's app to order a burger combo and chicken nuggets. I had to get home for a work call so using the app was meant to save me time. My burger was customized. When you use the app they seal your bag like you're a delivery driver no matter what. I broke the seal and looked in the bag. I saw a sandwich in foil, nuggets and fries. I got home and it's a chicken sandwich customized how I ordered my burger. I tried to use the customer service in the app. Nothing I contacted them through Twitter and they said they'd have the manager refund me. He called to tell me (about a week later) that he'd be happy to give me a free burger yesterday or today. Fun story I'm traveling for work. No sorry, or apology just I heard the issue you can get a free burger sometime in the next 36 hours. I'm out of town for work so... that's a worthless solution. I will be taking this as a sign to focus more on food cooked at home or from places with quality food.
