It's fast food, so slow customer service and staff confusion at times comes with the territory. I keep that in mind when I go in for lunch and find the food here is very fresh and delicious. More so than other chipotles I've been to in the area. Sometimes they are out of different meats, so I pivot and choose something else. It doesn't bother me because I'd rather wait or choose something else than get chicken/meat that was mixed and cooked yesterday. (My preference, I totally get that for others it can be a serious inconvenience, especially when you have food limitations and you're hungry.) I normally get the salad (yes I have to ask for extra lettuce every time), whatever chicken they have, a 1/2 scoop of rice, bell peppers, pico de Gallo and the cilantro sauce. Soooo good. My husband and daughter always get tacos, they love the honey chicken as well. We always get there in house sweet tea or berry aqua Fresca. The place is always clean. If you're patient the staff is mostly accommodating and nice. It's been clean every time I've been there. read more

Okay, I'm sadly having to change my review, and get it now. Their portions are getting smaller and smaller while their prices are going up. I know it isn't the staff's fault. They're controlled and monitored by corporate. But the last time I ate here, I was disappointed with the food's taste as well. The chicken was bland and not seared properly like it used to be. They also always seem to be out of veggies. The staff is always nice, and I do appreciate their kindness, but between the outrageous food-to-price ratio and the constant dirty tables, I'm not sure we'll keep going. It also seems some of their long-time great staff recently left, because I don't see them anymore, and it seems the standards have changed quite a bit. It shows in the store's taste, quality, and cleanliness, as those factors were probably important in making it a great location. Kindness alone won't make a great Chipotle. Bummer. read more

This is my second review. I decided to give them another try. And when I went in, they were out of almost every ingredient. I called corporate because I was so upset with how many times I've been disappointed by this location. It is closest to my house so I really wish it was much better because chipotle is one of my favorites. After speaking to someone on customer support, I was confident that they would fix the problem. Now fast-forward to today about a month later. I go in and they had a lot of the ingredients which was great. Unfortunately it was a bunch of kids that were the staff, and they were all messing around right in front of everybody. While the kitchen was a mess. Regardless I got my stuff and I get home and realized they forgot to give me my chips that I'd pay for (this is the second time this has happened). But okay whatever, so I continue to eat my food. After a couple bites I noticed the chicken is raw. this is the final straw. I had to throw away the entire bowl. I will not be giving this location another chance and I really hope someone steps in and helps this place. I really hope I don't get sick. read more

I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle location. The fajitas were completely burnt, and when I bit into my burrito, I found a big piece of onion peel and an entire bay leaf inside -- which I unfortunately chewed on. I went back to the restaurant to show them, and at first, one of the employees was polite and immediately offered to remake the burrito. But then the manager (Ivan or Evan) came over, and instead of simply apologizing, he started explaining that the bay leaf is part of the rice and they "just forgot to take it out," and that the onion peel was a "mistake." When I told him it ruined my dinner, his response was, "Did you not eat any of the burrito?" -- which was both dismissive and unprofessional. I've always liked Chipotle, but this location really needs to work on food quality and customer service. read more

I ordered a salad that usually comes with a vinaigrette, noticed that it wasn't there so i went through the mobile lane, which is where i picked up my order, and told the very entitled rude guy at the window that i was missing my vinaigrette and he rudely responded "cause we're all out" I understand your job can be stressful buddy but I've worked in customer service my whole life and have never spoken to someone that way. I was ok with this location until my last visit. On my last visit I was super excited to try the Brisket and the young man making my order saw that the meat dish was empty, he called out for more brisket. But before they could bring some he scrapes the little tiny pieces at the bottom of the used up dish and puts it on my bowl and says "just enough". Would he have made that bowl for himself? Probably not! He would have waited for the fresh brisket- right? Everybody wants nice yummy juicy pieces of brisket and not burnt little chips left at the bottom of the used dish after the day. I have never tried Chipotle before and got scared off when I saw there's no drive thru LOL. It's actually a mobile order window (you order ahead and pick it up there.But today I got brave and met a friend for lunch. Okay, the food is so fresh! I had guacamole and the white queso (both cost extra) with my barbacoa bowl. The guac had been made just a few hours before and the chips too. This location was great, the employees were friendly and the dining area was clean! There were a few high chairs too if you have a baby in tow. Now I have to give the new Haslet location a try. Placed ordered on app, said had issues with placing order but charged card. Tried calling restaurant and it directed me to their AI Bot. Never wanted to forward my call to restaurant so I could ask a team member if my online order went through. The bot said that they could handle my issue so that the employees could focus on making burritos. Never resolved my issue ended up having to go in person and ask and sure enough order never was placed and ended up waiting 20 min. I visited this location today as it is my regular location I visit multiple times each month. I always order the same thing. Today I was ordering my normal burrito bowl with double protein. I ask for more cheese. She puts some cheese I ask for more please. She proceeds to tell me if she adds more cheese she has to charge me. So I ask how much is "extra cheese" because I never have to pay extra for extra cheese not even on the App! None of your employees could tell me what extra cheese costs! I know this is pure nonsense. I pay for double protein which has a clear cost. If your staff is trained to just simply be stingy and lie about something having an extra cost when it doesn't just to avoid bigger portion of a topping that doesn't actually have extra charge then own it. I have heard of this happening at other Chipotles but now I've experienced it myself today. You guys have just lost a good customer over this experience. read more

This is literally the nastiest chipotle food I have ever had. There was a giant hard thing in my steak.... It was disgusting and I haven't ordered meat at Chipotle since. The service - when I order any to go order to pick up in the chipotlane nearly 75% of the time my order is incorrect. They allow people whose orders aren't ready to sit at the window instead of drive around. I really think either their supplier is giving them bad food or the workers don't care about the quality of the cooking and checking. Highly recommend steering clear of this location. This is absolutely the worst Chipotle. They consistently get my order wrong. This is the last time I'm ever going to visit this location. Last time they marked our entrees wrong, didn't include all the requested toppings, and majority of the beef was fat. I went back thinking maybe I was going too late, and maybe going earlier would ensure my order would be correct. WRONG!!! Both burritos we ordered were missing ingredients. On top of that all the meat and guac was on one side of the burrito and all the veggies on the other side.
