Gotta be the worse chipotle every. I have been to a lot of Chipotle. This one has a 2-3 year consistency of having the worse customer service and management. Like the workers has an attitude face and gives attitudes and looks like they hate their job. They're just there to pass the time and get paid, we get it. Please don't make our days miserable along with yours. Mediocre amount of food and they don't do what you ask. What business is this place in. Food was very good, but once again the staff overcharged us on our to-go order. Once I realized I was charged $9.00 for 2 tacos (not 3, 2!) with no extras I was miles away. This is a consistent story for us at this location. If we go there again, their staff will be asked to confirm my order verbally stating each charge before they get my payment. I've tried to ask for an adjustment previously and was denied because I had no "proof". It's really a sad thing because my 3 grown childs love Chipotle, but I can't afford an error in billing just about every time we go there. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced out of all chipotle locations. Rude staff and super discriminating against people of color. I asked the white lady with dark hair for cheese and she said we don't have any more left. Next I see she pulls a whole new bag of cheese from the fridge and places it in the container and serves other customers. Horrible experience, employees were so rude to my whole family. We asked for cheese, they said sorry we are out of cheese and few minutes later we see them serving to another customer. The food was cold and the rice was really undercooked, they were also out of the fajita onions and peppers. This location is conveniently by my place of employment, so I've been going here for years. The staff is usually friendly during the lunch hour rush (1130p - 130p) and I can always count on them to give me reasonable portions of food. It's a clean establishment despite the many,many people who visit this store on a daily basis. Getting my food has never taken an extremely long time. Only negative - the place is usually warm. I don't know why, but it feels like the A/C is NEVER on. read more

I honesty come here for the food. I work nearby and chipotle is my absolute favorite. They could really work on customer service though. It seems like whenever I come in, the workers are too focused on socializing amongst themselves rather than helping the guest. Some are kind of rude when you want to make a special request. Not all, but majority of them. I'm only giving stars for the food because it's freaking awesome. Oh, sometimes they can't wrap a burrito. I never order burritos but I watch the workers work on it for the customers in front or behind me. It's pretty amusing. read more

What is up with the decor/layout of this place? It feels like somewhere where I got lunch in the Loop in Chicago, not something in Norcross, Georgia (or Peachtree Corners, whatever). It's somewhat impressive. My boyfriend used to live in this area, like within walking distance of the Forum, so of course this place didn't open until after moving took place. Perhaps had it been there ages ago I wouldn't always have been mad to drive to Peachcross Norcorners because I love me some Chipotle. But we were here today and starving so we stopped by. It's your typical Chipotle, nothing really stands out other than what an awesome interior it has. I got a burrito and my hunger was taken care of. It did its job. Parking is kind of awkward because of how much they just tack on to this mall area, but nobody ever figures out to park in the back so for the most part there should be plenty of space available in the back, you just might have to walk a bit if you're coming at a peak time. You probably could use a walk anyway. read more

This place is often filthy. I normally clean the tables and seats before sitting down. Today I asked one of the workers to clean, and she gave me funny looks. Upon finished cleaning, I said thank you and she gave me a cold stare and walked away. Poor customer service. I'd say I'm hesitant to come back. read more

