This is my go to location when I finish a long day of work, studying or working out because the service is usually decent when I order online and pickup. I ordered a simple order: a kids meal with guacamole, sour cream, fajitas and hard tortilla shells. The shells were stale and hard and the mini bag of chips was too. The drink station was unkempt and the lemonade drink containers were empty and dirty. There was no ice and I really wanted some ice for my drink. This place needs to do better. read more

Driving to this one can be tricky from the parking lot as its congested. Entering, some of the tables werent clean and the floor was needing some tiding. The food was being replenished as its just after the lunch rush. Stopped in the grab lunch for my mom and I. There was no line and I was waited on promptly. I came here to check out the Honey Chicken which was delicious. I hope it becomes apart of the regular menu. The food was fresh and the work station was clean. I always order extra guacamole which is also my favorite. This Chipotle location is definitely one of my favorites, though the crazy parking lot can be a bit of a headache! I'm not sure why some reviews are negative, but whenever I've had a less-than-stellar experience, the staff has always tried to make it right. Most of the time, my food is fresh, and I rarely see them run out of ingredients--maybe I just happen to come in on good days! Regardless, I appreciate the effort they put into their service. I'm always hesitant to go to any chipotle in my area. The White Marsh location is the WORST followed by Parkville. When we had to stop into the Pikesville Trader Joe's, I saw a chipotle in the parking lot and decided to give it a shot. The staff was so pleasant, especially the cashier Amirah. They weren't stingy with filling my burrito bowl and the guy was very patient while my daughter figured out what she wanted. My order was accurate with all of our chips and drinks. Just went in with my 12 year-old daughter to pick up her order because she is a Chipotle fanatic. While we were waiting, another guy cut it front of us for his order pickup. Okay, whatever. The Chipotle employee (wish I got his name, but he has an LA Dodgers tattoo on his neck) that helped him saw that we were waiting, but did not acknowledge us. So I said, "Excuse me, we have an order pickup for [name]" and pointed to the bag, which was intended to be helpful so he wouldn't have to search for it. The employee proceeded to say, "That was pretty rude." My daughter asked me why he said I was rude because she didn't think that was the case (and believe me, she would have let me know). Being that I didn't want to cause a scene, we just left, but the truth is he was the rude one and quite presumptuous as we would have been left waiting until someone bothered to help and continued to be cutoff by other customers had I not spoken up. We got home and my daughter enjoyed her Chipotle meal, so added a star for the food preparation and the food itself. read more

Messiness. Behind the counter. Management of orders. I can't even write in complete sentences. System went down. They can only accept online orders but they don't tell the new customers that entered. There are two closer Chipotle restaurants near me that can't seem to get it right. I never have any problems with my food at this location. Sometimes they are a little skimpy but I also think it's because my bowls, tacos etc. are pretty plain. The chips are usually too something, either greasy or super salty so I pass on them now and just grab a bag at Trader Joe's in the same strip. However, I do love the guac! Be careful parking here, some people will just not stop driving or pay attention. I order on the app and when I get there it's all ready for me. Honestly, the worst Chipotle I've been to from the rude staff to two of us getting food poisoning that night. The lettuce was rotten, and the meat and veggie areas had little food left which looked old and dry. There was a chunk of guacamole mixed with cheese and corn that fell off of my bowl while they were making it and the person knocked it into the guacamole with the back of her hand. It is not as good as other Chipotle's. Also, they do not stock items for customers dining in. There were no napkins and I went to the counter waiting for someone to assist. They avoid looking at you so they don't need to assist. I saw where the guy grabbed some napkins, he then left his station so I helped myself to the napkins. Apparently some staffer does have the time to follow me back to my table to tell me I cannot do that, but still does not have the time to stock napkins so that customers dining in have napkins. I come to pick it up and it was not ready on time, but I was fine to wait a little. 5 min later I was handed my bag of food and, since I was running 5 min later than I had expected, I left without double checking the order. I got to my office parking lot, unpacked my bag and my order was wrong. I checked my receipt and confirmed that I had ordered a burrito, but received a burrito bowl. This must be the worst Chipotle in Maryland. I asked for a Whole30 bowl that chipotle has been advertising and the staff sniffs at me like an inconvenience. They did not ask if I wanted any salsa on the bowl or any additional sides or meat and in the end there was very little ingredients that left me with 1/2 a meal. Also my wife ordered a burrito with gauc and cheese so they put the gauc and cheese at the very end of the burrito in one big clump so it needed to be re opened and spread evenly at the table. Worst store imaginable. The manager is a jerk and yells at anyone who asks a simple question. An elderly man was delivering for DoorDash and couldn't hear over the music so asked the manager what the name was and the manager yelled in his face "I JUST SAID IT" I am also a DoorDash delivery driver and every single time I have gone here, the order has been over 40 minutes late. And if you ask the manager he says, "it will take longer to look for your order so wait or leave" I will never go to this store again. read more

Scoop of chicken was just 5 pieces and then charged me for a little more saying it was considered double chicken when they didn't even give the appropriate portion to begin with and told me that fajitas should be out any second when in fact, the veggies were getting cut so that would be a 20-30 minute wait. 6/26/14 If you like or eat at Chipotle there isn't much to really say about the food.....IT'S GOOOOODD!! So I will be focusing on the location and service. This place is located in Pikesville in the shopping center with various other businesses. There is plenty of parking but the parking lot can be tricky at times. When we walked in there was a short line but it was moving pretty quick. When I got up front to place my order the staff was quick and friendly. I was able to use my buy on get one coupon that my sister and I got from the Great Grapes Wine Festival: SCORE!!! So we got two burrito bowls and drinks for $10!! WHAT WHAT!! Lol! The store had plenty of seating and was clean and organized with some cool Aztec wall sculptures. Pretty cool store. read more

I was disappointed by the service here. I came on a weekday afternoon with a friend, and we were the only customers in the store. The people behind the counter were rude, brusque, and sloppy when loading the burrito. I felt rushed when making my order, and the staff were not helpful when I asked what sofritas were. They were not able to give an adequate description of them. I got the distinct impression that they were annoyed that they had to stop chatting amongst themselves. You pick your choice of meat from chicken, beef and if not you can get it vegetarian style. The toppings are your choice too from mild to spicy salsa, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, rice or beans, etc...you'll see the options when you get there and decide for yourself.
