Been buying Sunday pizza for all the years this location and before the Saginaw site were in business spending 50-75 weekly. They lost me today because they decided to no longer deliver to the lake. Not sure what business can walk away from long time customers but I will go to another pizza company now. I recommend others to drop them as well. read more

Crappy service. Their website sucks. Ordered tonight and clearly gave me the option for contactless delivery. Not once did they text me to let me know. We have dogs so that's why we said contactless delivery so they will not disturb and just leave at the door. Never ordering carry out from them. They do not specify anything. Charged us a tip for delivery order after stating that it was placed for pick up! Why charge a driver tip for driver if it was set up as pickup! Then refused to refund the tip and said it must have been a glitch!! Pizaa was greasy and the crust was almost not even edible. The one woman there before the other lady helped me was just plane rude and left me standing there. So beware of this location and check your receipt. Basically I ordered two pizzas on 11/24/21. The total came out to 32.44, for a supreme large, and a thin crust 5 topping large. I guess I should've looked at the pizzas as soon as I brought them in the house but I didn't. Unfortunately after I looked at the pizzas the location had already closed. To top it off the pizzas were not mine at all. Instead of my lovely expensive pizzas before me were too cheap pizzas it weren't even similar to anything at all that I ordered. The location was closed the following day due to it being Thanksgiving. Today 11/26/21, I called to see if we could do something about getting me the actual pizzas that I paid for only to be told very rudely that they weren't going to do anything about it. So I suggested if you actually want the pizza that you ordered you don't choose this location. Also, I definitely don't recommend you try to reason with a very rude gentleman who answered my call this evening. He's pretty lucky I don't drive down there and throw the uneaten pizzas at him, but my husband's out of town and I just couldn't let him miss this one. This totally isn't the first issue I've had with this location either, but it's one of two pizza places in my small area that we can order from. I just picked up my food from there, the manager ( I think ), Felix, was extremely rude from the start. I was looking at the board with my name to see if my food was ready cause I didn't want to hold up the line. He looks me in my eyes and goes " what ma'am " with an annoyed face. I said " hello I have an order for ( my name ) I'm just trying to see if it's ready " he rings it up and I say " hold on I might add something to it " I turn to my mom and she said she wants marinara, I ask him to add the sauce. He makes a face and it quiet for a couple minutes then says " I wish you would've said that before I rung it up " he gives me my total with an aggressive tone. I apologize and then pay, I wait for the sauce and he looks at me and huffs and says 86 cents. He threw a fit about ringing something that was 86 cents ??? There's hardly anything in the cup to. There was a lady behind me that he acted the same way with but he spoke politely to a guy that was waiting and even told him to have a good day. Before I left I apologized again and told him thank you and to have a nice day, he didn't respond or look at me but I'm pretty sure he started to roll his eyes. He was also nice to a door dash guy that came in as I was leaving. The food is good but customer service has already made up my mind for me, this was the first time I was there since Saginaw is closed for remodeling. I'll never go to that place again, I'll wait for Saginaw to open or drive all the way to blue mound. That dude does not need to be working there. read more

I don't usually leave reviews. But I would be doing a disservice by not leaving one. Don't purchase from this location. I placed an order for delivery. Was called right after placing the order because they did not have an item. No issue, switched it for something else, all good. Pizza came quickly and was delivered no issue. Started pulling everything out of bag and was missing an item that was the food for my young daughter. Called the location and spoke to a lady. Informed her of the missing item and they gave me 2 options, credit for next order or have it delivered. Went with option 2, my daughter is hungry. Lady on the phone was not happy with that decision and was very rude and sarcastic getting off the phone. 35min pass and still no food, I have a HAngry 4 year old. Called back and the same lady answers. I explain thay I am still waiting on the food. I am told they are very busy and the delivery driver has been in and out and they forgot it. She is going to get it to us this time. ANOTHER 35 min have passed. Still no food. I make my daughter mac & cheese and call the store back and same lady answers. I ask for the manager and a guy by the name of Sotty get on the phone. I explain everything to him and that I no longer want or need the wings. My daughter has already eaten. He says that he found out about the incident 10 min ago and that the wings just left and will be at my house shortly... yes the 8 wings that we should have got over an hour ago are finally on the way. 7 min later they arrive at my door, the Honey BBQ wings with NO Honey BBQ sauce on them. read more

This location is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are multiple problems. They're TV ads AND website stated they have a Tastemaker for $10.00 which you can order by phone OR online. I used to order this all the time. Well, when I called to place the order since I was driving, they told me it was only online. I pushed the issue by stating what their commercial said. The person on the phone said it was only on line, didn't even seem to care, just kept repeating himself. So, I gave in and ordered the large 5 topping. When I got there, the price was approximately $2.00 higher. The $2.00 isn't the problem. It's the fact that online it said one price and upon paying for it, it was higher. When I pointed out the variation in price, the RUDE girl behind the counter, just showed me the receipt. Again, I kept emphasizing the price difference. She just kept being rude and uncaring. It was a short, white female with a limp. When I kept pushing customer service, she handed the problem over to who I guess was the manager. He was just as rude as she was. All he did was print out Another receipt with the same price. He just stared at me rudely. I asked him whatever happened to customer service and the customer always being right. He just continued to stare at me rudely with a @#$$@@! stare. I asked for whoever I could speak with at corporate. He gave me a poorly written piece of paper with the #. When I called corporate the next day, though they were apologetic, all they could offer was an in store credit. To top it all off, the credit was less than the cost and the pizza tasted Horrible! I just threw it away. With such a bad experience, I don't know I'll ever eat an any Pizza Hut again. Sad. they have been my favorite and Only pizza restaurants for Years. Ordered curbside delivery and noticed that there wasn't an option on the website for me to tell them i was here to pick up my food, so i called and said i was here & couldn't find an option to let them know via website. They then told me just to park right outside the store, so i did... FOR 30 MINUTES. I finally had to go inside after calling 3 more times with no answer. I then was told that it was my fault for not letting them know, and i needed to calm down. Absolute terrible customer service. The special was a 3-topping large pizza for $7.99 which I think is great. I ordered a double pepperoni for one and a ham & pineapple on the second -- essentially, none of my orders are 3-toppings but my pepperoni pizza has a stuffed crust so I supposed it evens out the missing 2 other toppings. My pizza came out looking single pepperoni and the other looking burnt. I'm quite unhappy about how my pizzas turned out as well as the service in the store. I said hello when I came in and no one said anything in return or even looked at me; someone from the back walked in face-down and didn't say anything even at the register until I gave my phone number.
