About 8 bucks for a burrito that is too big for most people to eat in one meal. About 10 bucks if you add chips and salsa. They only use fresh high quality ingredients. They build your burrito like subway does subs. You pick only the items you want. All in all a giant step up from taco bell. Ps I still love taco bell for a cheap filling meal. read more

Terrible! They were out of white rice and the wait was 30 minutes! How in the world does a company who's sole business includes selling rice dishes run out of rice, with NONE prepped in the back? Totally unprepared to operate for the day! The GM needs to train his manager there and monitor their food prep process. When I was stunned to receive the message of a 30 minute wait, all of the line preps were looking at me like I should just keep it moving. So that's what I did! Cancelled the entire order and move on to a better prepared food establishment. I will NEVER return to this Chipotle! read more

Chipotle is that bishhhh! They have amazing food I recommend...anytime I am in a depressive state they always come in clutch.

We ate here tonight - and were thrilled! We have eaten at a number of Chipoltes in different states, and in all honesty, the tastes here are the best. Likewise, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. (I didn't state correctly which selection I wanted and realized it as we went down the line - NO problem- they graciously and pleasantly corrected it.) We LOVE that all their food now has NO GMOs!!! Thanks so much! Would have been 5 stars if it had not been soooo cold inside. I wish I'd had my coat on. If we lived in the area, we'd be back for sure. read more

Good food, especially for fast food. Not a lot of variety, but covers basic Mexican pretty well. Note that they do need to work on keeping the tables clean as there are always dirty tables even if they aren't busy. read more

Just left Chipotle in Saginaw. Food was fine, the cleanliness of the restaurant was not. Not only was there food on every table, the benches had dust/dirt on them. You could tell they had not been wiped down in a long time, let alone every day. A worker came out & was sweeping the floor just before we left, but no one wiped a single table off in the 35 minutes we were there. Obviously they need to have more people working. There were two workers, one that was taking orders & one was a cashier. Clearly not enough help. read more

Standing in line to order for over 10 minutes while 4 other people are in the back talking. WTF?!?

I liked the bowl concept. It was good. BUT....the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The people at the counter talk waaayyy too fast and waaaayyyy to ghetto to even understand what they're saying. "bbuubblblblbb o bbobob.s.s" That means do you want brown rice or white rice??? The bowl is passed to the next person behind the counter, who rattles off, "bkbkbk bbbbbbll a bboo boo blalalboo." This means do you want hot or mild sauce, or any of the other things there. I had no idea what they were saying. They were spending too much time talking like idiots, clowning around with each other, and acting in a very condescending way to the customers. I really don't know what I ended up with, but it was good. But really, shouldn't a manager be in charge and tell the workers, "Speak in clear sentences. Many of these customers are new to this concept, and they need to UNDERSTAND what they are getting." The people here in Saginaw need to be retrained. From ghetto-servers to respectable servers who can speak a clear, whole sentence. I think I'll pass going back. read more

This Chipotle was good, but not as good as Qudoba. In my opinion, Qudoba is more desirable to go to because you can get queso there, and the guacamole is free. This Chipotle was not bad, but some downsides were the tables were messy and unclean, and lots still had crumbs and trash on them. Also, I got several hard, undercooked grains of rice in my burrito bowl, which is a little disappointing. Also, they did not even ask another who was in my group what meat he wanted, the just gave him beef. Overall, this Chipotle was not in as good shape as others I have been to. read more

Meh. We stopped here once after it first opened and weren't impressed. I know they use organic and fresh items, but it sure didn't taste that way. After we ate we both looked at each other and said "Is that it?" For the price that you're paying, I expect to get a much better tasting meal than what I had. Last several times, they were out of dressing for salad, and lettuce. Said it would take ten minutes to make dressing. Waited 20 minutes while employee making dressing was texting. Chicken looked burnt, but they were still serving it. Resteraunt seemed dirty. No manager around. Loved Chipotle in Phoenix, but the store in Saginaw needs help. read more

We were nice enough to bring 20 team members in for business. We didn't receive service for 20 minutes and several of us left to go to Q'doba. No ice in the soda fountain. Love the spicy salsa's ..... Barbs is and carnitas are tasty and a lower fat alternate. Something for everyone's palate here

The food is always over cooked and or burnt. Like the fajita veggies should not all my tiny and black. The employees act as if there's a giant line constantly when there's like 5 people waiting and don't serve the right portions. The employees are also not very friendly. Every other chipotle I've gone to has lines out the door and I still get amazing service and amazing food. But I have yet to leave the Saginaw chipotle satisfied. read more
