I'm posting here in hopes chipotle corporate sees this and does something. This specific location is poorly managed and is constantly not making items or has some excuse why things have not been prepared. As an example, visit this location on any day and they will not have prepared iced tea. Today they had no chips. The staff is unfriendly and disgruntled. I don't know what is happening but this is not the chipotle I know and love. They need to be brought in line before the brand is completely ruined in the location. read more

So it's been a year since I returned my business. 9:30pm and I could not use inside service. Ordered on the app and they said they had no rice at all. I agreed it's ok with no rice in my burrito bowl. Got my order and not only no rice but I did not receive my chips and guacamole. I've enjoyed Chipotle in many other locations. This location leaves a lot to be desired. The food service area often looks dirty, beans and fajita vegetables often look like they've been lying around too long and portion size is inconsistent. I'm a huge chipotle fan and was so excited to have this come to our town, however this has to be the worst chipotles I've ever been too. They constantly get more orders wrong and the cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be addressed with the board of health. Over the past few months I would drive an hour away to a chipotles that was clearly run better, but tonight I decided to give my local chipotle another chance and see if things have gotten better. Ordered through the app, got home, opened up my bag and 4 things were missing in my order. I'm not mad at this point because management or corporate doesn't care enough to fix these issues and me doing this review will mean absolutely nothing! Hey chipotle, when you have a 2 star rating for this particular restaurant it's probably not a problem with the customers but more so your management, Franchise owners. Stopped for dinner last night. Wow, this place needs an overhaul. It was a mess and the food was a mess.

Lizard and I had a burrito and a bowl and they were both great. The folks working here were on top of their game and the kitchen and seating area were spic and span. I would say that the quality and freshness were on par with the excellent Chipotle where we lived in Woodland Hills CA. Having the drive through is awesome and I could see the staff preparing the orders with the same care they took with the food prepared in front of us. The location is also very handy for shopping and picking up a quick bite. read more

I really don't think this franchise will ever learn how to not make their clients sick. Early Feb I walked in and pick up a burrito bowl. The next day I was bent over which debilitating food poisoning. Followed by a day with chest pains that led me to walk into the emergency room. Where I was rushed to a hospital an hour away and then diagnosed with tachycardia and pericarditis. To think this chain just dealt with a huge class action lawsuit... I guess they will never learn. When we arrived today, we were ignored for several minutes while 2 workers were sharing their phone photos with each other. They had a third worker come up to serve us. Fresh ingredients, quick service. Just what we expected for takeout burritos and burrito bowls. Not sure why others rate so low. The food was good - like at other Chipotle locations. Tables were clean and there were plenty of napkins and utensils. Some Chipotle locations have fresh lemon wedges by the water/tea dispenser but there weren't any at this location when we were served, so maybe a 4.5 is appropriate but gave a 5 anyway. read more

Do not go to this Chipotle, it is the worst one I've ever been to. All the food looks disgusting. I paid $14 for a quesadilla and was told I could only have meat and cheese on it. Went there during my lunch break and employees were shooing customers away because they ran out of food. Went back another time and they were closed again. Went to this place today at 11:15. They had been open for 30 minutes. The first thing I noticed where that the chairs were still up on the tables,even though their were 2 diners sitting. One person was sitting at the communal table with the dirty floor rugs rolled up on the stools next to him. We ordered 2 bowls to eat there, and when we went to get the plastic forks, there were none. NONE. We asked an employee to get us forks, and he said they had none. He did suggest we could eat with a knife. He truly did. Thankfully, we found the last 2 spoons. We took the chairs off the table, which, by the way, were filthy. Never cleaned last night or cleaned this morning for sure. When we were ordering at this early time, we also noticed how all the bins that hold the food were just about empty. It was going into lunch hour, and they were empty. The soda counter was disgusting. The garbage holder had no garbage cans in there, so people had to put their garbage on top of the counter. The floors were never washed last night or swept. The place was gross. Then the manager came out to talk to us. It took her a bit of time to realize chairs were still up, but they didn't notice the dirty tables, though. I told her she should go to BJs right next door and buy plastic silverware, and she informed me her company would not be happy with that. Is the company policy let them eat food with their hands!! She gave excuse after excuse but missed most of the issues and had no solutions. Worst chipotle experience ever. This should never happen. I was a food and beverage director for over 14 years. Excited Pittsfield now has chipotle! Great news that I no longer have to drive far to have this deliciousness! I ordered online and went through the drive-thru around 6 pm. The wait in drive-thru was about 30+ minutes. They did seem to be busy inside. I get to the window first thing the guy said was "name on the order" (no greeting but that's ok) I gave my name, and he stated that they were working on it now. Moments later hands me a bag. I did have to go inside because I was missing items and man, was I glad I did! I've never seen so many Karens in one place. Mostly complaining about being out of things (the workers can't control that) and how ridiculous the wait was. If you go early in the day it's not as busy and they're not out of items. Don't even try it! On the evening of 8/26 we ordered over a hundred dollars worth of food online. I accidentally put in my email address incorrectly and never got a receipt or order number as a result. Went to pick up food and they were out of chips... but helpfully included (and charged us for) the 4 quesos, salsas and guacamole we ordered to eat with said missing chips. We were told to reach out to the 833 number to request a refund as they "can't do that in store". The issue is that you can get absolutely NOWHERE without an order number either online or on the website. We drove back to the store after attempting to eat our disgusting food (each item was wrong in some way- and aim pretty sure my chicken was really chopped up shoe leather). The atmosphere of the store matched what was put in our bag... disgusting. Food everywhere, people waiting all around, lots of confusion, NOT clean. The manager on duty, Victoria, was lovely but not helpful- she said there was nothing they could do in store but that we would be hearing from the general manager- Vince I believe? Well, 3 days later and nada. And I just spent an hour online trying to get my money back only to talk to about 5 different bots. If you're craving a gross burrito do yourself a favor and spend half the money and go to Taco Bell. This place is awful. Never again. read more
