This restaurant is the newest to Oakley,staff barely smile and acknowledge us as we entered,i just assumed they're kinda shy because they're new hires,and we came in as soon as they opened in the morning.The ambiance is nice,clean and organized.This visit is our second time here,we're using the coupon buy one meal get one free but it got declined because it expired( we didn't read it)it's not even three days since they've given us the coupon and there's a very tiny fine print that it just expired,manager was called and he just given us free soda drink . read more

As much as it pains me to give a less-than-great review for the opening of this Chipotle, they need to work on customer service -- ESPECIALLY since they are new and working out the kinks! My mom, sister and I came in and placed a to-go order for two crunchy taco plates and my sister ordered some chips and queso blanco. At check out, she went to use her free guacamole discount code when my mom was finishing up paying and we were already walking out. Turns out the code didn't work and they had already packed the guacamole in with the food that my mom went to car with. For whatever reason, the code was valid and still didn't work so they demanded my sister pay for it. The transaction was already complete and my sister didn't have her wallet yet they demanded payment. By that time, my mom had brought the food to the car, and my sister asked them, "well, I don't have payment and the coupon is valid, so do you want me to go get it and bring it back?" ... to which they said, "YES"?! My sister went to the car, unpacked the food and brought it back into them. I was shocked. On top of that, they forgot her chips AND receipt!!! She had to drive back with all the food, delaying our meal, because she couldn't otherwise show proof of purchase. Upon returning, they didn't even remember and the manager had to pull up her receipt.. and after all that... still didn't even give her the guac!!!! But they gave her *large* chips. Wow. I was unbelievably disappointed in how they handled that situation. Otherwise, it was a nice store that just opened and the food was good. They even have a drive-thru lane for pickup. But the service was TRASH -- they left out part of the order, didn't handle the issue with discretion (three employees were involved in the conversation when my sister returned - 3 vs. 1 doesn't feel good to a customer/anybody!), failed to solve the problem, offer consolation before we left the store AND didn't make a desired concession upon second departure. Miss, miss, miss... miss! Two stars only for the ambiance and the food quality. This is my hometown and I want the best for businesses here. My daughter and I came in on match day after the Mexico win and asked for the game day special. It was 30 mins early. We were answered with "no". As if they couldn't make an exception for 30 mins early. No one cared and were told multiple times no except the lady that made my daughters tacos, she seemed to feel bad. On June 12, 2026, at 5:53 pm, my husband and I went to Chipotle on 990 Laurel Road to do an in-store order. I then ordered three salad bowls and a steak burrito, all including guacamole. We were fully aware of the $2.95 extra charge that we would receive if we ordered our food with guacamole. Knowing that this specific Chipotle can be stingy with their scoops, I asked them to add a little bit more as the scoop was not full. The girl scooping nor any other worker informed me that if I asked for a little bit more, I would be charged for a DOUBLE scoop. The "little bit more" scoop never filled the whole spoon anyway, so I didn't think much of it. I absolutely did not ask for a whole extra scoop, simply a little bit more, so my bowl would look at least a bit fuller. Upon seeing my receipt, I realized that I was charged for a double scoop of guacamole on the burrito. To clarify, I went back to the check-out and calmly asked why I had been charged |double. The cashier, Paola, told me that it was because I asked for the "little bit more" scoops twice during my whole order. Confused, I then asked why I wasn't informed I was being charged extra as I did not ask for a whole other scoop, but I reluctantly agreed to pay, gritting my teeth, saying, "Fine. I'm going to pay for it now, but next time, tell me that you are charging me double, so at least I could have the option to say nevermind". Then, another male employee interrupted the conversation, saying, "It's written on the glass that the guacamole is an extra $2.95." I explained that it does not specifically say that if I ask for a little, it would be charged double. Condescendingly, he degraded my merit, exclaiming to everyone at the store, "Isn't that common sense?!" I replied, "Isn't it common sense to let me know that I'm being charged for it in the moment instead of getting surprised when I get my receipt?" I asked them if they were aware if I am the customer, and they snorted "yes". All I said was okay. I was already willing to pay, but all I wanted was for them to have the courtesy to inform me that they are charging me extra if I ask for a little bit more. I was met with a harsh insult instead of an apology. read more

Best Chipotle location I've been to! Fresh, well run and off to a great start. Hope it stays this consistent.

No surprise this location is still "Unclaimed", probably because of how shameful this location is. I'm sure its tough to find good help these days but this place missed big time on who they put in management/lead positions here. A general lack of giving a f*ck permeates throughout the team here. Consistently out of food products and even out of forks. Good luck eating your salad with your hands. There are so many other Chipotle's in the area, skip this one until they can get their act together. read more

Honestly not happy but you get people just don't put 100% in anything they do anymore. Sadly the younger generation just does not care does not want to work and does a horrible job. The burrito barely had any chicken in it but tasted like a glob of cilantro in entire burrito. There was zero sour cream in my burrito either even though that's how I ordered it. The burritos were all SMALL leaving us all STILL HUNGRY. The quac was old avocados that were mashed up with ZERO SEASONINGS and served with stale soggy chips. WHAT IS SO HARD TO TEACH THESE KIDS DONT WORK HERE OR ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PUT 110% in everything you do. MAKE THE FOOD LIKE YOU'RE GOING TO EAT IT. Would you skimp on ingredients? Would you serve yourself or your family old avocados and no seasonings with guacamole or old stale chips to go with it? Then why feed it to your customers? First reaction was the establishment was clean, employees were friendly, welcomed us when we walked in and met us at the counter. The employee took my partner's order first because I wasn't ready, but when it was my turn I had to repeat everything twice (clarification is always appreciated, but they stopped listening after making my partner's burrito). I ordered a veggie bowl, had to specify twice, and had to ask for fajitas, lettuce and guacamole (which are standard in the veggie bowl), and only received about 1/4 of the regular amount of veggies and lettuce after asking for extra, but received more than the normal amount of corn salsa and sour cream (judging all of this from past experiences over the last few years at multiple different locations). The food quality itself was great, but having to repeat myself after watching someone else get great service was a little irritating. This location can be great if they work on their customer service, and I hope to be able to write a better review in the future. read more