Not a good experience. My son's burrito burst upon opening. He expected that watching the guy make it in a hurry n barely wrapped it. Went back to complain n the girl cashier offered to give another one. Stood in line n got another one but the guy who had made the original burrito was at cashier and he spoke so rudely like he was doing charity giving a replacement burrito. Ordered online, apparently they never got my mobile order. Order was then cancelled, and now they're closing I can't get my food. Was never told that my order was cancelled. I had an issue with them before, as I waited 15 min past my mobile order pick up time. Turns out my food had been sitting behind the counter, and they "forgot" to put it in the pickup stand. This is right next door to CPK (go check out my nightmare from hell review of California Pizza Kitchen @ the forum) I usually go to the chipotle one near by my house (go check out my OTHER review of chipotle on pleasant hill road) I was so happy and excited I got my food in less then 5 mins because at the pleasant hill one you have to literally wait 40-45 minutes. This Chipotle is in the Forum in Norcross. It's on the outside near California Pizza Kitchen and facing Peachtree Parkway. I was out in the burbs visiting family and doing some Christmas shopping a couple weeks ago, so I decided to stop in. I live in Atlanta and have always noticed the Chipotle on Ponce stays slammed. I had stayed away for years partly because I thought they were still owned by McDonald's, but apparently that stopped being true around 2006. Been hearing a lot of buzz about how Chipotle is superior to Moe's and Willy's. I do not think the Chipotle hype pertains to vegetarians. They just don't do anything special for vegetarians; you pay the same thing for a burrito with no meat and you don't get guac or anything special to make up for the difference. Their pinto beans are not vegetarian, and I felt like their lime cilantro rice overpowers the burrito. I do think it is cool they claim to use locally bought ingredients when available as well as hormone free meat, but they need to step up their game for vegetarian before I'll return. Moe's and WIlly's for me when I'm in the mood for a fast food burrito. read more

Stopped here this past Monday on way home from a long trip. RaIn was coming down so fast it was hard to see. Pulled off the road and just happened to see a Chipotle in a shopping center. I've always had good food here so stopped in to wait the rain out and eat an early dinner. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with brown rice, corn salsa, hot sauce, black beans, cheese, lettuce and sour cream which is my usual choice. The service was ok and on par with most. The problem was the food I was served. The chicken didn't taste right. It had a charred flavor. After looking a few pieces, I could see it was almost blackened with char. Then I got to a two-inch clump of rice. It was tough and glued together. I left about 30% of my bowl uneaten. I normally would finish a bowl but not this time. I've ate at many Chipotle restaurants over the years and have to say what I got to eat at this one puts it at the bottom of the list. If I am in the area again, hard to say if I would give it another try or just get something else. read more

Service is horrible at this location. I ordered online and went to the front to pick it up and still waited even though I ordered an hour prior. The food was bland and they got my order wrong. How?? I wrote it out in English and still it was wrong. I simply do not understand how this happened. People need to focus on getting your food right. I'm going to be rather honest - if you don't know what Chipotle is, then you should stop by and check it out. It's a healthy burrito place that's pretty popular, like one almost everywhere at this point. So I'm going to focus specifically on this location. This place is fast, efficient, and they care in a lot of ways about your order. There isn't really any of that throw stuff in the bowl and call it a day attitude here, while they're fast, they're careful in how they prepare it so you get pretty much the same bowl or burrito every time. They'll also take the time to get you any extras you need. I really like this location a lot and the food is always spot on. I've ordered from here at least 5 times a month for the past 2 years and not one of those times have I had to go WOAH! this is wrong. I've placed online orders that had errors (like it accidentally sent two) and got a phone call ASAP clarifying it. They're remade orders that I was late to pickup within less than a minute. The line, even if it's long, clears out fast. It's a great Chipotle location - the food, that last star not earned is because it's Chipotle, the food is a bit on the bland side, and the tables are often not cleaned (just due to how busy it is). If you love Chipotle though, don't let that stop you from going. read more

Hi just wanted to say that my brother ate here and hours later he got a headache and then came home at night and vomited in the toilet. He got food poisoning from the chicken he got in his bowl. He had to go to the hospital today to get an IV fluid in his arm while his body was cold and started shaking. Located inside the forum mall next to California pizza kitchen, it's kind of hidden away on the outside of the mall. Food is the usual but this place consistently gives me much less than my other normal location, but this is on the way to work so more convenient. It'll help me with overeating though haha read more

