I went to this Chipotle location today during my lunch break while it was raining and when I got there they told me that I couldn't place an order and take it with me that I had to place an order online for them to hand it to me then they couldn't even give me an explanation of why I had to do an online order she said they don't even have any right now I could do it and they could give it right to me so I asked can't I just tell her what I want and they told me no I asked who I can complain to and they said to call and talk to the manager Michelle and then when you call it automatically disconnects you. Chipotle has never let me down, other than their mediocre queso. The employees making your food always get you in and out in usually less than 5 minutes which is perfect if you are on the go! You are also allowed to get free double portions of almost everything except for the meat (chicken/steak) which is awesome. It's Chipotle and I crave it like a crack dusted cupcake! As others have pointed out the staff needs some re-training or assistance. I don't typically eat meat so a little extra rice or beans is what I'm looking for. One employee will put 1/2 a spoon of mild salsa and the next 2 cups of sour cream, it's just not consistent. We love Chipotle. Last night we went inside to eat and the restaurant was filthy. There was only 6 customers sitting inside so they didn't have an excuse that they were to busy to clean. Every table was dirty and the floor looked like someone had toddlers inside and spilled their plate on the floor and not cleaned up. There was one young man making the meals by himself who did a great job and we told him. When we got to the Guacamole it was almost black. We asked if they had anymore and he said no that was all that had left. That was at 6:00 PM. Looking for a manager we couldn't find one but we did see several employees in the back one with a child about 2 years old who never came out on the floor the entire time we were there. I can understand if they had been understand if was a lunch rush, super busy or short- staffed but there were plenty of employees standing around that could have cleaned up. read more

The food is not great at this location, the portions are tiny compared to other Chipotle's I've been at the staff is also very rude and incompetent. The location is badly located with not enough parking, which just compounds the frustration of waiting forever for people to make the order and then you get a tiny portion. It's Chipotle. It's delicious and will satisfy you like no other quick Mexican spot, but wheeeen are they going to get the vegi-chicken that so many other Chipotles around the nation has? We've been regular customers at this Chipotle since it opened. After covid started we ordered online several times, and every single order had something wrong with it. We chalked it up to new ways of doing things and having stumbles so we didn't complain. When we did go in to order we were always treated with kindness and our orders were good portions and tasty food... until today. The music was loud, and I guess the server could not hear me well especially with the mask on, but she messed my order up, got very annoyed with me and gave me half of what I usually get. On down the line the portions continued to be small on my order, smaller than they've ever been before for our orders. I talked to the manager who happened to be first server who got annoyed with me. I told her it was the most stressful experience we had at Chipotle. The summary of what she said was she shouldn't be on the line but she had callouts, and that every other customer was happy. I did tell her I did not expect her to fix my order, but to be aware of how they make their customers feel. She let me know it wasn't their problem, but my problem and to have a nice day. At which point I left with no intention of returning. If Chipotle has changed this much then it's time to take my business elsewhere. read more

This is by far the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Placed an order at 11:15 and was told it would be delivered by 11:51 am. Didn't arrive until 12:32 pm. My food arrived ICE COLD. No way I could place in the microwave since I ordered lettuce in my bowl. I contacted the store and was told it was already picked up and there was nothing they could do. I contacted the driver and he was lost and spoke minimal english. I tried contacting DoorDash with less success and was told "We apologize for the inconvenience, but nothing we can do". What type of service is this. Chipotle used to be my weekly lunch run plus twice a month on the weekends, I will be looking elsewhere for my lunch and weekend visits. Visited for lunch. The line moves quickly, but you better know what you want once you get to the front. They push you through quickly, which could be misunderstood as rude as previous yelpers have mentioned. Good was well stocked. This chipotle was very spotty when they first opened ( as any restaurant would be) but they have since cleaned up their act quite a bit. I ordered chicken, and they gave me steak. Then they told me I just had to deal with it because they were too busy to make it again. They still charged me for a steak burrito and it was terrible quality. I've had really good chipotle and mediocre chipotle, but this was extraordinarily bad. During the Covid-19 me and my family of four we ordered online for takeout and when we got our food and brought it home there was half of the normal portion very little wilted lettuce, all the toppings were little to none, all five of us order fajitas and got none, also with three vegetarians one bowl was very spicy and who knows if there was meat. So we called there manger and got a refunded meal thankfully, so we went down to the restaurant and saw the workers that were around food didn't have any protection no mask no gloves ( not to ease drop but there was this one guy who hand food in his meal) but that's not my story to tell. This is very very good to know that we were try to support a local restaurant during this tuff time and this is how they serve us, not going to be going back soon. And we didn't get any chips and the order was prety expensive and got half a bowl for seven dollars. read more

I joined Yelp just to be able to review this Chipotle. I love the concept of Chipotle because they serve clean food without junk in it and I have a limited diet. We've eaten at many different Chipotles which have been great and so full of flavor.... but this location has disappointed me in so many ways that I finally had it and stopped going. It's sad since there aren't many restaurants I can eat from. Anyway, the portion are scant and I only ask for 4 ingredients! They never have dressing made and the rice is always lacking flavor. BUT the worst is that now they've been out of ingredients routinely! No spicy corn, one of the meats is out, and I wasn't going to pay full price for having half the ingredients. That leaves me with rice and lettuce! So disappointing that I'm sad but finally got so angry since a restaurant is supposed to have their ingredients available! So long Chipotle. read more

It's a little intimidating at first since it's loud and you have to tell them what you want assembly line fashion like subway (although Subway s much more sedate) but you can actually order online ahead of time if you want. Not the greatest. Each time I go I try something different in hopes I will love it, no way. Soft tacos are squished in foil. By time I get home, 7 minutes away, they are cold and soggy. I have celiacs disease. I informed them I had a gluten allergy and needed corn tortillas. They served me flour. I got extreme sick after two bites. When my husband informed them of the mistake they accused me of lying and never asking for them. I watched the entire staff mock me throwing up in the bathroom. The manager was doing it too.
