Honestly I don't leave reviews often but this location is a really good chipotle. I've been ordering through the app for quite a while and only ONCE (1) did they forget something (guac). I had minimum problems at this location before covid but I went for the first time in awhile today and it was tragic. The food was late and backed up by 20 minutes at least, people had to stand around waiting all around the store attempting to social distance, and multiple bags of food were all close together on a couple tables with people swarming around them looking for theirs. I could also see into the way back in the kitchen a worker wasn't wearing his mask, he had it dangling by one ear while preparing food. I got my food and it was incorrect also. Ordered 3 hard taco shells and only got 1 with 2 soft shells. They also skimped out on ingredients. Very disappointing. read more

Way too loud and too much background noise because there is no decor to absorb the sound. Also, the music could have been a little softer. Couldn't hear the servers behind the counter ask me what I wanted, so I did not get my steak burrito just as I wanted. The burrito itself was just ok. Let's talk about good food when it's done right. Or let's talk about customer service that should have customers as top priority. Well not here or at least at this location. I ordered three times, once in February, second in March and my last was this past week. Food was inconsistent, flavor and temperature, portion size was very small, the qeso blanco was not cooked and prepared right. Now the manager at that location needs to learn how to treat customers and people in general. We are not your pets for you talk like you own us. Have some respect, woman! Before February visit everything was great, I could give 5 stars across but now I'm only giving one star because they refund my last order. read more

This location is always dirty and I usually stop by on my way home from work cause it's the only one on my way home. I usually get there by 830 -9pm the latest and they are always out of chips or start putting chairs up and are sweeping the floors when they are open till 10pm. I had heard advertisements on the radio lately and it sounded so nice, they cut, chop, mash, cook and all kinds of other fancy advertisement language used to romance it. Then I went there and it is industrial cold factory foodline almost like the hamburger place where everything is almost done by machine or so so regulated and weighed that it just doesnt seem real. The servers were almost machine like too. I got a burrito bowl and was not at all impressed. For what I got the price wasnt very reasonable, nothing in it tasted like the ad said; fresh hand cut and cooked. After ordering and while eating I watched one of the service people handle money with their food service gloves on then handle food without changing gloves. I wish I had taken a photo of how filthy this location was today. None of the tables had been cleaned off and the floor was dirty as well. There was a pile of plastic spoons on the floor behind the register which every employee was walking around instead of picking up. Do they not have a manager? Delicious food and great prices! It gets a little noisy in there but oh well. I always get a chicken burrito and it definitely fills me up! I recommend asking the people who make it to "grill" it, it adds a light crispiness to the tortilla and really makes it that much better. If you live in Taunton or Raynham it's a great in between place for Taco Bell which is dirt cheap and not authentic Mexican, and El Mariachi which is delicious but can be more expensive. Give this place a try if you like burritos or Mexican food! read more

I love Chipotle. But this Chipotle stinks!! They are always out of something! I have been here about 10 times, and maybe twice they had what I order. Either you're waiting for chicken, or they have no lettuce, or no chips, no sour cream, no green salsa...it really is something everytime. And I've been there all different times of day. I could see if they ran out of something a half hour before close, but not at 7PM! Not going to this Chipotle anymore. read more

I am a huge fan of the Chipolte Mexican Grill chain. Let's talk about this particular location though! It is attached to Plaza which is within the same parking lot area as Friendly's. Upon entering Chipolte the decor is very industrial looking; I actually like it. The biggest downside though is the audio. When you order your food you kind of have to raise your voice. They must not have much padding in the walls. They have terrible acoustics. Even when you go to sit down you can hear other people yelling order what they would like on their food. If you can get passed all of that you will be fine. The food is great and very enjoyable. I would say it's a little hard to love the staff just cause of the acoustics, though I have never had any bad issues with them either. read more

Bad food, the portion was way smaller than other chipotle I've been to, I'm a loyal advocate for chipotle. But such a disappointment this time. The rice was undercooked, the center is still hard, the steak was over-cooked like a rock. The lettuce was yellow and far from fresh the guacamole smelled! The services... I don't wanna even start, why such a rush? There weren't that many people in line. I've ordered extra chicken in the quesadilla! Where is the extra chicken? Unbelievable! normally i do not write bad reviews but i think this place deserves it. specifically this Chipotle. my girlfriend and i order from here at about 1230pm and they said the estimated time of arrival was 126pm. So the door dash work sent us updates on our food while she waited for it. Telling us how sorry she was for taking so long. so it was about 240 when she sent the message saying we should contact chipotle. so we thanked her and called. during the call the worker was respectful and whatnot, but she insisted that our order was not there. she said that the only order there was an order for 1230pm so that cant be our order it to old. i then said that was our order and we been waiting all this time. so i canceled my order because there is no reason we should have waited that long. read more

I love this food! The space is great. I prefer the medium salsa because of the taste. I like it hot so add a bit of the hot as needed.

I like to come to Chipotle when I am craving them on my lunch breaks, and I LOVE that there is one finally close to me! I don't get anything except the burrito bowl, and unlike the other reviewers, I have never had a problem with my bowl. I get exactly what I ask for, and when they don't give me a certain amount of rice, guac, beans Ect, I just politely ask for another scoop, and I've never been turned down. The meal is always a perfect size for me and the workers seem to actually enjoy their job! Overall the food is great, but the atmosphere is a little on the downside. I don't like that I can see and hear everything that is going on, and it seems like they would rather have you do take out as opposed to eating in. But its just the design of the place and I think they were going for an open atmosphere, so I can't really knock it down. The only real downside, is that the parking lot is such a cluster. Good luck parking and getting in and out of the lot as its so tiny and so many cars. read more

Our family enjoys Chipolte at various locations. Today I was visiting the Raynham location as I got out of my car in front of the building, there was a TERRIBLE smell, like rotting carcass, I understand that this may be beyond their control, but was very unappetizing. Then inside waiting in line I watched a young gentleman make a HUGE burrito for the customer in front of me. He then asked for help and a young lady came over. She put a TINY amount of rice and maybe a tablespoon of Black Beans. I was ordering a bowl, so no tortilla, I expect a little more rice for this price. I asked her for a bit more and she scolded me saying "we have to closely watch our portions" Are you kidding me?! I will not visit this restaurant again. Love Chipotle. Today was the first time I have gone to the Raynham location, and I was super impressed. The food is always good at Chipotle, but the customer service was the best here. I went with my sister, who has food allergies. When she informed the young man making her food of her allergies, he took off the gloves he was wearing, told her he was going to was his hands and put on new gloves. It was so nice how respectfully he treated her, which is not always the case when we dine out. Another worker then proceeded to completely wipe down the counter before they prepared her food to prevent any cross contamination. They were so accommodating and friendly, it was really refreshing to see. My burrito bowl was delicious, and there was no long line to wait in! I will definitely be back! read more

As much as I love Chipotle, they really need to train their staff on wrapping burritos. Every time, and it doesn't matter who it is...I end up having a massive spill out. I Have asked them to re-wrap a couple of times and was treated poorly because of it, ( Including the manager, who acted like she was above re-wrapping).