I am so glad that there's a decent food option at the Forum. This has been our default go-to place when we feel like eating out at a place nearby. It's close and the kids love this place. The place can get crowded sometimes. I like the little outdoor seating area. However, there are not many tables there. It's great to sit out there when the weather is nice. The order/assembly line is exactly the same as all of the Chipotles I've ever been to in this state and out. I love the new brown rice option they have. Man, I love me some guacamole and chipotle has some of the best. This location is close to my office so I find myself here quite a bit. I love their veggie burrito bowls. They have some of the best rice ever and the portions are ginormous. Seating is often limited here during the lunch rush but they have an outdoor patio that doesn't seem to fill up as fast. The service is lighting speed, too. They will have you through the line quicker than you can say cilantro. No really, have your wallet out. Chipotle is technically fast food I guess, but I have managed to convince myself that it is healthier. Guacamole is a vegetable, right? I recently heard tell that they admitted to using GMO ingredients. This has made me slow my roll on the burrito bowl, but I am hopeful that they will correct this soon. read more

Love, love, love. Carne Asada burrito bowl is the wayto go. Portions are huge, so you can always pack it up and take it home. Standard set up with the assembly line. Staff has always been friendly. I love that it's tucked away so you can get a good walk in from shopping to eating, and back to shopping. One of the more "fast food: options here so, I do like to frequent it, especailly when I'm not trying to have a full on sit down lunch or dinner. read more

I was just told today they can no longer mix burritos before they wrap them. If you want RUDE customer service, SMALL portions (especially the meat), and want to get KICKED OUT EXACTLY AT 10:00 PM even in the middle of finishing your food, this is the place to be!!!! The following issues are not in order by time of event: -They kicked my husband and four small kids out at 10:00 pm on the dot when we weren't done with our food yet because they wanted to clean up. (For those of you who don't see the problem with this, closing time of most well respected businesses lock the doors and shut down the registers but people who are in the store, especially people already in the middle of their meal should be able to finish their meal even while the workers clean. We've been to countless Chipotle restaurants all over America and there are always stragglers left dining after closing hours.) -My husband saw another family there and my husband asked them if they got kicked out also, but they replied no because her brother works there. I had to use the bathroom before we left and I was bewildered at seeing members of the other party sitting down still eating (while we were trying to pack up and clean our tables) and their children at the front looking like they were ordering food. The family members and the employees all saw me looking bewildered and because my husband was taking videos, I think that scared the Chipotle employees and they rushed the family out a couple minutes before we were able to leave. Deysi, the manager on duty, was on the phone explaining the situation to one of her superiors because as I passed her by she was telling someone on the phone about us taking pictures. -When my husband talked to Deysi she was rude and laughed when he walked away. -Deysi served SUPER small portions of chicken into the two bowls I ordered (the servings wouldn't have filled the 4 oz container cups) but I didn't even complain. -Deysi was not friendly at all while serving! -I asked for sour cream on the side instead of inside one of the bowls and Deysi did not secure the lid so it spilled all over everything in the bag. When I went up to the counter she didn't apologize about it and another girl gave me another side of sour cream and an additional bag. -I asked Deysi for four cups for water, and she handed me three. I didn't correct her but just went on back to give food to my family and fill the cups up with water. As I'm doing so she comes to the front of the store and gets by me and strangely makes a ton of noise with the metal utensil containers like she has a problem. -When my husband first approached Deysi about the situation, she said that the reason why everybody had to be out at 10:00 pm was because she had to close out the register and count the cash. Yet, we noticed that she had the cash drawer open and left it unattended for 10 minutes so obviously she didn't care about protecting the cash but made that a reason. I spoke to the worker who asked us to leave about whether she's been asked to do this other times, and she responded that since she's the cashier she does this all the time, which means it's the store manager, Jorge, who has his workers ask people to leave exactly at 10 pm. read more

I usually visit this location at The Forum as their food is usually fresh. I order the same thing every time so often do not pay attention to the server when he/she is preparing my order. However, after ordering the steak bowl today (11/3/17 at approximately 12:45 PM) with double guacamole like I usually do, I saw after I got back to work that the guacamole was very brown/spoilt. It seems as extra lime was added to stop from turning brown and/or to reduce the spoilt taste, but this did not work. It is partly my fault for not looking at what the server was preparing, but hopefully this issue will be resolved by the workers paying closer attention to what is being served. read more

