Obviously annoyed by months of playing defense over smaller portion sizes, Chipotle CEO Scott Boatwright actually told a group of investment analysts that if consumers want bigger portions all they have to do is ask and any team member will gladly provide them free of charge. I thought i'd try a quesadilla from chipotle this time and ordered the sofritas quesadillas, but it didn't seem to have anything else except cheese in it and even then it was not very much in my opinion. Made a mobile order that was suppose to be ready at 7:30, received the order at 8. Although the wait was long, what really appalled me was the state of the restaurant. The floor of the prep area was covered in trash. It wasn't just fallen food from the prep area, but it was actually trash from an over following trashcan that has been spread about the whole prep area. I have worked in a similar restaurant and I would feel extremely disgusted if I was working in these conditions. On November 21st around 12:55pm I was waiting on line to order when I overheard a women yelling "I'm your supervisor and she's just a crew member". I looked over and it was management yelling at a crew member. There were a few people around as well waiting for their orders. As someone who has worked in the retail industry, I found this to be extremely unprofessional. Management should never be yelling at an employee in front of customers. This needs to be addressed. There are ways to speak to an employee about a situation and this was uncalled for. This location needs to train their management better before it begins to affect their crew members. read more

Upgraded!! This chipotle has struggled in the past. From being closed without notice, to poor customer service--I must say I had a great experience the last two times we ate at this location. Portions were generous! Everyone seemed to be working as a team and were welcoming. They had every option available, nothing was sold out. In the past you had to order online, even if the store front was open but they've since gone back to ordering face-to-face. Pro-tip: if you're taking your bowl home order your rice, beans, meat & cheese in the bowl and all your toppings on the side. This way when you get home you can re-heat the "hot" stuff and add the cold toppings after. Sometimes you'll get a worker who gets upset at the extra work and other times they'll be more than happy to do it for you. read more

Our family love the food and do takeout almost once a week. But we have been frustrated by the fact that this place cannot seem to get their takeout order for four people correct! There was once that all our orders are messed up (e.g. ordered quesadilla carnitas but got quesadilla with cheese, etc.), but more frequently (and by that I mean almost every time!), one or two items from the kid's meal or sides have been missed completely, kid's milk, chips, additional tortillas, you name it...It is so frustrating that after 20 minutes drive home you discovered your order is not correct and someone in our family will be hungry during dinner. It is very disappointing and almost ridiculous that a well-established restaurant chain like Chipotle cannot simply ensure their employees pack the correct takeout orders. Today we dined at your Chipotle Restaurant in Wayne, PA. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a friendly smile by Zak. He took our order and prepared our food as ordered. Zak and all employees were very well dressed and looked professional. The restaurant including the toilet was clean. The counters were well stocked. actually egregious how skimpy the portions have gotten here especially if you are ordering for delivery. my campus organization spent over $17+ per bowl just to open them up more or less 30% empty. how can you justify skimping on the protein when we paying so much? My wife and I have ordered from this Chipotle numerous times, and it's always pretty good. Sometimes our orders are slightly delayed, but never too much, and I imagine it's because they get super busy. Guacamole is sometimes really tasty and other times not so much, but that's basically the norm for Chipotle. I will say that their burritos and burrito bowls are usually pretty packed full of food, which is definitely a good thing (I hate paying for a burrito, which is supposed to be my dinner, and then seeing some shrimpy, three-bite thing). We needed to change the baby, and the Misses just wanted something to snack on, so we went in since we were already at Trader Joes next door. Immediately upon walking in, the place was FILTHY. Every single table was dirty. There was lettuce and rice and straw wrappers and plastic cutlery and what not all over the floor. The trash cans were overflowing. Ewww. I ordered from this location today and had it delivered. I'm upset that I ordered something though the mobile app and my order was delivered incorrectly. I ordered a veggie bowl and did not select Fajita Veggies, yet that was in my bowl. If I wanted something in my order, I would have specified it in my order. The restaurant was fairly crowded at the time we entered, and my friend did wait quite some time in line. We sat down at an empty table that could have used some cleaning. I ordered a Burrito Bowl with a tortilla on the side. Overall, I was very satisfied with my food. All of the ingredients had the fresh and uniquely special taste that Chipotle's food has. For mobile ordering, I would recommend this particular location. My order was accurate and solid quality. I came here this past weekend because I found myself to be a little hungry right before doing my grocery shopping at the Trader Joe's that is located in the same shopping strip. I thought that it was a perfect time to try the new cauliflower rice with lime and cilantro that was just recently introduced at Chipotle. It is nearing the end of January 2021, and while I know that the COVID-19 pandemic is still not over, I think that this particular store's way of handling things is atrocious. The major problem is that all ordering is online and pickup only. This poses a problem in that it sections out a whole group of people who do not prefer to use online ordering. Many people are not technologically-inclined, and I think that they should still be allowed to order and eat food. I saw this with my own eyes as I stood there trying to order online, whilst an older woman with children was very confused that she was ONLY able to order online. Another set of customers was also upset by this, all while I stood there waiting for my food to be made. I completely understand the frustration of these customers because it also made no sense to me. It's one thing to say no dining in, but why does everyone need to order online and stand around in the store? If the doors are open for pickup and customers can walk right up to the cash register, it's clear that they are going to think that they can also order and pay in person. This is also the only Chipotle that I know of that is doing things this way. You absolutely SHOULD be able to order and to pay in person. That problem aside, the extra $2.25 that I had to pay for the cauliflower rice was clearly money wasted. There was almost no cauliflower rice at all, anywhere. It's a good thing that I was watching my calories and macros with that particular meal on that day, because I would have had a bigger issue otherwise. I gave them one star above the lowest possible because the portion of meat was actually pretty decent. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this Chipotle again. I'll stick to one of the ones closer to me. read more
