I stop by this location because it's conveniently located near my house and sometimes my daughter likes to eat McDonald's. You can't be too overly critical of a fast food place. The Objective is to get you out as quickly as possible and hopefully get your order correct in the process. This one is average at best. Sometimes the employees can be a little less than friendly but as long as I get my food quickly it doesn't bother me too much. We stopped by this McDonald's around noon on the way to Hershey Park. The drive-thru line was full with about a dozen cars so we went inside. The service was quick, but the employees were so standoffish, waving customers forward with a look of tiredness and discomfort. There is such a stark difference between McDonald's employees and Chick-Fil-A's. Our food was ready quickly, and everything we ordered was in the bag. The sauce pumps were all encrusted in dried sauce and completely empty. Convenient to 695, this is not a McDonald's I'd go out of my way for. read more

Was running late, but needed breakfast so decided to stop at the McDonald's in Pikesville on my way to work. I went through the drive through and both employees were friendly. It was a quick exchange and I was on my way. I got to work and pulled out my Sausage and egg McMuffin and had a bite. While I began chewing the fourth bite I heard a crunch and it made me cringe. I spit my food into a napkin, but there there were still pieces in my mouth. I reached in a pulled out a piece of an egg shell. I rinsed out my mouth and threw the rest of the sandwich away. I was freaked out, but let it go. I20 minutes later I felt nauseous and couldn't keep the little but that I did eat down! This sucks, so now I'm sick at work. Lesson learned I need to stop testing it. read more

This was probably the worse McDonalds that I have ever been to in my life. I don't even really eat McDonalds but I took the kids here for some Ice Cream. While I was there the Customer service was so bad. Everything that could go wrong went wrong! The wait for the food was over five minutes. They were giving people the wrong orders. A lady came back because her sandwich wrap had a sticker on it that was not edible. There were people going through the drive thur that was so dissatisfied with things that they wanted their money back immediately! So I think that part that made me the most upset... ( It's Petty but....) They don't have no napkins in the lobby. You have to ask for napkins which is the dumbest thing ever. So when I asked for napkins it took me five minutes to get them. and than I only got two of them! What are two napkins going to do with a three year old. Also the bathrooms smelled so bad! they really need to put some air freshener in there. read more

It's not limited to this location, but trying to place an order with someone who doesn't understand English is more than a bit annoying. I always make sure to speak clearly and loud enough so they can hear, so getting an unintelligible response because they obviously don't understand me really irks me. It's not like I get complicated orders... "I'd like a sausage McMuffin with egg and a large coffee with three sugars." Not rocket science. I live within walking distance of this McDonalds. The food sucks. The employees are rude. I drive to a different MCDonalds when I eat McDonald's. They must not have management. Or at least not good management. I try this place about once a year. It never seems to improve. read more

This was a quick stop after a night dance recital for my daughter. I would have never waited that long if it wasnt. Kids was hungry and I was tired. We waited 20 min in the drive thru. Luckily we were occupied by each other's conversations. So finally our food was ready. I was so tired that I didn't check my bag but did ask the cashier if I had everything. Note to self: Check the bags always. When I arrived home, I realized we didn't have my youngest happy meal. Do you know how hard it is to talk a child down about their toy NOT being in the happy meal box and then saying you have no food??? Thank goodness she was tired and I had 5 nuggets left. You need to have McDonalds, do you? Well, keep driving past this abomination. There's another location going south in about a mile. Stop there. THIS location should be stopped at to use the bathroom only, and then only if you REALLY can't hold it. The employees just don't care. I know, for that money, I don't expect them to send holiday cards, but they couldn't be less interested in what they're doing. Loud conversations carry on both behind the counter and back and forth across the restaurant. I had the pleasure of being glared at 3 times during my last trip. The first for carelessly asking why my food was taking so long, given that everyone in line behind me had gotten theirs already. The second glare was for asking for the beverage they'd forgotten. Third was for napkins, as there were none where they were supposed to be. Let it be said, also, that I was there to get my kids breakfast. I certainly wasn't eating any of this. As luck has it, they don't care that the food is cold. I would, very sincerely, go hungry before stopping to eat here. Under previous management, this location was a shining example of what a micky-Ds could be. Now, it shouldn't be lightly brushed aside as a 'rotten McDonalds', but rather violently shoved out of the way en route to someplace that gives a damn about why you stopped there in the first place. read more

Go in to order a large coffee. WATCH her pour 1/4 cup regular coffee, look over both shoulders, and fill the rest with decaf instead of waiting for the regular to be ready. When I said something, she of course denied it. And you want $15 an hour . I could care less about the coffee, I should probably drink less caffeine anyway. It's the principle. read more

Everytime i go to this McDonald's in the morning before work it's always a horrible experience! A few months back i had a manager tell me the next time i need a side of sauce i need to tell them when i first order, than she proceeded to throw my change at me. This morning i went inside to order and the cashier was extremely rude! When my order was ready she called out my order but i didn't hear her. She than stated " HELLOOOOOOO WHAT YOU CANT HEAR?!" It was very embarrassing and the last straw for me! This is the closest McDonald's to where i work but for now on i will just have to leave out a little bit early for work and go to a different McDonald's read more

I go here only because it close to me. Theres no other McDonalds closer then here to me which I wish there was. I have to say the service is not very good. They are not very nice to you at all. This McDonald's doesn't live up to the Breakfast menu all day and as a 24-hr location never seems to have breakfast available at night. Other 24-hour locations can do this and still maintain machines and equipment, why not this one? No real apology from staff, no interest in customer service. Slow drive thru. This Mcdonald is out of way for me, but I make speciual trips because it is so good. My favorite thing is chicken nugets I dont eat meat so I just eat the breading and dip it in the sauce. It is really really good. Sometimes I also get a burger without the patty, so it just lettuce and tomato and cheese and ketchup and mustard on bread, although I do wish the ketchup was colder but that is just me ;). I learned a special trick where you mix ketchups and sweet and sour sauce together it is also very good but not cold :(. read more

Horrible service. The manager (I overheard someone refer to her as ms. Jackie) was extremely rude. One of the employees messed up my order and called for her to help them. She was very rude to them and proceeded to then act very rude and cold towards me. She told me they were out of what I wanted and denied to offer me something else as a replacement. She got the money out of the cash register and put it on the table in front of me then walked away without a word. The employee had to apologize for HER rudeness. Went here last weekend at about 12 AM after getting off work. Google maps says they're a 24 hour McDonalds and so does a huge sign next to there drive through - cool. So I drive up to the order area and think about what I want, wait a minute for someone to say something like "how can I help you, can I take your order, etc" and no one does. I yell "hello" a few times with no answer, drive around and look in the order windows - don't see anyone. I park in the front and go up to the door, dining area closes at 11 PM so the door's locked but I can see people in the back walking around. I get back in my car and go up to the drive through again, no answer AGAIN so I yell "hello" and honk - still zero response. So I leave and I when I pass the order windows i can still see employees in the back doing whatever. I'm not expecting a 5 course meal from McDonalds, but if you say you're open for 24 hours have someone at the window at all times. read more

I've had some ok experiences when I dine in, with the exception that I have to go to the counter numerous times for something that was forgotten. When I go through drive-thru its horrible, they need to be trained; something. My order is always a mess and food is forgotten, I have to always read my receipt and check everything. Now on today my fruit parfait was expired. I called the manager numerous times and the experiences aren't changing. So...I decided to write a review. Hopefully things will get better...I'm searching for another McDonald's for a quick meal or snack before/after work. : / read more
