My food was great. Service was great for how busy they where and packed with drive thru orders, door dash, mobile orders, Uber eats orders, drive thru mobile orders and front counter orders. I couldn't imagine having to deal with drive thru and taking orders in store nevermind all the delivery services they now have to pack and bag food for as well as everything else. Staff is pretty pleasant if there was ever an issue with my food like 1x the manager on apologized and had it remade immediately. I do recommend this BK. Severely understaffed, which is on the management. The drive-thru line frequently extends around the corner onto First St. itself; which I'm sure leads to customers getting angry at the poor kids trying to keep up, who for their part are very polite. WILL screw up your order around 70% of the time though. When you order online it lets you customize your selections, so I assume it shows up right there on the screen for the person making it. But I'll put in for two bacon swiss melts with no onions and chicken nugs with buffalo sauce... and get two mushroom melts WITH onions and barbecue sauce for the nuggets. More often than not, it's pretty extensively wrong. Again I think it's down to being rushed and undermanned. Wish it was better, but right now kind of a disaster. read more

I've been in Customer Service for over 25 years. One of my first jobs was at Burger King. My parents taught me to clean and perform daily hygiene. Burger King reinforced this learning with further teaching and guidance. Shit! Whatever happened to "Have It Your Way?" With a smile, curteousness, sanitization policy and procedures. McDonald's, Burger King, etc. are learning platforms lead by Owners, Managers, Supervisiors and Team Leaders. Part of their team effort is to implement, instill workplace core values, consistently setting prime examples. Coming back from the rest room with out washing your hands, then returning to your workstation washing your hands a 2nd time and using sanitizer and gloves is grounds for prevents spreading of airborne diseases and other contamenants and IS grounds for dismissal. PERIOD! Shit like that begins at home, and he/she would be embarrassed coming anywhere near my kitchen at home. Another issue is throwing inexperienced trainees and newhires on a counter and drive-thru when they have not been throughly trained and shadowed by modeled Team Lead or Trainer. What ever happened to that Jia or Jiana that was working there at the 29 1st street location. Everytime, I came in I was always greeted with her smile. They need her back!!! Oh, do you know I still put my ketchup on with 2 tomatoes, Onions, 3 Rings of ketchup. Then Mayo and lettuce topper baby!! Omg , for a business that has a monopoly on fast food in downtown pittsfield ma you guys suck the big one . I used to favor Bk over mcdonalds but everytime i visit you guys you employees that look as if they were hired from the homeless shelter that accompanies your parkinglot treat me like a second class citizen if I am to expect good food and a speedy delivery . I know this is burgerking we are talking about and not a sit down overall dining experience that is supposed to be 5 star , but at least hot food and good attitude from your employees . Now there was only 1 car in front of me in the drive thru and you guys werent too busy but I had to pull up for my massive order lol . No problem , I would rather pull up if it means im getting nice hot breakfast . However I pull up and watch all 5 cars behind me in the drive thru get all their food and pull off . I went inside to get my food as it seemed that I had been forgot about . I grabbed my food now that its been almost 15 minutes of waiting and im running late for work now . Well I get to work and there is no syrup in my bag for my french toast sticks .....I suppose i could of ate them plain or with ketchup but there wasnt any ketchup either lol . Not too mention I was really dissappointed that my food was cold as well and not fresh like I was expecting it after my extensive wait time . I usually deal with it , but this was really annoying so I went back and got my money back .
