This time, we ordered the Super Nachos and the Wet Burrito with chile verde sauce, and both were absolutely delicious. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, and all of the ingredients blended together really well. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The Super Nachos were especially impressive. Even the chips were homemade, which made a big difference in the overall taste and texture. The portions were also huge, so you definitely get plenty of food for your money. We were very satisfied with our meal and had enough to enjoy later as well. Between the great portions, flavorful food, tender meat, homemade chips, and amazing horchata, this visit completely changed my opinion of the place. I'm glad I came back and gave it another try. Burrito is $10. Tacos are $4 ea x 3 = $12. So we're looking at $22 for the food. The prices for the drinks are not posted so I don't know how much they are. We paid total of $37.07. Sales tax in Brentwood is 8.75% so the total before tax is $34.08. So were the 2 drinks cost $12 total? Not likely. They overcharged us! I did ask for the receipt but they only gave us the credit card receipt. I should have asked for the itemized receipt.

But what impressed me was how the team and management handled it. Everyone stepped in, corrected the order, explained what happened, and was completely transparent throughout the process. No excuses--just great customer service and a genuine effort to make everything right. Mistakes happen, especially when people are learning. It's not how you fail--it's how you fix it. That's where this Chick-fil-A really stood out and why they continue to thrive. Amazing job by the entire team and management. This is exactly how customer service should be handled.
