Waited 45 minutes for an order that was placed online. When I asked the front worker if they had any issues with the order / an estimate for the order, he responded with "I didnt see it. it's not here." When I showed them the order with confirmation number, the same worker asked me to write the order down on a receipt paper and put the paper up on an order wall where no one was going to see it rather than saying / doing anything about it. When the same worker wasn't doing anything, he would go to the back and snag bites of food. I understand that technology doesn't work 100% and that some days are crappy and longer than others, but it's really unacceptable that no one did anything to improve the situation during a low traffic time. read more

Came here on national taco day to get my lunch time taco fix. I have had the tacos at other locations before so I figure I can't go wrong. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my three tacos. I ordered the crispy tacos with beef. They were so stingy with the beef and cheese it was ridiculous! The only thing they were generous with was the lettuce! For $7.50 I would expect more than lettuce tacos with a sprinkling of beef and cheese. Good thing I order the chips and queso or I would have left hungry! I don't see myself coming back Chipotle. Terrible experience! I had ordered through the app because I was in a hurry for work. When I arrived, I was told my order would take an extra 15 mins or so because their system crashed. Fine, I can be patient and understand but it's weird watching walk ups get their food first. Anyway, over 20 mins goes by and come to find out they don't have my order. The girl at the register asks if I am at the right place, so I show her my receipt. Then the girl with green hair next to her asks the same in a snarky way and suggests I get back in line; now I'm pissed! First girl takes notes and gets my order. Well then while at home on a call I learn my burrito doesn't have any chicken. I received a tortilla with pretty much all rice. So all that time and frustration and they still got my order wrong!! I have been to this Chipotle many times. And it has always been good. The staff friendly and efficient. But today I went with my daughter and experienced a great improvement in the quality and presentation of the food. The chicken was perfect, the steak was juicy and fresh, the rice fluffy and perfectly cooked and the guac was fresh and cool. Additionally, the dining room was neat and tidy. I had spent many years in restaurant kitchens, so know what it takes to present quality food consistently, and also recognize when there is a clear improvement and management focus on details. Clearly there has been a positive change here. My compliments to the management and staff for a great experience and a great meal. Thank you. read more

Honestly one of the worst chipotles I've ever had. I used to eat chipotle 2-3 times a week before moving made this location became my closest option. They don't read/care about the instructions from online orders (don't pay for double meat unless you order in person because they won't do it.), give you the wrong drinks, don't give you extra anything you ask for. The tortillas are burnt and the food quality tastes low. Not sure what's going on or why this location is so much worse than others. Genuinely hoping they fix it ASAP. read more

This may be an unfair 3 stars (vs 4), but I remember I used to lust after chipotle's barbacoa. Then, I learned how to make it at home in the crock pot. I might like my home cooked version better now? Either way, we popped in here for lunch, and got my normal barbacoa salad. I must have gotten used to Freebirds, because the salad just felt tiny. Next time I need to ask for extra greens and veggies and maybe that will solve things. I get the same thing every time I come here. Well, that's not exactly true. Sometimes I switch beef for chicken, and sometimes I get a burrito, while other times I get a bowl. But other than that, all other ingredients remain the same: white rice, black beans, steak (or chicken), sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. No salsa. No lettuce. I'll likely never try their queso. To go. Always to go. Lots of napkins. An obscene amount of napkins. Then I walk a couple of doors down to Firebowl, where my wife is, because she hates Chipotle. read more

