1 star is being generous because I can't give zero. - one single scoop of rice (under cooked) - double steak is 1 and a half scoop? Not worth it at all and is a scam. Pretty much was charged $19 for a scoops of rice , black beans and 1 1/2 scoop of steak. When brought up that the bowl looks a little sad and actually looks like a single steak as the person in front of me noticed as his was done by another worker properly no one cared. The rest of the family at something at home I did not like so I ordered on the app and went to pick up. Unlike all other chipotle I have been to, this one puts to-go on a shelf with tags facing THEM and has a sign that says to not touch the bags but instead ask them for your order by name. 1. Why then have a shelf? 2. Do you not trust your patrons? 3. Doesn't this slow you down getting interrupted all the time? I had to ask for my cup for my drink, because they forgot. Then they had to go out back to get some. But, the people who helped me were super nice. Even when I couldn't read their sign and touched a bag looking for my meal. On the shelf with the letter of my name that had a cup. And didn't treat me like I was rude when I asked for my cup that they forgot. As I write this, that sounds like the minimum of politeness I should expect, but I've been to too many places where you would get scolded for it. So I appreciate their tact. Got home and ate. It was great. And accurate. No complaints about my veggie bowl. I'd go back and I'd recommend since it was fast and accurate. read more

The only reason I am giving a 5, is Tracey in customer service!!!! She rocks!!!! My experience at the restaurant was sub par. I was having a difficult time with getting into the app to claim a reward. I showed the young lady at the register my issue. I then asked for the manager, he came over and I showed him the email and the issue with the app. Basically, he could not help me since we could not open the app on my phone. I guess thinking outside the box is not a requirement when you are in a management position. I advised I would be contacting the corporate office and he responded, if they told him he could ring the item with the code, he would. So, I called and got Tracey! She was wonderful! I love Chipotle, and continue to love Chipotle. I've lived in many cities, been to at least a dozen different locations across the country, and this is definitely the worst I've been to. This place is clearly poorly managed and inefficient. It is always barely staffed, can never handle rush times, and I swear, not a single person here was actually taught how to properly wrap and roll a burrito. They always fall apart. Contrast this with the Chamblee location, for example, which is newer. You walk in to a full line of smiling and happy Chipotle employees. They're smiling, talking, joking with customers. Nobody wants to stand in a busy line at lunch rush. Nobody! Just submit what you want online and there is no worries or at least it shouldn't be. Its also good for group ordering. Everyone can order their own food that way they can't say you ordered it incorrectly. When I am in the mood for fast food, Chipotle is often at the top of my list. I am a huge fan of Chipotle, and this location never disappoints. Although it is located in the Forum, you can find parking in the back near Chipotle most of the time. The restaurant is always clean, and service is friendly and efficient. Our family visits in the evenings, and there has always been ample seating. The burritos and burrito bowls are my favorite. The toppings are fresh (I love the opportunity to load up on veggies!), and I love the hot salsa. In fact, it is probably the hot salsa that makes me prefer this spot to other burrito restaurants in the area. They also have great kids meals. Keep up the good work, Chipotle! I work in the forum so this location is convenient and you want to support businesses. This used to be our go to spot before Covid. Now the prices have gotten outrageous. It was almost $60 for 4 of us to eat. You even have to pay for chips now and these were stale and chewy. Located in the Forum, this Chipotle is a popular destination for shoppers. Typical urban metal and new age aztec interior design gives this place and trendy vibe. They have prominent speakers coming out of the center wall that plays a variety of music. The atmosphere is higher end then some of the other Chipotles I have been to. In terms of service, it's average and varies depending on how busy they are. They will give you a little more as long you let them know. They don't skim on the portions as much as other locations. I'm #teamchipotle all the way. Do hashtags work on Yelp? Back to topic on hand. Chipotle has always been my go to quick eats, generous portions & fresh and clean ingredients on the cheap. Unfortunately, this location in The Forum has got to be my least favorite. So sad... especially since this location is so central and I pass by it on my way back from the office every day. Yes, every day. I will go out of my way to drive to another Chipotle. I'm serious. However, there are some times that I had to go to this location due to time constraints and hangry symptoms. So, why am I not fond of this location? Service. I've been here enough times to see the inconsistency of customer service. Most of the employees seem aloof and unhappy to be there. There's no artistry in the assembly line as there normally is at my other locations. From visiting during the first couple of months of them opening this new location to a couple of weeks ago, I feel this location would not make the original Chipotle creator and owner proud. Also, this location tends to be a bit more stingy on the portions. I wish there was a manager on duty that would keep an eye on things better. Maybe then customer service would improve. The quality and freshness of the ingredients they use at this location is consistent to the other locations. Hopefully, they can start getting on course. I ordered the Keto steak salad which comes with MILD SALSA. Someone didn't read the order properly and put HOT SALSA, and I'm currently suffering because of it. I came to lunch here with two of my co-workers last month and since then it's been on my mind... to the point of me coming here every day this week. Even during the afternoon when it's really busy I'm able to get in and out in less than half an hour (that's including time to eat). They always have a lot of people working the line and that helps move everyone along. They don't offer as many options as Moe's or Willy's, but I think that's part of the appeal. Simple, good quality food. I'm all for that and don't seem to miss any of the extras. Lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and salsa is pretty much all I need to add to my meat, beans, and delicious cilantro lime rice. read more

This the first I ordered on their website, and this location. So when my food was delivered 2 out of the 4 bowls I order I ordered with the tomato salsa. Both of the bowls with tomatoes were spoiled. Secondly a third bowl that ordered for my daughter had a long freaking hair in it. My daughter has braids so there no way it was hers and she has natural hair if she didn't have braids. I've been calling location with no response and I even reached out to the delivery company. I'm so upset spend over $30 dollars and to get this mess. I have to say that I've been coming to the forum for years and never knew of this Chipotle. All those times I ate at Moes ... for nothing! Anyway... First appearances weren't great. The interior was unkempt, trash on the floor, a leak in the ceiling, a dirty rag behind their counter in plain view... but the lone positive outweighs all the negatives. And it is... Generous portions. Like finding a diamond in the rough, when you find a Chipotle where the servers are doling out rice, beans, and especially protein (!) without reservation, you cherish and hold on to that location. I only know of two other locations where servers are this charitable - perimeter mall and toco hills. Everyone else gives you that extra scoop of imaginary food, doing a slight shuffle so as to make it look like food is going into your bowl but nothing ever does. I never leave this location satisfied. The staff is nice but apathetic. I never get enough meat in my burrito and they never make it correctly. They always give me enough cheese for 6 burritos but the amount of meat I could get in one chicken wing. It is never folded correctly which makes eating frustrating. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is delicious and the service is quick. Would recommend chipotle to anyone and everyone, but not this location. read more