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I decided to try it, even though there's a Moe's at the Forum, just to see how it was. I don't know why I did that. Chipotle doesn't give you free chips, charges for guacamole on veggie burritos, and has WAY fewer options for salsas and add-ons. Aside from the comparison to Moe's, it really is the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to: employees get annoyed at you when you ask them a question; small serving of everything and the burrito ends up the size of a Taco Bell taco; and the wait is longer than it needs to be. And Chipotle is known for "quality" over quantity, but I have actually had much better quality burritos and nachos at Moe's, Willy's, and Barberitos. read more

I went to chipotle at 5175 Peachtree Parkway, Norcross, GA 30092 for past few years and for many times I didn't get satisfactory customer service but this time I was treated so poorly to the point where I must complain. First of all, the girl who was making my (as usual burrito bowl) had given me a very small amount of chicken so I politely requested if she could give me little more and she told me she had to charge me extra. Then I explained her the amount she put was way too little and I am regular customer who knows how much the regular chicken amount is in a burrito bowl, side note I do get extra steak for my boyfriend sometimes so I know the regular and extra both amounts. After I requested her she told me she gave me proper amount and if I want more she has to charge me. While she was saying this, another girl just decided to come right into our conversation and said she had to charge me extra so I explained the whole situation nicely again but she was not polite at all! She told me "Well, then I guess all the years you've been coming here and other locations have been serving you wrong amount of our ingredients." I don't like to make things complicated so I simply requested if she could kindly make a new Bowl. She was putting food in a very rough manner, making loud sounds as her tool touched the table as if she didn't care and was personally mad at me. And when it came to chicken, she half filled the 4oz to-go cup with chicken and poured that in my bowl and said to me "She filled in this much chicken. This is the regular amount that goes in a bowl." I told her the 4oz cup was half way filled when she poured which is technically not 4oz. I know how to measure food and since she thinks she is right I asked her to show me the measurements of the food onto a scale. She told me she couldn't show me but that she was right and I am wrong. I paid cash and when I gave her money she kept asking me "Right? You gave me $7.00, right ma'am, right?" And when my younger sister and I were leaving from the store, they were making rude remarks about us in Spanish and laughing at us. I know it was about us because there were no other customers at that time and this girl, the previous girl, and another girl behind the counter all were just standing and judging us the whole time when this was happening, and one even sought out to be using hand gestures to describe us. Me and my sister felt very insulted. Instead of being treated like a valuable customer, we were being treated like we did something shameful for the way your employees treated us. I don't know what this chipotle teaches their employees to be like or if that particular employee just has a terrible attitude towards customers, but either way my money is hard working money and if I pay for the right amount of food that I deserve i should not get treated like I should be ashamed for asking for the right amount. I don't think this place is doing any favors for self-respecting people. The lady who ruined my whole lovely evening and treated me like I should be ashamed to go there and tried to make me feel like I made a mistake, has ear gauges, and facial piercings. Her name is Deysi as shown in the receipt, this should help identify her. I uploaded a picture showing the amount of food in the bowl. I hope chipotle takes actions against this rude employee and no one gets treated like the way I was in front my little sister. She has no right to misbehave, make fun of us, or look down on me/us! I'm a pretty loyal customer of Chipotle, but this location has really sunk in terms of quality. The food is prepared pretty sloppily, even at non-busy hours and the staff really don't address problems at all. Accidentally one of the employees put the medium salsa on my bowl instead of the regular corn I requested. This has happened twice before, but I didn't address it because I'm not a confrontational person by any means. Tonight, it happened again. When I asked about the mistake, the employee just stared at me and replied verbatim "What do you want me to do about it?" It really threw me that someone legitimately didn't care if I received what I ordered or paid for. read more