I honestly love Chipotle and typically have a very good experience with the chain but this location wasn't the best. I got here right as it opened and had to wait a while before they started my order because the tortilla warmer wasn't working. So they just gave me the cold tortilla. Most of my burrito was cold and definitely not as good as other locations. And my grandmothers bowl was cold as well, beans we're stiff, and rice was definitely not fully cooked. I've been to many chipotles and this one always ends up being the slowest I've been to. Just when I think it can't get worse. Even with one person in front of us we waited for forever. The portions are varied within the bowl so you end up tasting one thing. I asked for quac on the side and she put it on the burrito and gave us a side. The woman putting toppings on walked away as there was a line getting really long. She was gone for several minutes so naturally it took even longer to get our food. First time at this location--huge Chipotle fanatic here. Literally got off a plane from France and drove straight here after craving it for weeks. Quality of food and cleanliness was great. Most of the customer service was great--MOST... The experience was quickly ruined by the young, Asian female, working the front line at 8pm tonight. She appeared disgruntled throughout my time there. When I asked her for medium salsa for the chips, she ignored me and refused to look up from food line. I asked again to no avail. It took the guy at the cash register telling her to get the salsa during my ring-up to get it. Upon filling up the plastic cups, she slammed them down loudly near the cash register, startling everyone in near proximity. I think she may have realized that she had overstepped her boundaries because she quickly looked up and attempted to play it off with a short,"there you go." Thankfully, I love my Chipotle. I'm honestly not sure if this is really a Chipotle or some guy pulling a con. Like most yelpers on this page I'm a big fan of Chipotle. We recently moved from Parmer and Metric area to Pflugerville and this location is now the closest to us and wow, do I miss my Parmer Chipotle. These guys are stingy. I mean to the point of absurdity. It's a half scoop of rice (if they have any out to begin with), half scoop of steak, half scoop of everything. I've been to at least 5 different Chipotles and the burrito I get at this one is about half the size of everywhere else. I'm constantly having to ask for more, which they'll oblige but not by much. I get maybe a 1/4 scoop more. They never keep their sweet tea dispenser full either. I think maybe once I got a full cup of sweet tea and that's it. Because it's the only one in it's area, it's always busy. Especially around 7-8, be prepared to wait 20 mins or longer for your food. Part of the problem I believe is that there's too many people working the line. You wind up having to repeat your order to several people before it's all done and it slows everything down. I know that managers of Chipotle get something like a $10,000 bonus for running exceptional stores. If exceptional means being highly profitable and that's all, I'm sure the manager is making a killing in bonuses. They make their long lines of customers pay full price for a half-product. Believe me, drive the extra 10 minutes to the Parmer Lane location. The time you save by not standing in line plus the superior product is well worth it. read more

Yes, I'm giving a chain 5 stars. What can I do? I love Chipotle, and I do frequent this Chipotle more than others in the past. I've always had great experiences with the staff here. Whenever I decide to order on my phone before hand, they are either on time or nice enough to give me a drink to wait until it's ready. Being so close to Dell, this place is BUSY BUSY BUSY during lunch time. If you have the luxury, don't go between 11:30 and 1:00 pm. But, the line does move pretty fast if you must go. Chipotle is a great option if you have a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, or any type of picky eater with you. read more

Very disappointed in the food today. First off I did an online order and got to the store and if i wouldn't have gotten there at the time i did someone else would of gotten my food because they gave my order to someone else once i showed up and they had to run after the person to get my food back. I more than likely would of had to wait another 15-30 min for my food if showed up a min later. Secondly, my order was completely wrong I asked for items that I didn't want in my burrito bowl and to be on the side were All in my burrito bowl. So it was just mush by the time I got it home. Lastly, the chips were stale as cardboard, the guacamole was black I had to scape off the top off it to even see any green and still i just couldn't eat it. I feel that I was robbed of a good meal and time and money. I feel I should be completely refunded or some type of compensation. My wife was not happy and I myself was beyond irate about this situation. I feel that chipotle's corporate office should order from this location in secret and see how they get served. This location is always fast, and gives you plenty of meat and toppings. I remember the chipotle on guadalupe by campus was so skimpy with their steak. I recommend coming to this location on a beautiful day, grab a seat outside, try to avoid watching the dell employees come in and out, it's usually not a sight to see. I love Chipotle. I think I've mentioned that before, but in case I haven't: it's amazing. Total fan here. This review is really 3.5 stars, but I round up to 4 because the food is still great every time I come here. I think this store's main problem is that it is just overwhelmed. It's always slammed, and the employees just seem exhausted (but they still manage to attempt to be cordial). It doesn't seem to matter if you come on a weeknight for dinner, or weekend lunch - expect to wait a while, and the line moves fairly slow. But that's really the only negative I've got. No issues with the food quality, or location, or dining area. Other than that, it's your typical Chipotle, and you can expect the same great quality here as their other locations. Let's just hope that the north Austin 'burbs can get another location (or two!) to ease the huge demand that this store obviously gets! read more
